Chapter 48: A crisis in the shuttle

Zane; What a minute... Why are you involving me in your fight for power? He turned and a lot of people were staring at him. He clenched his left fist. Jet had not asked him in private so he could sweetly reject him, he had asked him in such a loud way, in front of everyone.

This was the first time someone was asking him for a favour in their class, if he rejects him so publicly, not only would it hurt Jet's pride causing him to create unnecessary friction in the class. How would it look on him?

"Sure!" He said and left immediately before he would be drawn into more conflict.

He walked down the corridor when he heard another person calling him.

"Zane! Wait a moment!"

What is it now? He momentarily frowned before he smiled and turned back. It was the twins, his eyes glanced over to the shy twin, who was almost hiding behind his ice beauty sister. He had a B-level potential. Zane's smile turned a little genuine,
