Chapter 8: He really likes me
Andrea's POV
it's almost a week but he didn't woke up. Aly and Davis told me to rest as soon as his family arrived.
"what happened to him Aly? Davis?" Dreb mom asked them but I reacted.
"its my fault Mam, I'm really sorry for what happened to him" she walked towards me and then slapped me.
"What did you do to him?"
"He was saving me. And because that someone stab him" tears fell out and. I looked of how they worried about me. "I'm sorry" I leave them and went to go home.
I was on my way home when someone called me. "yes?"
"Drebs awake, and he's looking for you" Aly said that and I turned back my car to return to the hospital.
He's in room 204 and I went to ride an elevator to get there as fast as I could.
"Andrea" Aly walked towards me and walked with me through his room.
I saw him laying on the bed and as he see me? He smiled, I go towards him and then he hugged me.
"are you okay?Did they hurt you?" he asked me. Really? I'm on the one who's asking that.
"im fine. How about you? I'm sorry"
"it's okay. I would do that just to save you."
"but why did you do that?" he didn't answer me and he look on the people around us. And telling them to leave us alone.
The two of us are only here. And it's quite awkward.
"so? Wy did you do that? Did you do that for me?"
"actually, yes. I do that for you. I don't want you to get hurt. I want you to be safe. I want you to be in my side."
That words hit my heart and I was wondering if it was real or what.
"are you sure about you are saying Dreb?"
"Yes"
"I want to protect my friends" and that word hurt me. Being a friend to him. But I like him. How sad, it's a one sided love.
"Dreb? I have something urgent to do. I'm leaving then" I was about to stand but he pulled me towards him and he hugged me.
"just please stay for a while."
"Aly and Davis are here. They can take care of you. They are also your friends"
"I know but I want you" as he said that he lean towards me and kiss me. He kissed me? This is my first kiss and he stole it? My eyes get wided as he moved his lips as he kisses me. Afterwards, as he finished to kiss me he just smiled and laugh a little bit.
"why did you do that?"
"I like you"
"as your friend?"
"no. As a woman, a lady, a girl, and a queen"
Those words puts a smile on my face. I'm blushing when he says those kind of words.
"so? Andrea? Would you like to be my girlfriend?"
"I'm already your girlfriend, don't you think?"
"Would you say yes?"
"you know what Dreb, I like you but there's something I want to do first. And I be your girlfriend? We're relationship would not last. I'm sorry but it's a no. I'm not ready yet and if I am someday? I say the same answer. And of course we don't know each other much "
" I can wait and I will do anything to know you better than anyone else "
I just smiled and he hugged me.
" I have to leave now. You take some rest. Bye"
He just nodded and I leave the room. I saw his mom walking towards me. Omy is she trying to slap me again?
"I'm sorry darling, I didn't mean to slapped you. I was just worried for my son. I'm sorry"
"It's okay Mam. I'm fine,"
"Thank you for being here and taking care of him. I was worried about him having a relationship. And yes, finally you came here. Thank you"
I say my goodbye and went home. I'm home when I encounter my sister with her luggage. "where are you going?"
"I'm going back to states."
"be safe there. And take care of yourself" I hugged her and she patted my head.
"you too, take care of the others. And the company. Take care of mom"
"I will"
AS she leaves I go upstairs to have some rest when I receive a text message from Dreb.
"goodnight My Miss Ugly face"
"Goodnight. Mr Dreb the bully"
I took a deep breath and I slowly close my eyes.
Cringgg... As the alarm rang I slowly got off to bed and take shower before having breakfast.
AS I go downstairs, I saw the housemaids are so busy cooking the breakfast.
"can I help you out?" I asked them but they said no to me. I was sitting on the dining when Cassie sit besides me.
"good morning sis"
"good morning"
I was drinking some milk but my phone suddenl rang. I saw Drebs calling and I pick it up.
"hello?"
"Goodmorning, I love you"
"Good morning. Me too"
"You too? What?"
"I'm gonna eat some breakfast first okay? You too eat some."
"okay I love you"
"okay. Me too. Bye" I hang up and I smiled when I turn off the call.
"why are you smiling?"
"it's nothing"
"I think, your in love sis"
"no. Just eat Cassie" I hurry go upstairs and take my bag and go to the hospital.
I knocked the door three times as I entered the room.
"Hi, I brought some fruits for you"
"Thank you"
I sit besides him and he was watching some news about him. He is a popular person so news about him spread fast.
"I'm too handsome on this photo. Look?" he said while making a pose. Claiming that he's hot
I was feeding him somes apple when suddenly the door opened. It's Sam. Why she's here?
"Dreb? We need to talk"
"what is it?"
"In private. Just the two of us"
"okay, I'm gonna leave then. Bye Dreb"
AS I left the hospital, I think I'm just jealous. But never mind them, they are just talking Andrea. They are just talking.
Dreb's POV
"what is it Sam?"
"you know what Dreb, I am really sorry for what ived cause you. And I still love you. I want you back"
"that's impossible, I have Andrea now and we are together. We can have a relationship better than having it with you."
She held my hand, and tears fell out for her eyes. Her eyes was full of tears.
"look here Sam, you and Wyne can have a relationship. I don't mind that. Cheating on me, it's okay for me. I have Andrea now and I don't what her loose. So, please don't do this again"
"I still love you Dreb"
"well, I don't"
"you will learn to love me again" she leaves and I was all alone here in the room. I texted Andrea, but she didn't reply. I called her but she didn't answer it.
I call Aly and Davis to find Andrea. He said they didn't find her and I was worried right now.
I was about to stand but the door suddenly opened and Andrea was here. She brings some foods. I thought she left but she's here.
"you must eat this to gain your energy"
"thank you for being here"
"you're welcome"
We eat together and share some happy moments and memories when we are still young.
She tells me some stories and that makes me sleepy. And she continue to share those stories I slowly close my eyes.
Andrea's POV
He fell asleep as I told my stories to him. I was all about a love story that's turn into a tragedy. It was a perfect match but it turns into a tragedy.
Im looking of how cute he is when he's sleeping. He's cute. As I touched his hair and saw his eyelashes are long and thick. His eyebrows was perfect and as his lips. And I remember how did he kiss me. It was so soft like an apple. It was my first kiss, it's kinda romantic but I was shocked that time.
I really don't know him, but I liked him in our first meeting.
I lay my head on the bed and I hold his hands until I fell asleep.
One dark night and a cloudy night, a woman stab her stomach and the blood starts to flow. A girl who saw the whole thing got collapse and then she realized the woman is not breathing. She woke up, and she's in the hospital. Afterwards she knew about her mother died and all the years she had is always about blaming herself.
And all I can see is myself. I was me the whole time. It was me who see the whole thing about the woman who get stabbed. I was the one who to blamed.
After my mom died I'm blaming myself the whole time. For the past years. I was the one who to blame.
I'm sorry mom. This nightmare happened every day to me. I feel so guilty mom.
