Chapter 14: Who could possibly hate Ru Shi?
Yu Yan and Ru Shi were surrounded by medics, although nothing had happened,they had to make sure of that.
"Someone get my sugar cookie"Ru Shi said,just the mention of Zi Tao made Yu Yan nervous.
"Am fine now really"Yu Yan said to the medic,she stood up about to leave,but Ru Ai stopped her from leaving.
"Wait!"he yelled,everyone stopped and faced him,he wasn't bothered,he walked up to Yu Yan,locking his eyes with hers.
"Yes"
"I just wanted to repay you for your kindness"he said,Yu Yan felt on air,but really didn't need any thanks.
She hated herself for saving Ru Shi,her long time enemy.
"There is no need for you to do that"Yu Yan said,she had to find out who tried to kill Ru Shi.
"No,why don't I treat you out,so I can say thanks"Ru Ai said.
"Mr Ru Ai are you saying thanks or trying to score a date!" a member of the lighting crew yelled, causing everyone to laugh, except Ru Shi,who was eyeing Yu Yan.
"Am sorry,I can't"Yu Yan said,"the mission is my top priority"Yu Yan said to herself.
"Please madam Feng Mian say yes!"a lady yelled,one of the medics,Yu Yan had gotten popular on her first day already.
"Yes Missy,say yes to our Ru Ai, he really wants to say thank you"Another man said,Ru Shi was trying her best to hide her anger.
"Why do I hate this Feng Mian so much?"she thought.
"Miss Ru Shi are you alright?"a medic asked.
"Yes,but I still need my sugar cookie"Ru Shi said.
"Am really sorry but am not expecting any thank you from anyone,I just did what anyone else would do,am really no hero"Yu Yan finally said and left immediately.
"Sorry Ru Ai"Someone said, but it was evident that Ru Ai was very happy,even grinning from ear to ear.

"So you're saying that the target is Ru Shi herself?"Lee asked,Chynna was stroking her chin.
"Yes,I saw the mole run after cutting the wire"Yu Yan said.
"Did you get to see her face,or get her description?"Chynna asked.
"No"Yu Yan said.
"Who could possibly hate Ru Shi?"Lee asked.
"Me"Yu Yan told herself.
"Liko find out everything about the Ru dynasty,and try fish out their rivals as well"Chynna ordered.
"On it"Liko said,he pressed a little button on the TV,the TV lowered itself and a huge super computer emerged.
"Why am I still surprised?"Yu Yan thought.
"Anything else happen?"Lee asked while Liko did what he did.
"No,not much, except for the fact that Ru AI the brother of Ru Shi asked to treat me out as a....."
"That must be so exciting!"Lee squealed.
But Chynna's glare shut down their happiness.
"Do you not understand anything about being low-key? You were sent to catch a mole,not man hunting!"Chynna said.
"It wasn't her fault,my sis is very attractive"Liko said,"focus on your work!"Chynna spat at him.
"Sorry boo"Liko teased but Chynna was mad.
"Do you know what that means?"Chynna asked,not expecting an answer.
"If Ru Ai get's interested in you,he won't stop till he's gotten what he wants,and that could draw unnecessary attention,and what will happen when he tries to investigate Feng Mian?"
Yu Yan burst into tears,which threw Chynna into a state of perplexity,no one had seen Yu Yan cry before.
"Don't cry"Lee said holding Yu Yan.
"Am sorry,but am not a spy,am not Feng Mian,am not Yu Yan am Zhi Ruo,and I've no idea on what am even doing!"
Chynna rolled her eyes,but the outburst made her lower her defences.
"Did you just say Zhi Ruo?"Liko asked,"you know Ru Shi? Your family and her's do business"Liko said.
He discovered that from his research on her family.
"Did"Yu Yan cut in.
"My family is no more"Yu Yan bitterly said,and there was a brief silence.
"I think we can use this Ru Ai to our advantage"Lee said.
"How?"Yu Yan asked,unsure.
"We can use him to get closer to Ru Shi and get all the information we need,and get within close range to Ru Shi before the killer attacks"Lee said.
"Using someone doesn't seem right to me,besides I told him no"Yu Yan said.
"We'll keep that as a last resort,she doesn't need to go that far,it will cause too much suspicion"Chynna said.
"I think I deserve dinner"Liko said,Lee slapped the back of his head,"just do your work"she said.
"Not on an empty stomach,unless Chynna here wants to feed me...."he said with a sly grin.
Yu Yan didn't understand what he meant by that and smiled.
"Chynna he is asking nicely"Yu Yan said, Chynna's eyes almost fell out of the socket!
She stormed out of the room,maybe blushing and slammed the door hard,"Yu Yan go rest,you have a busy day tomorrow"Lee said.

"Peng,take me to...."
"Industry X,noted"The engine started,since she was early,the ride wasn't that scary.
"Yan,you kept a normal heart beat and blood pressure"Peng said,"let's hope it stays normal"Yu Yan said.
She looked around,no sign of Zi Tao she was safe,she quietly went ahead to her dressing room,to find Shi Ling already there.
"Hey Feng Mian"she said,she had a smile that suited her face,"hi"Yu Yan said,half mindedly.
She sat down,looking at some of the photos from yesterday,Ru Ai sent her copies.
But before she could look any further Shi Ling spoke up.
"You've created a name here for yourself in just a day"Shi Ling said.
"How?I don't understand?"Yu Yan asked.
"I mean everyone heard about how you saved Ru Shi,and now you're on everyone's lips"Shi Ling said.
"Chynna won't like that"Yu Yan unconsciously said.
"Whose Chynna?"Shi Ling asked puzzled.
"My cat"Yu Yan quickly lied,Shi Ling passed her a comical glance.
"Some people think it's an accident,but others think it's planned"Shi Ling said,brushing her hair.
"I think it was just an accident,and nothing else"Yu Yan said. She picked up the photos to continue looking at them.
The door was pushed open, startling both girls.
A man came in,Shi Ling gasped,Yu Yan turned around to find Zi Tao.
Her heart pounding.
"Which one of you is Feng Mian?"he asked with a roughness in his voice, demanding an answer immediately.
