They rode forward towards Elija's house after exiting the guild and went in the carriage.
"So? Where to Elija?"
Laurence asked as he drove the carriage.
"We're at the southern part of the city."
"Oh yeah. That makes our inn at the northwest like where the rich lads live."
Rai said as he pointed at the luxurious part of the city on the map.
"You live there?"
"Well. Yeah. We do."
"If you're rich why bother becoming adventurers?"
"Nothing much. Just for fun."

After a while of driving. They arrived at the southern part and Laurence asked again.
"Where is it?"
"Please just stick to the left."
"Alright."
After a few roads, Elija now told Laurence to go left.
After then. They arrived at the seventeenth house.
"Stop! We're here!"
"Alrighty!"
They pulled over the carriage and got out.
"Elija. Is there a place to put these?"
"Oh yeah. Please just go behind there."
"Okay. Niel. Let's put this carriage there."
As they go through a pathway leading behind the house to put the carriage in someplace and to also feed the horses while the others go inside.
"Mama! Papa! I'm back!"

An ancient curse from an ancient being has been placed upon Elija's bloodline. Find a way to free his mother from the curse.

Elija ran upstairs while his father talks to the three.

"We go through the same quest as your son. We however managed to protect him from goblins."

The two then suddenly ran opened the door.
"What was that!? Why did we suddenly got a ques– oh? Sorry."
"Hey, you four. Just wait here. I'll go up."

Rai goes up and knocks on the first door.
Elija opened it and saw him.
"Mister?"
"May I take a look at your mother?"
"Y-yes..."
"Thank you."
Rai goes inside and saw the shaman who is a beautiful woman constantly healing Elija's mother who they could hear crying of agony.
"Um, Elija? Who is he?"
"He's mister Rai. He'll help."
"I am Rai Invictus. A healer. May you let me help?"
"Oh… Alright. The curse is becoming extremely active as of the past few days. It shows no sign of deactivating. She'll die at this rate."
"May I try it?"
"Yes…"
The woman stopped her healing and the cry became even tenser.
"Guaaahhh!!! P-please! D-don't put your healings away! Kyaaaa!"
The mother screamed and Rai put his and on her head and casts his skill.
"Remove Curse!"
One of the two skills he gained earlier when they leveled up. It is an A-tier skill that is able to remove even S-tier curse.
Rai then felt as if he's drifted into somewhere as his vision became blurry and he arrives on an open white plane with a huge figure in there.
"Hey!"
Rai called out.
The figure turned around. It's a dragon.
"A dragon?"
"Who is it that dares trespass my realm!?"
"Well. It's a human, apparently."
"Grrr… I see."
The dragon lunges forward and tried to attack him using its claws. But then a barrier stopped from doing so.
"What?"
"Oh… A barrier. I wonder who puts that there?"
"Tsk. Tell me. How are you able to traverse towards the spirit realm? How did you reach my realm?"
"Tell me first. Are you the one responsible for the mother of a kid named Elija?"
"Oh… Her? Indeed. So what?"
"Remove the curse from her."
"Haha! Curse!?"
"What do you mean by that?"
"Haha, it's not a curse. You humans are naive!"
"Then what was it?"
"It's not a curse. It's the power of mine! A powerful dragon! A being who once served directly under the gods' commands!"
"So that's who you are huh? Tell me how was it your power? And remove it now. She's dying."

He's level one hundred. It might be bad to fight him. But since there is a barrier, then it's alright.
"Yes, I am indeed commanding you. Remove your power to her now!"
"Haha. Do not rush it human. We have plenty amount of time in the spirit realm. The time is separate in both realms. Let's talk."
"About what?"
"About your objective here. Why do you wish to remove it even if she's now dying?"
"Alright. She doesn't need your power. She's not fighting anything other than your power bursting within her. Remove it and free her from suffering."
"Then kill her. So she won't suffer any longer."
"You do not understand. She's dying. And it needs to disappear."

They could no longer contain the overwhelming power of mine and my wife! They could only prevent this by becoming stronger. But our bloodline is slowly being erased within the world. The bloodline of godkins has been slowly disappearing! Making it only more than a hundred of them within this world! She happens to possess my power and bloodline but not her son what a shame. But since she's weak! She is suffering! My bloodline is unlike others. If you're not worthy of it! Then suffer! You humans mistook it for a curse. "I see. So? Who are these gods then? Would you be willing to tell me? How do they look like? How powerful they are? And how many of them are there?"

The child results with an overwhelming power that easily matches many powerful beings. Thus becoming called godkins. The items also helped revolutionize our world. They taught us many crafts and mastery and many other things during two hundred years of them communicating with us. Soon we recognize their power and all had fallen under them. They gave each race their land to dwell in, creating a peaceful world. But when the gods stopped responding to us. The world changed drastically. Wars broke out and races started despising each other. "
"I see. They said that their leader is a ruthless tactician?"
"Yes. A powerful mage."
"Oh… Items and beings… Wild magic. What is that?"
"That is our existing system for thousands of years before their magic and ki arrive."
"How does that wild magic work?"
"It's basically lets somebody wield the natural aspects of the world using the power of their mind. But the magic using mana has more power. Thus becoming better at times. But wild magic and Mana Magic could be learned by one person. Wild magic is versatile you could shape the world through your mind. But Mana magic gives you more power but only one form. Both have their own ups and downs. Both are hard to master. But each spell in Mana could be achieved at a minimum time of six years. If you're talented enough. It could be for four years. The same applied for Ki users. Which uses Ki arts
"Hah. Quite disappointing. Six years just for one skill."
"You're belittling us?"
"Yes. I am. Now. Remove your power from her."
