He dragged Jisoo in the pack house again.
Serve my Fiance for now before I find a way to set us free from the curse.
Jisoo looked at the girls face. She is busy but the Alpha dragged her for an unimportant thing such as this.
"Well can you please give me some juice?"
Jisoo just nooded. And got out of their sight. She is too overwhelmed knowing that the Alpha is her mate and right now a woman is clinging in his neck.
"Too dazzled to even object, is that you jisoo?"
Minnie said to her. "Ok dont bother this give this to her I have already prepared a juice"
" thank you Minnie". Jisoo seemed to get back on her senses.
She gave it to Luna, the bitch.
Upon drinking luna sprayed all water remaining in her mouth. "Arrh its so spicy" she shieked.
Arvin looked at her angrily. " Did you do it? Answer me!" It was rather a command.
" If something happened to her I'll kill you!"
Of all the fairytales she dreamed of. This event snatched her out into reality and it is painful. Mates supposed to sweep them off their feet, it is slowly sinking inside her that luna is his fiancee. Aside from knowing that they are mates Arvin has shown more coldness to Jisoo.
"Do you hear me?" Arvin retorted which snapped Jisoo in her grief. He slapped her then infront of everyone.
"It has been my First day as an alpha and you already insulted me".
Jisoo with all the tears run by she walked out and run towards the forest nearby. Upon nearing the forest she stopped to rest.
"I hate you!!!" She screamed as loud as she can.
"How dare you". Said a voice behind her, it was Arvin. She faced her.
"Im your mate for petes sake! Why are you doing this?"
He smiled.
"Because youre my mate"
Jisoo was confused. Arvin just widened his smile.
"We are in the new age, My rule, my new advocacy which could free us for the first time is to diminish that curse bound by soulmate bullshits". He approached her nonchalantly.
" As much as I wanted to kill you, I cannot yet. I'll just waith for the moonstone to appear so that I can make a wish. To get rid of you so that I can mark luna"
" how can you fight it when I myself started loving you?" Jisoo asked him.
"Men are stronger" he answered.
Then Jisoo blacked out. She waked up in a room where cobwebs decorate the corner. She looked at the window. It was rather looked like a prison to her. She kept thinking about her little farm she cannot stay here for long.
She moved to the door and atempted to open it but to her surprise it was padlocked. She waited there until morning It was almost 48 hours and she hasnt eaten anything.
The doorknob moved a bit suddenly it was openned. It revealed Candy.
" omg! What are you doing here bitch?"
"Someone locked me up, by the way, how did you find me?"
"I didnt see you lurking around, what happened?"
"It's a long story but let us go home first"
"He is my mate but he hates me". Jisoo confessed bitterly to Candy inside their home.
Candy was truly symphatetic about her friend so she tried to appease her.
" Well maybe he's just confused because of luna, just wait and he will eventually trived by the fact that youre his mate"
"I hope it can come true". Jisoo said.
She brewed some cofee and prepared a heavy breakfast. Candy eate with her and promised to help her in the farm.
"Damn, I cant do all the diggings here". Candy growled.
"What? Where just started, you kidding me girl?"
Candy isn't used to heavy work like this.
"Well thats all for you, you can rest. Take it easy".
She dropped her equipment and slumped on the muddy ground.
"You have it all prepared, you worked and invested in cattles, for every goat or cows kids you owned one in every two. Fliggins sold his share of cows for college and a house but you somehow hope that the property will be given to you, smart ass"
"Just because it is my dream to revive the ranch again. Our tools are still here and I can use it. Beginning a business with low investment. I dont have that much money on hand". Jisoo paused and sat too.
"Maybe I will invest in your farm too, but please do not make me flow the soil again"
"Really?!"
"Yess, I have a great proposal, since you only afford to bring basic livestock animals as your share in the packhouse I will bring good horses here, we would supply hourses for our packs for leisure and safety hunting"
"Wow, Im speechless"
"And this is a deal". Candy held Jisoo's arm. Just like that they where the best of friends and just like that things change. Jisoo would never dreamed Candy would be her friend. It felt so good. Candy was her first female close friend.
"I wanna show you my secret" Jisoo said.
There is a secret she kept in the forest for so long. An undiscovered fruit bearing tree and it is berry delicious.
They headed into the forest to see the fruit. As expected Candy was surprised to the highest level.
"It might not be safe to eat!" She howled.
Jisoo took a fruit. "Watch me".
"Jisoo youre insane!"
Withouy a warning she eate it and showed that it is safe. Candy got curious.
"Hmmm, the smell".
Jisoo laughed. "Its super delicious"
She let Candy have it and Candy looked like she had gone flying in heaven.
"This is amazingly delicious".
Candy cant wait she had to get as many as she can she decided that she must have a lot of it.
"Wait for me Imma get some basket"
She was such in a rush that she transformed into a wolf form and headed straight into their village. Candy had just left when a familiar boy appeared to her.
" Hi sexy". He said charmingly.
Jisoo felt disgusted about the way he talked to her. She is not used by such flirting. Especially when it was a man as handsome as him. No one had treated her like this before. She blushed.
" You again!" She sneered the man.
" It's destiny". The man said.
No one expected what happened next. She felt goosebumps. A fatal growl is behind her. Her wolf was terrified that she trembled physically.
"Get off her!"
Arvin warned the stranger.
" What you said again?" The stranger showed intimidation too. With the intensity of his growl it is obvious that he is an Alpha too. Her wolf didnt survive the clashing intesity and passed out so was her.
She woke up in the same room inside the pack house. The only difference is that it is not locked anymore.
I am glad that you're awake. Arvin's Mother said.
" follow me immediately, the Alpha have some concerns regarding to you. He shall adress it with his official and the elders tonight".
Jisoo's heart beated so fast. She felt like something bad will happen.
" be hasty, we are waiting for you"
