Chapter 47: Chapter 46

"How do you eat that?" I asked Cal when the waitress put his order in front of him. It was wrapped beef, shaped into a ball. You can't see what's inside because of the cabbage wrapped around the meat. 

"You chew it." he said. 

"Haha, it's so funny. It's the best joke I've ever heard." I deadpanned.

Cal smirked. "Glad you find it funny." 

I pouted. "But seriously though, how do you eat it?"

He didn't answer. He took a long stick that was included with his order. 

"A stick?" I tilted my head. My brows are furrowed. What's with the stick? Oh! Is he going to poke the wrapped beef with it? 

I got more confused when he broke it into two. Now there are two long sticks. 

He formed it into a tong, well as similar as I can see it, and used it to get the wrapped beef from his plate. He then dipped it into the sauce and waved it lightly while looking at me. He smirked and ate it.
