Ivan helped Elysia to stand properly on the stage when Elysia asked, "Were those words of yours truth or just a pretense to keep my dad's heart?"

The sudden question made Ivan to turn his head towards Elysia as he looked at her with his raised eyebrows.

At first, he thought that she was only taunting him but when he saw her hopeful eyes with a tiny bit of seriousness, he understood that it was just her curiosity which had led her to interrogate him over his statement..

"I never make any promises which I can't fulfil, Elysia. And you know this better than anyone else." Ivan muttered in a low voice.

Elysia just gave him a bright smile in response which was enough for Ivan's mood to brighten up also.

"Guys.. You can have your chat leisurely after the wedding is over. Now please focus on your vows." Natasha who had joined the bridesmaids group, interrupted them in middle.
