Chapter 2: First time
(At noon, X mall)
In the middle of the city center two beautiful ladies walked out of a white limousine.
Bai An and Zhang Mo are in a packed neighborhood where tourists and locals enjoyed shopping. Here there are some local stand mixed with luxury mall, a perfect place to spend money.
Right now Bai An is really excited. Even though this is not the first time she came here for shopping and certainly not the first time she walked out of Zhang Mo's limousine, but it is actually the first time Zhang Mo will buy a dress for her.
A high-end custom made gala dress! What a class. Bai An exclaimed in her heart.
Zhang Mo is really spending money on her. She must succeed, she will not let Zhang Mo down!
If Zhang Mo could hear Bai An's voice right now. She would really laughed it off.
She only want to watch a my billionaire CEO's drama in real-life for once. And beside, this kind of things is not going to worth a dime in her pocket anyway.
"Let's go Bai An. The auction is starting at 7 we not have much time left."
"Really?! Okay, okay. Let's go pick the dress! And will I have make up artist doing my makeup and hair dresser doing my hair?"
Bai An asked Enthusiastically. At this point she really looked like a real country pumpkin.
It couldn't be helped. This is the first time professionals going to dressed her up. Who wouldn't wanted to be more beautiful.
"Well, you will see in a bit." Zhang Mo chuckled.
6 hours later...
"Beauty" Standing in front of a mirror Bai An was left speechless.
She was wearing a well design, floor length black slip gala dress with front slit, paired with 10cm red sole's high heels. The dress looked plain but it magically emphasized on her curves and matched well with her ruby earrings and choker.
"Of course my lady, with our experience and high-end jewelry miss Zhang have sent it to us earlier we ensure at you will be the brightest star tonight." The manager and his workers looked at Bai An with admiration and a hit of flattery.
"I really like this dress, it not too shiny or too dull. It will be perfect for the auction!"
"We are almost late, Let's go." Zhang Mo reminded as she walked off the store gracefully.
"Alright, thank you for taking care me this afternoon, bye bye" Bai An quickly followed Zhang Mo back to the white limousine.
As they closed the door and the car get moving, Bai An who didn't know what she should expect for, spoke out.
" Momo, I really not sure about this plan. Are you sure we can beat him with money? Or if he isn't interested in any pieces in auction? What if, what if he will not even attend! Damn it! Why can't I keep my stupid self out of trouble for once." Bai An put her hands on her head with so much frustration.
Let's hope for the best, she can't go back now anyway. In fact she should treat it as a eye's openers and enjoy some free drinks.
"Don't worry my agent have told me that he's coming, so you will definitely have your chance showing off your money. Do you remember our script?" Zhang Mo smiled at Bai An like she was going to see a great show.
"That's awesome and of course I do. So, I will going to raise my bidding stick in the last minute and keep it up until I am the last one standing or when you tell me via earpiece to stop." Bai An answered enthusiastically, although she sound a bit nervous, but the fun actually out won the fear in her heart.
This is exactly why both of them really hits off with each other and stick together for a long time.
" Not quite, I mean I . will . never. tell you to stop bidding on the pieces we agree upon." Zhang Mo told her friend with utmost confidence tone of voice. Born with a golden spoon Zhang Mo is confident that no one could beat her in this aspect.
"Oh really? I can't wait to see my hubby beat your confident to pulp!"
"Tsk tsk. Of course how could I beat your prince charming in anything. But please remember, if you lost to him you won't make that good of an " impression " either. Now go get him, I believe in you!" Zhang Mo pushed Bai An out out her limousine as they arrived at their destination.
Corner of Bai An mouth twitched a bit as her best friend doesn't care about her life well beings.
I still don't want to die too early ! Bai An could only lamented in her heart and keep a strong face.
In front of her a billion dollar sky tower near river in the middle of B city stand a tall building.
As Bai An gazed around she found out that it was already night time.
The sky was so dark ,but from the night lights, the sky looked like have been illuminated by countless stars. This place is full of colors and it actually looks like heaven where only the most rich and powerful people are qualify to enter.
Bai An never been here before, but she know that this tower is where everything will began.
"Don't worry I will." Her spoke softly as her slander legs step on the red carpet heading to the entrance where an incredible encounter awaits.
