Chapter 3: Sorry
Dandreb's POV
"What did you do now Dreb?" Aish. I have a bad mouth and bad attitude when communicating with other people.
I think I said it louder and Aunt Tessa is knocking on my door.
"What's wrong Dan?"
"I have some problems towards Andrea, I think I hurt her feelings. I was so mean Aunt Tessa" I said and then Aunt Tessa hugged me.
"you know what, Andrea is a good girl. She's lonely after all this years. She walked away from home and she even talked to herself alone." Aunt Tessa was telling me a story.
"I'm glad you came here, she can have you as a friend. So be nice to her okay?"
Aunt Tessa leave the room and then I think of some plan of what I'm gonna do with her. I pity her, I thought I'm the only one who is lonely and no one to talked to. Yeah I know I have friends but some of them are not really into me. They are all busy with their families and their other friends.
I searched for some videos, that have content of saying sorry to a girl. I think I'm going crazy right now. It's difficult to say sorry. Ived never done this thing. This is my first time.
1 hour later of spending my time watching videos. And perfect timing, Andrea's going out to buy some groceries. I have to make this plan. And I have Aunt Tessa and Max to help me.
My phone rang and I have to answer it.
"Bro? Where are you?" Wayne asked me
"Wyne, I want to be alone right now. Let's just see each other on school. I want to relax bro."I answered
"Okay, just take care of yourself" then he hung up.
"Auntie?"Andrea shouted.
" Yes? "
" I have to buy some groceries, I will be back later"
"okay, take care"
Andrea leaves and I talked to Aunt Tessa about my plan to say sorry for Andrea.
"Auntie?"
"Yes?"
"I need your help. I wanted to say sorry to Andrea. Please help me."
"okay wait I will call my son to help us too"
"Rhylle? Come here"
BTW, Aunt Tessa's son name is Rhylle Max Lapera.
Rhylle is here and they started to make this plan to work out. And with my charm? I think this will work.
"wait? Are you Dandreb? As in the Dandreb Mendoza?"
"yup"
"wait why are you here? I thought you were rich."
"Yes we're rich but I don't like to part of them. I hated to be one of them."
"I don't think that you're so handsome in personal" Rhylle said it and I just smile at him.
"Thank u!"
After how many hours? I think it's good to go. The decorations? perfect.
Preparations? It's perfect. All is perfect including me.
I go to some bakery to buy a cake. A customize cake, there's a name on top of it. ANDREA I'M SORRY. That's the lettering on the cake.
When I arrived at the condo, I was nervous a little bit. And I waited Andrea to come home.
After how many hours had passed.. Finally she's here.
"Auntie?" Andrea shouted.
"Auntie? Why it's black out? I thought we pay the electric bil-" Andrea didn't finished her sentenced as I turn on the lights and she was surprised.
"I'm sorry,"I said and handed her the cake.
"Dan? What for?"
"I was mean yesterday and I didn't think of how you feel about my bad mouth. Again I'm sorry"
"it's okay, totally I'm fine. And I'm used to it."
"Here's my effort. A for effort" then she laughed. She was so cute while laughing. I didn't think of how she was while laughing.
"thank you"
I smiled at her and I couldn't hold myself of hugging her. She was so adorable.
"Im going to my room" she leaves and then I feel like my knees are shaking. I feel better now, is this how it feel to say sorry to someone you hurt.
"Bro? Where are you?" Aly asked me
"it's a place you can't find me"
"it's your dad"
I was in hurry to go home. What happened to dad? What happened to him?
Andrea's POV
Where is he going in the middle of the night? Is something going on? But while he was saying sorry to me? It's kinda cute and he's adorable.
Ringgggg....
"sis?"
"Lets talk"
I was on my way to a park to meet my sister. Where is she? Isn't she coming?
"Andrea?"
I turned my back and see my sister. She was smiling and I think she was happy.
"what are we gonna talked about?"
"Please go home. I need you. We miss you. I miss you Sis. I miss my baby sister. Please come back home. Dad needs you." she was full of tears and I hug her.
"It's okay, I'm okay. I'm fine living at peace. And I don't think dad will forgive me. I'm not ready to go home"
"Andrea, your the missing piece to be a while family"
"they? I don't think they treat me as a family. Dad always blame me and see my mistake everyday. I'm sorry I can't go home. And I don't want to be home"
I leave the park, when I arrived at home. I sat on a chair outside my condo. I looked up the sky and my tears starts to fall.
"mom? If where are you right now? Please forgive me. I could have save you from that incident. I love you mom. Be at peace." I was crying the whole time and then suddenly speak.
"you okay?"
I see Dreb and he was looking like he's worried. I wiped my tears. How disgusting I look right now.
"why are you crying?"
"it's nothing. It's just tears of joy" I said while wiping my tears.
"Andrea? What's wrong?"
"I just missed my mom"
"where's your mom? And why are you living alone?"
"She's gone. It's almost 10 years. She's gone Dreb"
"I'm sorry"
"you know what? I've never talked to anyone about it. You are the one in sharing this stuff"
"Andrea, I'm sorry"
Dandreb's POV
I don't know how to comfort a person. A crying person perhaps. How?
Feel the moment.....
I hugged her tightly then pat her head. "that's enough. You will gonna be fine"
"Dreb? Thank you. I feel better now. I need some rest"
I just nodded and see her walked inside. I need some rest too.
6 am
"Auntie?"Andrea shouted early in the morning. What is it this time. I just ignore it but she keep calling her name.
" Auntie please wake up"
I left my room and then I saw Auntie laying on the floor. I go towards her, she has no pulse and she's not breathing. She's dead?
"help! Someone help us" Andrea shouted for help.
"Andrea, she's gone" I said then I hold her.
"no she can't be dead" she was crying.
I brought Auntie to the hospital and they said she's already dead on arrival. I know it's hard for Andrea. Aunt Tessa is like her mom.
(after nine days)
"Thank you sa Five years Auntie. Your always be my mom. And I'm always be your daughter. I won't forget you" we all release the white balloons.
We was on our way home and saw wyne.
"Dreb!"
"Bro? Why are you here?"
"Wyne?" Andrea said his name.
How did she know Wyne?
"Andrea?"wyne and Andrea meet each other huh?
"It's nice to see you again"
"Yeah"
I just leave them to talk and drive. I was just having some fresh air. While driving I saw Sam. Sam was my first love and my first girlfriend. I don't know why but I still had feeling for her. She left me unreasonable. She left me without any word.
Sam's crying.
"Sam?"she turned her back and she saw me.
"Dan?"
"Why are u crying?"
"This is Nothing, you should go"
"Sam? Why?"
"I dont want to see you anymore dan."she said and that hurts.
Damn! Why would she do this to me? sh*t.
I leave her and drive. I speed up, I was so annoyed meeting her. She's crying? I arrived at the condo and go to my room to take a rest.
"How dare you do this to me!" I shouted.
"How dare you!"and tears were dripping all along.
"You cant do this to me"
I stopped when someone knocked the door.
"Dreb? You okay?"
"I'm fine don't worry about me"
"you sure?"
"Yes"
She leaves and I started to feel the pain. Everytime I see Sam, flashbacks come on and on and on.

"Sam? Why we have to break up?"
"I have someone, I like so much Dreb"
"what about me?"
"I don't know"
"why do you have to do this?"
"I don't love you anymore. Please I don't want to be with you anymore"
"please Sam, we have to work this out. Please don't leave me hanging. Please"
And that the end of my relationship with Sam.
