Ella didn't see the person saying this, but only heard these words, and it was enough to make her feel a chill run down her spine.

She gripped her hand tightly as several thoughts ran inside her mind. She was scared, but at the same time she felt that she had to hold her head high as the daughter of the Moore family. 

Furthermore she couldn't get over the fact that these people who couldn't even touch her level of status, were acting superior to her.

"I find it hard to believe that the Smith family has such people working for them!" 

Ella, who had been blinded by her beliefs, did not realize that the housekeeper had already addressed her as 'Miss Ella', and was fully aware as to who she was, when she thought, "Maybe he doesn't know who I am, and that's why he's acting like this."
