Chapter 44: Start of Sennuas adventure

Sennua walked towards the crabs and the crabs where obviously not happy to see her. They thought she was an enemy and started to surround her. Sennua looked at this and sighed, she didn't know how she would be able to convince the crabs to let her help, but she had to try.

„don't worry, I'm here to help. I may not be a doctor, but I still have a little bit of knowledge about treating wounds please let me help." The crabs chattered excitedly when they heard that. Some wanted to let Sennua immediately through, while others were still not convinced. They didn't trust this random stranger that suddenly appeared, but they also had hope that this random stranger could really help.

One of the crabs looked at her and said „you can try to help her but we will watch your every move. Sennua sighed in relief. She thought she would have to discuss with the crabs for hours before they would let her help them, but know that she had permission she might have a chance to actually help.

But what she didn't realize was that the crabs had talked to her and she understood them. Crabs normally aren't able to talk, but she just talked to a crab. But because of the severity of the situation she completely forgot about this.

She walked towards the crab mom and looked at her wounds, and she was immediately disappointed. Those wounds were horrible, but she could still feel a slight heart beat through the shell. The mom was still alive!!!

Sennua looked at the crab children and said „I have good and bad news; the good news is that your mom Is still alive. The bad news is that her wounds are absolutely terrible, I'm not sure if she will make it. "

The crabs were happy when they heard the first part of the sentence, but despair filled them when they heard the rest. Was there really no hope? Would their mom really have to die? They couldn't believe this.

Sennua looked at their faces full of tears and she felt like crying to but she spoke up and told them the only way that she knew could help their mom. „far from here is a special lake, it is rumored to heal all wounds and to even regenerate limbs. If you all feel ready for the challenge then we can together go there and try our luck. "

The crab children where excited when they heard this, there was hope! They all nodded immediately, they knew it would be a tough challenge to walk through the desert with their mom. But they had to try, they had to do it for their mom.
