Chapter 2: The Void
Lillyann began to regain consciousness and looked around. All she saw was an infinite amount of color. Colors of red, green, blue, orange, and so many more. Some didn't even exist. It was nasiating and comparable all at the same time.
As she looked around she began how she got here. Then, all her life played out as a movie in front of her, to her first step, first word, to her first piano recital. All until her final breath. She began crying because she couldn't say goodbye to her parents and her friends. All she hoped was that the people in the store made it out.
She came amends with the fact that she died and desided to venture out into the void. She traveled for days, weeks, years. Who really knew? She didn't care. One day she came upon a strange place. It was a valley and in the center was a big orb that was black. Around the valley were six mountains. The strange thing is that the mountains were all difrent colors. There was a red, green, brown, blue, purple, and silver mountain.
She didn't know why but she felt connected to each and every mountain in the valley and also the big black orb in the middle. She went to the closest mountain to her which was the red mountain. As she stepped onto the mountain she could feel her soul burning but she didn't give up she kept going. On her way up each step she took the fire kept getting hotter and hotter until she was screaming in agony.
But she could feel it as her soul was burning and regenerating it was getting stronger. This kept up until she reached the top. At the top there was a lion. It was a big lion, it was as big as a house. She felt she would be afraid in normal circumstances, but she just couldn't. It felt like it was expecting her. Just as she was getting lost in her thoughts the lion spoke. "So someone has finally come."
She was shocked and it was evident in her soul. The lion was amused at the shock of the young soul. It proceeded to talk, " I am Anita Saxe, young one what is your name?". The voice of Anita snapped Lillyann out of her shock. "Ah, I'm sorry please forgive me. My name is Lillyann Cade, pleased to meet you Mr. Saxe." Lillyann said with an a apologetic gaze. Anita suddenly laughed out loud as it shook the mountain below them.
"Young Lillyann you have nothing to worry about your the only one I have talked to in millions of years other then the old farts!" Anita says with a glare looking at the other mountains. "'old farts'? who are they?" Lillyann asks with a confused face. "Ah! You'll find out in time. Now, you must be wondering why your here!"
