Chapter 15: Chapter 15 - Practice
Xie Jin appeared in the Green Fire Crow Palace.
"Elder Youichi? Where are you?" He called for elder Youichi many times but no ones answering.
A silhouette flew across his back and was about to kick him.
"Xie Jin dodge, he was about to kick you." Ashcroft in his spirit ball mode warned Xie Jin.
Xie Jin was about to roll over towards the palace but, the kick was faster than he expected and it hit him in his face.
"You have to sense your surrounding if you want to win in that event." Youichi smirked as he said that.
"I know you want me to train you and teach you how to use your guardian spirit. Let's go to the back of the palace theres a training field there."
Xie Jin followed him to the back of the palace, there he saw a big field, as for how big it is, it can accommodate a thousand people.
They settled in the middle of the field and starts the training.
"How much you know about ashcroft?" Youichi started the training with a question.
Xie Jin was startled about the sudden question.
"All i know about him that he is a knight and he uses a lance as his weapon." He lowered his head in embarrassment and answered in low voice.
The truth is Ashcroft didn't tell him much about himself, he just told him that he is a knight and he uses a lance as his main weapon.
"No need to be embarrass, okay let me change my question. What do you know about the abilities of guardian spirits?" Youichi fixed his gaze at Xie Jin who lowered his head in embarrassment.
"Elder, i only know oversoul for the moment."
"And how much do you know about the oversoul?"
"Oversoul is a use of medium to manifest the spirits form, doing this, the spirit will take over the form or will characterized the medium."
"Not bad, you certainly know your thing huh?" Seeing his reddened face, Youichi teased him even more.
"You need to go to elder Hephaestus if you want a weapon of your choice or else you won't have an item that is suitable to be Ashcroft's medium." Hearing this, Xie Jin was about to run to the teleporter but. "Wait! Hold up! I have to warn you, don't ever annoy that woman or else you can only count your days in this world. Got it?" Youichi warned him with a stern, serious face.
Seeing his face, Xie Jin felt a cold shivering in his backbone that make his bones go lump.
He slowly walked towards the teleporter hesitating if he should or shouldn't go to elder Hephaestus.
After an hour of thinking, he finally made up his made and steeled up his resolve and walks directly to the teleporter. After he shout the name Forging Goddess Palace, he vanished without trace.
Xie Jin saw the simple big house with a big blacksmithing hammer alongside it and it makes him nervous.
"Are yo really just going to stand there?" He heard a melodious voice in his ears from the his back.
Slowly turning around, he saw elder Hephaestus sitting in the chair staring at him.
Seeing his annoyed face, his mind almost went blank.
"E-Elder p-please forgive me, i didn't do anything." Xie Jin almost beg for his life.
