Chapter 4: 4
Aoi shifted slightly in the game before moving his character towards the group. He wasn't really sure what to expect with this group, but on the belief that the person who had invited him was someone who wasn't a complete idiot, he hoped the others wouldn't be to much of a headache either.
The group looked at him, no one really spoke for a while before the member who had invited him finally cleared the air, his avatar making a coughing animation before the chat popped open.
[[Clear_Wind]]: This is [[V1RUS]], the healer I told you guys about.
The comment was left floating there before a few other members finally began to respond
[[Ming_Ming]]: The Cheater?
[[Cool_Breeze]]: The PK Healer who does more damage then his teammates?
[[Bringing_Peace]]:.....
Aoi just stood there, his fingers hovered over the keyboard as he tried to debate on what to say. He half wanted to just pull out, not wanting to deal with yet another group that wanted to complain, whoever the following comment before he began to type had paused his hands.
[[God_of_War]]: It's not a cheat, it's a skill that both the Healing and Array Class can win in an event.
With this comment, Aoi found his mood settling as he finally released a sigh he hadn't realized he'd held in.
[[V1RUS]]: Yes....I won it just after the opening of the game. Most players don't use it because of the draw backs...
The conversation paused again before more question was asked. Aoi did his best to describe how he managed to prefect the skill to make it usable, while listing the issues the it. [[God_of_War]] also made a few comments, about how his secondary character also had this skill. Though he didn't use it unless it was dire.
Aoi found himself feeling a good about of goodwill to this player.
[[V1RUS]]: Thank you...Not many even try to get the explanation...
This message was sent to the player in a private message, along with a friend request. Aoi himself rarely sent them out, and the only other person on his friends list was the friend who had started the game with him. This player had stopped playing shortly after the game had its second anniversary. So it had been some time since he actually had a active friend.
The player accepted his friend request, before responding with a few mild comments on how he wanted to learn how to format the skill for his own character.
With his good mood, Aoi quickly agreed before he shifted back to the main chat, reading as the players were now talking about the task at hand. Going over the quest that they were about to partake in.
[[Clear_Wind]]: [[V1RUS]] are you willing to take main healing? [[Ming_Ming]] Is still learning.
[[Ming_Ming]]: That's not my fault! You were the one who dragged me into the game!
Aoi blinked a few times before responding.
[[V1RUS]]: I don't mind. Just as long as [[Ming_Ming]] is willing to class pair, I can help her better when I can see her set up...
After a few more comments back and forth, the invite for class pairing came and Aoi accepted it.
