Mura has a worried look as she looked at her Captain's many bad emotions.
"There is one thing that I didn't tell you guys," said Vlad.
"What!" Mura immediately grabbed her daggers.
"Calm down. It wouldn't have mattered if he knew anyway. The ones stuck in this illusion will completely forget the Devil Fruit and its user. So he might think that whatever he is seeing is true. I don't know why he wanted to see his nightmares, but I'm sure that this will help him. And if anything happens to him, I'll pull him out of there right away. I'm not stupid enough to anger the people who took out the Big Mom Pirates."
Mura didn't say anything, but the look on her face was enough to make Vlad forget any stupid ideas he once had.

I looked at my gut which had a knife stuck in. Now the knife is in my hand, and the wound is burned shut.
'It hurt like hell, but at least it worked.'
I stood up and stretched my body.
"Eek, eek!"
I turned around and saw something that looks like a monkey made out of stone. It has cracks all over his body which have flames coming out of them.
'I guess this is my first test.'
"Come at me, Monkey!"
"Eek, eek, eek!"
It ran towards me, and I held the sizzling knife which I used to close the wound, firmly in my hand. When it was about 1 meter (3.3 foot) away from me, I dashed towards it. It swung its sharp claws at me, but I deflected it to the side and used its momentum with which it was coming towards me to lodge my knife in the crack on its forehead. The flames in his cracks immediately died out, and it slumped down on the ground.
'It seems like I still instinctively know how to fight. But I forgot how scary it is to fight without Kenbunshoku Haki or Haki in general.'
"EEK, EEK, EEK!"
I quickly turned my head towards a burning forest when my heart almost stopped. I could see almost 100 pairs of red glowing eyes in the forest staring at me.
'Tactical retreat!'
I turned around and started running as fast as I could. But with one look behind me, I could immediately see the speed difference between the damn monkeys and me.
'Tsk, I have no other choice.'
I stopped and turned around. I closed my eyes and concentrated as hard as I could till I saw a bunch of hazy blue dots.
'It has become much weaker, but this should do. Even though they are fast, the last one I killed swung his arm slow enough for me to be able to react to it even with this weak body. So as long as I don't make a single mistake and kill all of them in one shot, I should be able to defeat them.'
"Eek, eek, eek!"
"Come at me, you stupid monkeys! Let me show you what millions of years of evolutions can do!"
I ran towards them.
"Just wait, little brother. I'll save you and bring you to heaven, even if I have to beat up God and all his angels! That's a promise!"

2 weeks later, in Jiyū Island in Vlad's former cell where Ken is still sitting. Ace, Sabo, Deuce, Laffitte, Mura, and Vlad are standing around Ken.
"What the hell is taking him so long? Last time he snapped out of it in an hour," said Sabo with a worried look.
"He still hasn't realized that this is an illusion. I can feel that he is capable of breaking out of it whenever he wants, but for some reason, he doesn't seem to have any intentions of leaving," said Vlad.
"How can we even trust a bastard like you who has deceived us many times!" screamed Ace.
"Calm down, Ace. I can tell that he is telling the truth about Captain not wanting to leave. All I can feel coming off from Captain is the feeling of wanting to protect someone. That someone must be really important to him. I haven't even felt this kind of feeling to protect from Captain when Luffy was captured," said Laffitte.
"Could it be!" Ace looked at Sabo.
Sabo nodded. "Probably. Whenever he got mentioned, Ken always left somewhere to cry alone. I couldn't think of anyone else he cares about so much."
"Sigh, whatever he is going through right now must be even worse than when he lost him."
"Who are you two talking about?" asked Vlad.
"It isn't our place to tell. Unless Ken tells you himself, don't ask about it, that is an order. We can't show people Ken crying. Then no one will fear us as much as they do now," said Sabo.

On top of a burning hill is standing a man with scars all over his body and face. But underneath the scars, he has a chiseled body that looks even harder than steel. But when someone looks at his eyes, they will immediately run away with a second thought.
These brown eyes can look through your soul. Every monster in the area runs away the moment they look at his eyes. Even the ones that can swallow the mountain he is standing on with one bite.
The man suddenly disappeared and appeared in front of a huge castle. He immediately jumped through one of the huge windows and appeared in a huge throne room. There were two people in this room. One was sitting on the throne, and the other one was chained on the wall next to him.
"Took you long enough. I was waiting for years so that I could eat your little brother right in front of you and make you feel some much needed despair. Now I can finally fill my empty stomach and eat your soul right after," said the man on the throne, Im.
"Why are you here! Why would you come all the way here!" screamed his little brother.
But before the man who jumped through the window could say anything, two people ran towards him with knives in their hands. However, before they could get anywhere near him, they suddenly saw their hearts in his hands. He immediately crushed them, and the two slumped down dead on the ground.
"No one around here has any manners. Can't even let me get a word out. But anyway, Im; thank you for being so stupid enough to wait. I was worried that I would be too late, but it seems like there was no need to worry."
"Who are you calling stupid, Ken!"
Im was about to stand up to have his meal and then deal with Ken, but before he managed to stand up, Ken was already holding his little brother in his arms.
"You! Why are you doing this! You should have stayed in your home! Why did you come here for me!"
"What are you talking about? How can I leave the most important person to me behind? I have already failed to save you once, and I don't make the same mistakes twice!" Ken put him down and patted his head. "Stay here, I'll go defeat the bad guy, and then I'll take you out of here. That's a promise from your big brother, Ken!"
