The lost one
A sound of waves cause a woman to woke up. Her head hurts as she touches it she noticed there's water on it. But when she suddenly looked at her hands, it was blood. Her eyes widened and checked her head again. There's so much blood on her head and she can't remember anything of what have happened to her.
She stood up and she feel dizzy, she looked around and no one is in here. "help!" she shouted on a lower tone, she doesn't have enough energy to shout. She keep walking until someone is coming towards her. A man walked towards her but suddenly she loss her balance and her consciousness. She fell on the sand, the man hurriedly run towards her.
"Miss? You okay?" the man asked her and try to wake her up. She doesn't answer and she looks pale and very weak. The man noticed the blood on her head and carry her to the hospital.
"How is she doc?" the man asked the doctor as they finished examining the woman.
"She's fine now and she's lucky that she was here before it turn worst. And By the way she had amnesia. Please look after here" the doctor leaves and close the door.
He looked at the woman's face. "you look rich, what really happened to you?" he was talking in a low tone when the woman's hand move.
The woman looked around and she looks very weak. She continue to look around when he saw a man besides her. The man smile and looked at her.
"who are you?" she asked the man while her eyes widened and she cover her body with the hospital blanket.
"I'm the one who saw you on the shore, I brought you here because you collapsed." the man answer while putting his hands up sign of like he surrender and did not do anything.
"Thank you for bringing me here but I really don't know who I am. And where am I?"
"You're in Mindanao(a place on Philippines)" the man said while looking at the woman's reaction. She had no clue and emotionless.
"I don't know where is that, but please bring me to my family back again"
"I will help you regain your memory and you can go home" she smiled at him and suddenly hugged him.
The man was shocked but he smiled and hugged woman back. "thank you" Andrea while her stomach make noise. The man looked at her and wondering if what she might say.
"I'm sorry, but I'm hungry and no money" she said in a very cute tone. The man laughed at her and nodded. He left and try to find something to eat.
The woman was waiting for the man to came back. After an hour the man arrives but the woman fell asleep. He looked at the angelic face of the woman. He was about to touch some of her hair but she wake up.
"oh, you're here" the man handed the food to the woman. She hurriedly open it and eat up. She looks liked she had not eating in almost a week. She was thin and very pale.
After she had eaten, the man looked at her and noticed she did gain strength after eating. "can I go home now?" she suddenly asked the man.
"you don't have home" the man said and the woman got sad. She was stopping her tears in her eyes.
"but you can come home with me" the woman smiled as she hear it. The man smiled at her and pat her shoulders.
"by the way, I don't have name can you make one for me?" the man thinks of a name to call the woman.
"Isabelle, that's your name from now on" the woman wonders why Isabelle?
"why Isabelle?"
"because I saw you on the shore near the sea. And here in our place, there's one creature called Isabelle and Isabelle was a mermaid." the woman nodded and looked at him.
Someone knocked the door and enters. "Good morning mam, sir, your girlfriend can go home now" the nurse suddenly said and that causes both of them to shocked.
"okay, but I'm not his girlfriend" the woman replied and looked at the nurse with her pouted mouth.
The nurse leave, the man laughed at her and smirk. "why are you laughing?"
"nothing, let's go?"
She was about to stand but don't have much energy left. The man turned his back on her and went down. "what are you doing?"
"Come on" the man grabbed her hands and carry her on the back.
She was carried from the bed to the hospital's exit. She had no shoes, as she leans her body to the man.
The man continue to walked while she was on his back. "by the way, what's your name?"
"ah, I'm Alexander Gomez but you can call me Xander"
The woman nodded "I'm Isabelle but you can call me Belle or Isa" the man smiled and continue to walk.
The passed on a shoe store, the man stopped for a bit and put her on a chair.
"where are you going?"
"I'm gonna buy you a shoes first" the man leaves and look at some shoes.
He finished to buy some shoes and went back. "here" he handed the box to Belle.
Belle took it and try it. The size of the shoes were perfect for her size. "thank you Xander" a very serious tone she gave to the man. The man smiled and walked. Belle was able to walked but she is still weak. Xander looked at her and assist her.
"are we there yet?"
"No, and that's my car, let's go there"
"you're car?? You must be rich?"
"no I'm not, I just work hard"
"oh I see"
They arrived at his car, he assisted Belle to get inside. He fixed Belle's seatbelt. It was kind of awkward for Belle and looked away. Xander started the engine and looked at Belle.
He started driving, after an hour they arrived at his house. Belle was very impressed how his house looks like. It was big and had a huge black gate when you enter. He park his car and went outside. He opened the door of Belle and noticed Belle doesn't know how to undo the seatbelt. He help Belle and went outside.
"wow" she was very impressed in Xander's house. Her mouth widened and looked around. She turn her sight in every angle and sides on Xander's house.
"This is huge"
Xander made a smirk and continue to walk. "come in" the huge door open by the maids and Belle enters. She saw the huge chandelier on the ceiling. She turn around and look at every corner.
"watch out" Xander assist her to not hit the wall.
Belle smiled at him and fixed herself. "Thank you"
They continue walking and reached the kitchen. Belle sat down and play her fingers on the dining table. She was just like a kid, Xander smirk and decided to tour Belle around.
"this is your room for now Belle" Xander open the huge door in front of Belle. "wow" she was very impressed to see the pink wall and all around in it is pink. It's very girlish and the style is so unique. The bed is big and it's so comfy.
"feel free to use it" Belle run towards the bed and she tries how comfy it is. "I love this mattress" she tries to jump on it and bounce.
Xander was smiling at her when he notice Belle was about to fell on the floor. He run towards her and hold her waist and stop her.
"Be careful, come here" he assisted Belle to come down and sit.
"just relax and feel at home. If you need anything. You can press the number 1 on the telephone." Xander leaves and left her all alone.
Belle lay on her bed but suddenly a tear fell out from her eyes. She doesn't knew what does it mean but she wiped it out. She was confused but smiled. She continue to lay on bed and started to close her eyes slowly. She took a deep breath and sleep.
On the other side, Dreb was busy on the issues about the killing of people on the hotel. He was trying and doing his best just to investigate and know who were at fault.
I'm the investigation no one is a suspect. No cctv on that day and Dreb realizes that it happened also to Andrea. The cctv broke down that day but suddenly a fottage came out. Dreb had guts its Mellisa again but he had no proof.
He continue to investigate and told his people to still look for Andrea. He doesn't lose hope for Andrea. He still keep baking positive in a situation like this.
Dreb was sitting on his chair when suddenly someone call him.
"hello? How may I help you?"
She didn't answer I Dreb heard a big loud bang.
Bang!!
He slipped his phone on his hands when his ears didn't take that loud noise. After a minute, he took his phone on the floor. "What was that? Who are you?" an angry voice gave Dreb to the caller.
No one answer and the call has ended.
Who is the caller?
What really is the caller intention on calling Dreb?
