Chapter 2: Gandalf
***, ***, void.
Void, a borderless and chaotic environment without order, laws, concepts, substances and reference points. No normal living beings could live in such place without a source of energy to maintain their existence, and any inorganic materials would be gradually consumed by the winds of chaos that blew in that particular 'space' and crumble in the end.
In a relatively quiet area of this 'space', there was a tiny orb of light wandering alone. That light seemed impotent before those winds which were relentlessly blowing without reasons or order. However, it was still enduring and kept on its path towards an unknown destination. A thin layer of lights was covering it from those dangerous wind, a shield that was being worn-out to protect its host.
'How much time has passed?' Thought David who was going where his ability was pointing. Right, that tiny light was David who was travelling in the void. After escaped from the circle of reincarnation of 'his' birth world, he was searching a new 'home' where he could rest.
His ability, [Gift Upon Fate], could guide its host to fulfill his wish by inserting in his consciousness fragments of the future, the key points which could led him to the wished outcome. For example, if he wished to kill the american president without be found, he had to only wait a moment before he knew unconsciously how to contact a certain journalist who liked smoke everywhere and ask him a ride, then that journalist would need refuel in a filling station with a leak. Right that day, the president was accompanying his son to a NBA match and while his car was passing near that oil station with that journalist refueling. It would explode after he throw away his unfinished cigarette in the leak and the ceiling would flip over the president's car crushing onto, killing him and his family.
Obviously, there were different ways to fulfill his wishes. More arduous are those wishes to be fulfilled by the host without the ability, more time it would need to work. And if his wish is fulfilled, it could be used again only after 3 times the time spent to fulfill his wish.
The ability fulfill only the most significant wish in the host's mind everytime, so it wasn't still under David's full control.
This time, he wished to visit another anime world and it took 6 years, 3 months and 18 days for his ability to works. His ability had already send the information to him a way to obtain a antique pendant that allowed him to maintain his existence and memory during his travel.
Now, he was heading towards a new world following his instinct, the way his ability communicated with him. His choice to die that day was also in accordance with the information gave by it. Because his ability had foreseen that in that time frame, the void zone between his world and his destination would be quieter.
During his journey, he had seen some floating castles, a silver humanoid avatar with four arms, a giant 'ball' of flesh with many tentacles and a giant eye on it, followed by many its 'tiny' version, a handsome man who was holding a child flying very fast, a fleet of spaceship-like objects and a middle-aged man who looked like a certain vampire.
'It's fu***ng boring here! I want a virtual screen and wi-fi to surf on internet now! Gandalf is going to be in standby for 18 years and I'm stuck in this form!'
And yeah, he called his ability Gandalf, imitating a certain ant. He didn't know how many time will take this journey because it has given him a number with a unknown unit of measure as duration of the trip.
After a long time of curses throwed to everyone and almost died of boredom, David could see a 'sphere' of light became gradually bigger before him in the distance.
'Finally.' Exclaimed David in his mind. When he reached its surface that 'sphere' was a giant ball of unknown color light.
David was quickly approaching that 'orb' while his thin barrier, which has protected him until now and was slowly disappearing.
When he touched that 'spherr', there was a sort force that was rejecting him, but a blue energy came out from his core and penetrated in the 'orb'. After a short time, that stream of blue energy stopped moving and started pull David into the 'sphere'.
In the end, after struggled a bit, the blue energy succeeded to bring David in the 'sphere' of light.
Entering in that 'sphere', David knew he finally reached his destination. That blue energy was his ability forcing him in that world because he was like a invader. But, coincidentally (I don't think so), the Will of that world was sleeping in that moment and when it became aware of the intrusion, David was already melted into the laws of the world.

David could feel he was floating inside a liquid but he couldn't see anything as if he hadn't eyes. He was feeling really sleepy and blackout instantly.

6 months later, Nagoya
In a room of a hospital, the scream of a woman was ringing las if she was dying.
"Please, Mrs, just the last push." (???)
"Um, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!" (Mrs. ???)
"Waaaaah, waaaaaaaaah, wahhh!" (???)
"Mrs, it's out now! ...It's a healthy male!" (???)
"Waaaah, waah waahh, wahhhhh!" (???)
A woman who was wearing a nurse green uniform passed a baby on her arms to the tired Mrs ??? after she cleaned the baby wrapped into a white, soft blanket.
"Pwee, ahh, pwee. Finally, my dear, you can fi-, cought." (Mrs. ???)
"Please, Mrs. You need rest now!" (???)
"Dear, it's a boy." (Mrs. ???)
A nurse who had a phone on call placed it next to Mrs ???'s ear. "Yes, thanks to God!" said the man at the other side of the call. Meanwhile, most of the person in the room went out letting the Mrs. rest alone.
"Can you name him?" Said the Mrs. With a tired smile on her face. She was still in pain, but the joy of birth overcame it.
"... Tadao, your name is Tadao Usui. You will be 'loyal' to anyone you care. May your life be blessed as ours." Said the man on call while Mrs. Usui put the phone next to the baby.
"Waaaaaaaaah!" (Tadao)

29 July, ****, Usui Tadao was born in this world, a baby who should have been born dead, but a foreign soul was tied in that small body now. A human freed from the chains of fate of this world.
