Chapter 39: Missing

LILLY POV

Can it really be Frank at the door? I should have told Jack earlier on about Frank. What if Jack thinks that I've been seeing Frank behind his back? I can not let Frank come between me and Jack.

Now Jack wants to know what is going on and I do not really know how to explain it to him. There is not enough time for me to explain everything. I will just open the door and find out who it is. Then I will take it from there.

"Nothing is going on. I will go and have a look at who is at the door. You should stay in bed. I can see that you are not feeling well"

Before Jack and say anything I stand up quickly and walk towards the door. I can see that he was still trying to talk to me but I did not give him the chance. I can not help as my heart starts to race the closer I get to the door.

"Please don't let it be Frank. Please don't let it be Frank"
