Chapter 13: ceremony pt.1
At noon.
It was time for the ceremony to begin. I reached the ceremony hall and it was huge. The ceremony hall has the capacity to hold at least 1 million people with extreme ease.
After inquiring some more I got to know that the ceremony hall is also the execution stand where they execute the notorious pirates and criminals of world government to put the fear of Navy in the hearts of people so that they don't repeat the crimes.
Also, the ceremony hall is used as a stadium for the duels and for the celebration of the Navy's decade completion.
That was some new information, apparently the Navy celebrated it's establishment day every 10 years.
Every Navy Academy student was wearing a white sleeveless shirt with a white and blue colour cap which has the World Government insignia on the front. The pants were of a navy blue colour, and everyone was wearing black boots. It was necessary to have this dress code for everyone to show the discipline as we are representing ourselves in front of the whole Navy upper echelons and world as the New protector of peace. It was what said to everyone here. Now I know why even if 99 percent of the Navy was corrupt but was still truly devoted to exterminating the piracy from the world.
Why do I think that the Navy was brainwashing people? It can be just a show of power to the world as they know that the world is watching them. Well in my previous life there were various terrorist organizations which used these kinds of methods. In my past life, these Organizations target people to join them and how they made them join. First, they give money to some of the influencing people like t.v. actress and film actresses. These people will spew the words against the government or a certain religion and favor another religion.
It creates a rift between peoples even if they are not affected by that thing but human brain subconsciously think about it. And then they will use Your internet data and show you the things which again funnels the fire. Now people became distressed very easily and when people become distressed they go to the temples, churches and mosques.
Now here in these sacred grounds of God, they have already stationed their peoples as the pastors, pujari and mulavi. These people then tell you to do very simple things first like hosting a certain colour flag, coming regularly to the sacred ground of God, what you should eat like these things. Then Slowly they will tell you to do things which you wouldn't have done some time ago and in a year or two, these organizations have another sleeper cell in the country. And the thing is that you would be happy to do that.
So the Navy might not be using personal information like in my last world but they do know how to use their own ways and know where to strike. The best example of Navy brainwashing would be Garp.
How you might ask. well, What did Roger tells Garp before his public execution. He told him to take care of his unborn child. Which he did according to some people but not for me. He FuCkIng wait for a year and half after that. He let Marines kill even newborn babies and when they could not find his wife or her child then he goes to her. He might have not guessed that she would be so strong-willed that she would keep the pregnancy for 20 months. Than his Morales didn't agree with him and he adopted that child.
And what did he do when Ace was executed in front of him. He even fights against the ones who came to save him. And when Akainu ( from an alternate reality not me) kills him he said " Sengoku stop me or else I will kill him ".
Come on man they killed your grandson in front of you and you are saying that you WILL kill just do it. No one is strong enough to fight you.
when I was 16 in my previous life. Someone dares to slap my mother and I broke his every single bone in his body (A/N: ANYONE WOULD DO). And here they killed a grandson of yours and you did nothing but instead help them. You knew he was innocent and the situations made him a pirate because the world outside of your shadow would just kill him if he did anything else.
That's one of the reasons that I don't like Garp. He shows that he cares for the family but the brainwashing is so deep that he just follows the order.
If this is not brainwashing then what is.
But this brainwashing doesn't have any specific direction. Meaning that the soldiers are only loyal to marines but it can be diverted to the extermination of piracy easily instead of being loyal to the world government.
And that's where I will play. I will be using this brainwashing to make these people see the real face of the world Government and when they will be scared and not have anywhere to go I will be their shelter. I will be the shoulder on which they will cry, I will be the shade of the tree on a hot summer day and I will be their water in the desert. They will fight for me, kill for me. They will give me blood and I will give them the tomorrow that they deserve.
Now there is a reason why I am going to influence the normal and lower-level people. It is because the darkest place is beneath the torch. No one expects a riot from the lower level. In an organization like Marine, you can't influence the upper echelons, you can only influence those of the lower levels. History and nature taught me a lesson that even if the Elephant is big and an ant is small but if the ant reaches the Elephant's ear it is game over. Same as the people who cook for a king, clean his castle, do his laundry e.t.c. are too small but they can easily kill those powerful Elephants.
You know I always thought what would happen if a Celestial Dragon bought a slave and that slave stands upto him and shouts
" For freedom" and then *boom*. The celestial Dragon dies. It would be amazing to see. Now in front of me are not 35 thousand Marine soldiers but they are my soldiers who will watch my back and I will watch their future.
