Chapter 3: Chapter 3: Meeting the Hales
As a hunter I have done my due diligence , so the current situation beacon hills is Hale pack is in charge here ,at least in matters of supernatural variety , they work together with Argent family
Talia and Chris are longtime friends at least according to the info I got but the grandpa Argent and psychotic aunt Argent are missing from the hunters register for Beacon Hills which means something did happen but I have no idea what .
As I pull over at the gates of Hale estate , I am not sure how to go about this , currently the Hale pack is led by Talia Hale , one of the most powerful alpha out there , but that's not the issue if things go south I can take her but it's her reputation in the community that's the problem , she is The Queen Bee of the werewolf community due to the fact she can go full wolf . Aside from the her nobody in the pack that I should pay attention to ,not even peter Hale , if he becomes annoying I can just wring his neck and be done with it .
I don't bother with gates and jump over directly to the main door , maybe I should take the talking approach rather than biting approach ,no matter what the favor is , its surely not going to be simple , Talia is not just going to ask me pick up her dry cleaning or help her move. As the door opens , it's a teenage girl , no she is not just any teenage girl its Malia Hale . so she didn't end up in the forest as wolf ,good for her .
As I walk past her without giving her chance to stop me , the estate is huge mansion in the middle of the forest , as I arrive in the main hall , all the members of the pack are here with the exception of their alpha , werewolves and their sensitive ears , peter, laura , cora , derek everybody is here
Alex : (I put forth my charming smile, good-looking is just one of the small benefit of being a hybrid ) I am here to see your alpha now if can call her that would be lovely .
Peter : And who are you ?, sorry to say this but my sister doesn't meet with any third rate hunter off the street .
One of the downside of the mark is that powerful and experienced creatures can smell it , I can hide it if I want to but as I work as a hunter it can be convenient from time to time.
As I look at the cocky SOB in front me , I feel something is off , he is cocky yet nervous , then I use my senses to feel around , Talia is not here , not even in the entire beacon Hills , I can smell her scent from her possessions around the house but her scent is nowhere in the entire town , it hasn't been for months , now that's surprise I was not ready for . This makes things difficult .
Alex : she is not here , great ( sigh )
All the members of the Hale pack are shocked , A pack without an alpha is weak , Talia may have a lot friends but she also has lots of enemies, if word gets out that she is not here shit can hit the fan real soon and that is not good for the entire Beacon Hills
As I was planning tell them not to worry , Peter came right for me , behind him is Derek and Cora , young ones are always feisty , As I dodge peter's claws with ease before I can say anything Derek and Cora are already in my face , all of three of them have shifted into their werewolf forms .
I need to make this situation under control or it will be very painful for the these guys. As peter once again tries to attack me I catch his hand and break it one fell swoop , as he is pain I punch him in the ribs in such a way that they break his ribs and puncture his lungs , as derek and cora are shocked over this, I pick derek and throw him right through the dry wall , before cora can react I am behind her and I throw her towards the stairs .
As a hunter I know how to injure a werewolf just enough that their body starts to focus on healing rather than stay shifted , as this a unnecessary fight I didn't want hurt them, but as Peter is powerful werewolf I had to puncture his lung to force him to his human form .
As I see the laura and malia ready to fight , I raise both my hand my up in surrender .
Alex :Hey , I am here to talk , so why don't you guys put your claws away and we can talk like civilized people .
Laura : Like we can trust you , half of my pack is injured and you go through are house like a wrecking ball.
Alex : look you guys are one who attacked me, I came here to help your Alpha, look at this (I show her the ring )
Laura : that's my mother's ring
Alex: see I come in peace, now let's just talk without me breaking any more of your bones shall we.
She growled at me ,but put her claws away so did malia .
Laura : wait in that guest room , we will talk after I clean up this mess you made
I really want to push her buttons but I know now is not a good time , so I just make my way over to the guest room, something tells me that this is going to be a long and annoying day for me .
