Chapter 6: chapter 6

The story continues with Harry and Key enjoying their time in the Burrow, it's different from their life with the Dursleys at Privet Drive, The Weasleys like their place to strange and unexpected, this shocked Harry, but Key accepted it.

The story shows Harry and Key heard from Hogwarts one sunny day morning about a week after they had arrived.

Harry went down to find Mr. and Mrs. Weasley and Ginny are already sitting at the kitchen table, and Makai is with Key behind them.

The moment Ginny saw Harry, she accidentally knocked her porridge bowl, but Makai caught it with her spinning flower made of solid, which is pink and looks like a Lily.

"Thank you", mouthed Ginny, then gets her bowl from under the table.

"Seems you fit right in", Key whispered.

"You think so", Makai blushed.

Makai gets herself a toast, Harry and Key are offered toast by Mrs. Weasley.

"Letters from school", said Mr. Weasley, passing Harry and Ron identical envelopes of yellowish parchments, addressed in green ink.

Key and Makai get envelopes similar to Ron and Harry

"Dumbledore already knows you're here, Harry and Key, doesn't miss a trick, that man. You two've got them, too," said Mr. Weasley, as Fred and George ambled in, still in their pajamas.

For a few minutes there was silence as they all read their letters.

The list shows: SECOND-YEAR STUDENTS WILL REQUIRE:

The Standard Book of Spells, Grade 2

by Miranda Goshawk

Break with a Banshee by Gilderoy Lockhart

Gadding with Ghouls by Gilderoy Lockhart

Holidays with Hags by Gilderoy Lockhart

Travels with Trolls by Gilderoy Lockhart

Voyages with Vampires by Gilderoy Lockhart

Wanderings with Werewolves by Gilderoy Lockhart

Year with the Yeti by Gilderoy Lockhart

Fred, who had finished his own list, peered over at Harry's.

"You've been told to get all Lockhart's books, too!" he said. "The new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher must be a fan—bet it's a witch."

At this point, Fred caught his mother's eye and quickly busied himself with the marmalade.

"That lot won't come cheap," said George, with a quick look at his parents. "Lockhart's books are really expensive…"

"Well, we'll manage," said Mrs. Weasley, but she looked worried. "I expect we'll be able to pick up a lot of Ginny's things secondhand."

"Oh, are you starting at Hogwarts this year?" Harry asked Ginny.

She nodded, blushing to the roots of her flaming hair, and put her elbow in the butter dish.

Fortunately no one saw this except Harry, Key, and Makai because just then Ron's elder brother Percy walked in. He was already dressed, his Hogwarts prefect badge pinned to his sweater vest.

Makai whispers a spell, while holding Ginny's shoulder, which makes the butter disappear.

"Morning, all," said Percy briskly. "Lovely day."

He sat down in the only remaining chair but leapt up again almost immediately, pulling from underneath him a molting, gray feather duster—at least, that was what Harry thought it was, until he saw that it was breathing.

"Errol!" said Ron, taking the limp owl from Percy and extracting a letter from under its wing. "Finally—he's got Hermione's answer. I wrote to her saying we were going to try and rescue you from the Dursleys."

He carried Errol to a perch just inside the back door and tried to stand him on it, but Errol flopped straight off again so Ron laid him on the draining board instead, muttering, "Pathetic."

Then Ron ripped open Hermione's letter and read it out loud:

"Dear Ron, Key, Makai, and Harry if you're there, I hope everything went alright and that Harry and Key is okay and that you didn't do anything illegal to get them out, Ron, because that would get Harry and Key into trouble, too. I've been really worried and if they are all right, will you please let me know at once, I hope Makai is doing well over vacation. It might be better if you used a different owl, because I think another delivery might finish your one off.I'm very busy with schoolwork, of course'—"

"How can she be?" said Ron in horror. "We're on vacation!

Key reads the rest: and we're going to London next Wednesday to buy my new books. Why don't we meet in Diagon Alley?

Let me know what's happening as soon as you can. Love from Hermione.

"Well, that fits in nicely, we can go and get all your things then, too," said Mrs. Weasley, starting to clear the table. "What're you all up to today?"

Harry, Ron, Fred, and George were planning to go up the hill to a small paddock the Weasleys owned. It was surrounded by trees that blocked it from view of the village below, meaning that they could practice Quidditch there, as long as they didn't fly too high.

Makai and Key were going to meet their friends for a secret meeting.

Five minutes later, Ron, Fred, George, and Harry were marching up the hill, broomsticks over their shoulders.

Percy was busy, so he couldn't join.

"Wish I knew what he was up to," said Fred, frowning. "He's not himself. His exam results came the day before you did; twelve O.W.L.s and he hardly gloated at all."

