Yuki Sagutsa /Otsutsuki
Kaguya's aunt, Wife of Haru Tagutsa, and Sister of Suki Otsutsuki Kaguya's mother. Loves her family and friends will go best you to a pulp if you mess with them.
Quirk: Target Lock
Can make things in 4 meters levitate and shoot at you like a missile. Can [Target lock] herself to fly if she selects another target while using quirk on herself. Overuse can cause eye pain and headache. Quirk is both active and passive type depends on emotions.

Haru Sagutsa
Step uncle of Kaguya and husband of Yuki. Loves his family and wishes to add to it. Works with the Hero Association to help heroes make or upgrade their costumes.
Quirk: Wind Manipulation
The quirk itself isn't that strong so he doesn't use it much. Can push a person 5 feet away and it's best to be near him on a hot day because he is a human A/C. Quirk is an active type quirk.

Yuna Tagashi
Boss and best friend of Yuki. Owns a flower shop that does well. Likes it when Kaguya comes over. Will do many things for Kaguya so she can just head pat and pamper Kaguya. Don't mess with either Yuki or Kaguya or you will face pain like never before. Looks like a teenager but she's old just don't say that to her face.
Quirk: Muscle Tightening
Can tighten her muscles in her body to gain strength that a normal person can take years to develop. If she grabs a hold of you give up unless you can overpower her. Quirk is an active type quirk.

Suki Otsutsuki
Mother of Kaguya and the twin sister of Yuki. Is a kind and smart person who is very emotional. Wanted to be a hero but due to her weak body, she gave up. Has been in a Coma since Kaguya was born into the world.
Quirk: Boostsight
Can boost her vision if she wants to by 10 times. Her type of quirk is somewhat normal to have in the Otsutsuki clan. If quirk is used past times 10 it can lead to eye pain or crying blood. It is an active type of quirk.

Yui Tsunibe
Was an orphan till she started graduated from U.A high school. Likes to make fun of others or just ignore whoever who she deems uninteresting. Currently working as the Secretary of the chairman of the Japanese hero association.
Quirk: Water manipulation
Can use and bend water to her will. can create many things with water. Favorite weapon to create is a water whip which deals a lot of damage if her opponent is not careful. Quirk is an active type quirk.

Yukariko Chiyo
Is a lively person who likes to cheer up people's day. Wouldn't recommend making her upset since it would be very bad for you. Is the granddaughter of the hero Recovery Girl. Loves her job as a doctor and quirk researcher.

Is a mutation of her father's and mother's quirk. Can heal and create any medicine and poison if she understands how it works. The quirk comes from her body fluids but she can control it everywhere except her hands which lives why she always wears gloves. Quirk type is both active and passive.
