A few days later, in the middle of the night, they had arrived, the journey took them three days on horseback. Twenty of them in total plus the man named Senior making them twenty-one, each of them on a horseback.
"We've finally arrived. Everybody get prepared for the check-up, they have to make sure we've got nothing on us, you hear me?"
'We arrived at the gates of Clover City, and they were checking our carriage, searching through our personal belongings. I had nothing of my own except few books, so I got through just fine, though the people were quite aggressive.' This was what was written in Alexander's journal.
'We entered the school without any problems, and the people here are quite nice, though it's probably because they don't want to offend us in case we turn out fantastic after all this is a world where the strong and talented rule.'
'We've been settled for accommodation, but because it's night time we just had dinner and we're told to rest till the next morning.'
"Alex, why are you still up? " said Alex's roommate.
"Oh just updating my journal Milo," said Alexander. Milo was a friend he made during the three-day journey to Clover City.
"Well get some sleep we've got a lot to do tomorrow, got that?" and he went back to sleep...
'This guy, it's not like you can fall asleep that fast. If you didn't get to know him you'd think he was previously a good nothing son from a noble house. Wait... '
[Note: his name is Alexander, but I will be calling him Alex ]

'It is currently the fourth hour of the day and we're waiting in the Academy hall for the announcement. Unlike normal magic Academies, this one is different.'
'School roles are divided differently. The lowest is the Students followed by Inner students, next are Core students, then teachers, elders, the 5 masters, and the Principal. Students are the newly admitted people, while Inner Students are those who rose up the rank. Core Students are the students of the 5 masters, or the highly talented.' this was information Alex had sought after they got too Clover City.
"When do you think he'll get here, making us wait so long," Milo whispered in Alex's ears.
"What makes you think it's a he?" asked Alex.
"Well be...cause..." Milo wanted to say something before a commanding voice rang in the hall.
"Silence!"
"Good day to you all, I'll be straight forward, your performance During this month decides your faith."
"Whether you will be forever useless, or end up climbing up the food chain, depends on you as well, and I'd hope for good scores on the Spells test if I were you. We do have other test but in the end this specific one test your comprehensive ability. I am Miss Lilia, let's work hard!" this woman was one of the 5 masters, she was the weakest but by far also the youngest.
'Huh who would have thought it really was a woman.' Milo thought to himself, though how could Alex not know what he was thinking of, 'I guess I'm good at guessing!' he thought as his eyelids twitched.
An old man standing by her side came out, "Morning all, I'm William Frost, my rank in this Academy is that of an Elder, and I'll be your instructor for as long as the assessments may last!"
"As you may have heard, for the next few days you'll take certain tests and trails and after that, we'll gather your scores and see whether it would be worth training you further!"
"We'll meet again at the training field, dismissed!"
....
"Hey, Alex what element do you think we'll awaken? I reckon I'll get the Water element. I've always felt a strange connection to water since I was small." Milo said feeling pretty confident.
"Would you believe me if I said that I might get all six elements?" Alex said with a smirk on his face.
"Yh and I'm Zeró, the ultimate SS-rank adventurer!" Milo was clearly dumbfounded when he heard Alex's words.
"I figured you might say something like that." after he said this he walked on.
"Hey wait up!" Milo said, 'This guy sure is amusing.' and he followed suit.