"Ordinary Wizarding Levels," George explained, seeing Harry's puzzled look. "Bill got twelve, too. If we're not careful, we'll have another Head Boy in the family. I don't think I could stand the shame."

Bill was the oldest Weasley brother. He and the next brother, Charlie, had already left Hogwarts. Harry had never met either of them, but knew that Charlie was in Romania studying dragons and Bill in Egypt working for the wizard's bank, Gringotts.

"Dunno how Mum and Dad are going to afford all our school stuff this year," said George after a while. "Five sets of Lockhart books! And Ginny needs robes and a wand and everything…"

Harry said nothing. He felt a bit awkward. Stored in an underground vault at Gringotts in London was a small fortune that his parents had left him. Of course, it was only in the wizarding world that he had money; you couldn't use Galleons, Sickles, and Knuts in Muggle shops. He had never mentioned his Gringotts bank account to the Dursleys; he didn't think their horror of anything connected with magic would stretch to a large pile of gold.

Makai and Key were meeting their friends at a new hangout they made for faes.

Betty, Li, Qin, Devin, Alden, and Ally are waiting outside of the old clothing store, which is where trees are practicing Quidditch.

Key and Makai run towards their friends and they hug.

They walk into the new place for the new place for faes, which was founded a while ago

"I met a very interesting friend that works here", said Keni.

After Keni said her friend, a girl who has long straight blonde hair, wearing a white apron, red dress, and black heels.

"Meet my friend, Anna Tonibelle, I call her, Toni", said Keni.

"Nice to meet you, Toni", said everybody.

Toni looks at Key and Makai, and says "So, these are famous savers of the faes".

"Just at school", replied Makai, shyly.

"Yeah, but most faes are going to Hogwarts, even ones at that faes only school", Toni pointed out.

"The word has been spreading over", replied Ally.

"Really?" asked Key.

"What do you know about faes?" wondered Toni, looking at Key.

"I know that faes haven't been seen by many witches or wizards, but they still have their own history, they have extraordinary powers and decide to make their own path", answered Key.

"That is a wise answer, have you ever met any other faes before Hogwarts?" smiled Toni.

"Nope, me and my cousin were stuck with our awful Aunt and Uncle", said Key.

"How terrible! How close is you and your cousin?" Toni asked Key.

"As close as siblings, but we haven't had many fights, arguments maybe, but no fights", said Key.

"Impressive, okay, do you protect your cousin or does your cousin protect you?" Toni throws at Key.

"I would like to think we protect each other, but I'm more of the protector", Key tells Toni, straight to the point. Toni turns to Makai.

"Makai, when you came out of the pocket dimension, who did you see?" Toni asks Makai.

"Key, I saw her and she chased after me", said Makai, still behind Key.

"Did you two immediately become friends?" asked Toni.

Toni looks at the moment of Makai holding Key's hand with her head down, so Toni whispers to Keni "First love?"

Keni whispers to Toni, "First Love".

"Hmmm...Interesting", said Toni.

"Oh! Toni, you have to go with us to a meeting", replied Keni.

"A meeting?" wondered Toni.

"Yeah, we're meeting this author to give us information on Key's parents traveling through dimensions", Betty whispered.

"Dimensions?" asked Everybody in a whisper.

"Really? I actually told her a theory of her parents traveling through dimensions", Toni claimed.

"Like the one Makai was trapped in", said Alden.

"Exactly", said Toni.

"Make sense, Abigail said she could sense their presence, she just can't locate them with them being in dimensions, no one could locate them", said Qin.

"Then, how can we locate it?" asked Li.

"Easy, we just need to find a key and I know where might be", said Toni, showing a map.

"Impossible, I know this location", said Makai, surprised by a map.

"Where?" asked Toni, excited.

"Toni, you can't go there, only creeps go there", Betty warns Toni.

"Exactly, it would never work out well", said Keni.

"There must be a way, right Key?" asked Toni.

Toni and everybody notice Makai and Key fly in the air with a circle around them with stars in the circle.

Inside the circle, it shows Key and Harry in Knockturn Alley with Hagrid and Abigail.

After the first vision, it shows Makai and Key with wings out kissing on the lips, and quick flashes of everybody looking afraid, and a voice say, "Faes danger comes, and it emerage from Makai or Key's family".

Makai and Key land on the floor drained.

"Key! Makai! Are you okay?" asked the group.

"I can't move", said Makai.

"Yeah, I feel the same", said Key.

Toni helps Key, and Devin helps Makai.

"Why is everybody looking at us?" wondered Key.

"Let's go", said Li.

Alden opens the door and they leave.
