Chapter 5: Curiosity kills the cat
Four days before the trip and Karol keep on thinking about the dreams that suddenly stop out of nowhere leaving her hanging.
The very same dream that she was trying hard to ignore by getting her life busy with her works and stuff but all of the sudden it comes back to her.
She prayed months after months and now all she got is an empty dream without a single dream so she tried for the last time as her patience and faith running thin.
"Please, please any God out there. If I dream about the same wolf again tonight, I'll take that as a sign from you to search that particular wolf and bring that wolf home with me. It's a sign that the wolf needed my help and I'll help the wolf one way or another. Just please let me dream of that same wolf for last time and give me some closure to ease my worry" said Karol as she's kneeling beside her bed and pray.
On that night she dreams about the same wolf and she knows immediately that she needs to find that wolf no matter what.
The dream started with Karol laying down relaxing as she slowly opens her eyes and watches or more like star gazing she releases her knowing breath and smiling at the sky.
She was laying down in the same forest as the previous dream, it was quiet and calming surrounding.
That calm atmosphere makes her feel as if it's the most common thing for her like the place itself is her home town.
As she ignores the wind breezing and caress her, she focusing on star gazing thinking that her prayer was ignored.
'If I can't dream of the wolf then I might as well enjoy this moment star gazing and just bury the intention of seeing the wolf again' said Karol to herself as she stares up at the sky.
A few minutes later Karol was startle by few fainted noises coming from within a few meters away from her resting area.
She quickly turns her head left and right while scanning around the forest as she asked "Who's there? Better come out now or I'll kill you if I have to get up from my comfortable position and I'm not playing right now. Come out now!" scream Karol as she still looking around
As she scans around again and this time the rustling noise getting nearer so she keeps her eye glutted on her right side slowly but surely that particular thing shows up.
It was the same midnight black-coated wolf with his piercing midnight blue and golden colour eyes looking at her as it took a small step towards her.
Karol's feeling was overwhelming at the situation she was in as she abruptly sits up in an Indian sitting style and was stunned as she looks at the same particular wolf.
She keeps her eyes train on the wolf, watching its movement as the wolf slowly and leisurely take its sweet time trotting towards her and as soon as the wolf was next to her, the wolf just plop next to her in a resting position.
The wolf rests its head on top of its paw exactly like a pup while looking at Karol as she was dumbfounded by the whole situation.
Nonetheless, she was happy and determined to have found this cute but huge ass wolf. Karol extends her hands as she caresses the wolf's soft coat few times while the wolf freaking purrs.
A deep purr that sounded like thunder but a calmer type of purr making her eager to hug the wolf but she restrains her movement not wanting to act rash without thinking her action thru.
As few minutes go by with Karol stroking while leaning down onto the wolf's head, the wolf suddenly straightens its body in an alert movement making Karol sit up and put some distance between them two.
The moment Karol put some distance between them the wolf stood up on all four while looking around then turn towards her as she looks confused.
The wolf nudges few nudges at Karol's shoulder using its nuzzle before it turns around and jogs towards the direction where it comes from.
'Wait is the wolf say goodbye by nudging me and leave me or something?' asked Karol to herself as she was confused as hell.
Karol's annoying attitude started to creep up on her so she slowly and swiftly follows the wolf as if stalking it without the wolf know.
Slowly and surely they walk pass-thru a series and series of trees until the end of the tree fence, Karol keeps her body hidden behind the huge oak tree and peek at the wolf as it stops right beside another big oak tree before the open field.
Karol's curiosity was so high that her heart pumping like crazy because of her action of peeping at the wolf.
Little did she know that the wolf turns into a fine naked ass man in a split second before he picking his clothes up and wear it quickly.
'Fuck me! That ass! Damn he got a perfect ass!' screaming Karol as she abruptly turns to hide, her face was flushing red and her heartbeat was beating like crazy, hammering unto her chest.
She pats her cheeks a few times and straight away runs like a professional runner without tripping as her mind racing, thinking, questioning, she has a million questions in her mind.
Karol woke up suddenly in a hundred miles per second heartbeat, she tries to calm herself but her mind was flooded with the image of the wolf that morphs into a naked fine piece of man.
"Damn! Did I wish too far till the wolf become a fucking man?" whisper Karol to herself as she cradles her head.
"But why the fuck the wolf turns into a man?! Am I that obsess until the dream needed to divert my attention from the wolf to another human being" whisper Karol again to herself.
"But again, grandpa and grandmama did tell me about werewolf" whisper, Karol, to herself again.
"Then why? I mean, how? Why? God! I think I'm going insane. No not God because they might fuck up with my brain again probably change the wolf into a toad or something" add Karol as she ruffles and tussle her own hair like an insane lady then plop onto her bed.
"I'm going insane!" said Karol as she abruptly stops her action.
"Fuck this shit imma do my research on this shit until I find the answer," said Karol with determination as she rolls out from her bed.
