Chapter 4: Fiancee is here to rescue!
Lawrence felt like two to three days had already passed. He had already read the scroll, "Introduction of various clans and cultivation techniques" twice. He was feeling very tired without food.
He started cursing again,"Fuck,How much time I am going to rot here?
These magical techniques sure is interesting,but I can't practice them only by studying.
I need to get the unique cultivation methods from my clan.
Magic is like,You never know how it feels, without holding a beauty in your arm."
He was cursing because he was feeling frustrated, he was inside a rotten prison for God knows how many days!
Suddenly he heard heavy footsteps from above. He thought to himself,
"Is it Northrock,that bastard never returned after giving me that scroll."
Soon,he saw a burly man with two big horns on top of his head. He felt disappointed, he knew he could not ask for food from a unknown barbarian.
By now,he already knew the name of the clan of these burly guards. Their clan name was,"Bighorn Barbarian clan."
He looked at the burly guard while pondering,
"Northrock was given charge of my cell. Why there is another one today?Don't tell me he was caught!Well,he won't be killed for this anyway."
The burly guard came infront of cell. He didn't tell anything to Lawrence. He took out the key and placed it on the keyhole.
Lawrence quickly though of many possibilities in his head. But contrary to his every expectation,that guard came near him and picked him up and placed him on his shoulders.
After picking him up, He said,
"Brat,you are lucky. Someone has paid to take you out of here. Your bones most be tasty. I was planning to eat you after you die. But you didn't die."
Listening to the guard, Lawrence felt a shiver in his spine. He was not planning to think of the possibility of his dying.
He cursed inside,"What a fucking crazy bunch!They are not even planning to spare my dead body.
I wonder who has come to my rescue. Probably hellsword clan, I will thank properly whoever it is.
The burly guard moved with big strides and they soon left the dungeon and walked outside.
The burly guard then placed him on the ground. Lawrence looked at the surrounding curiously. He was very much looking forward to see around this world and it's creatures.
Lawrence saw many barbarians like Northrock in his surrounding. Some big crude looking stone houses could be seen in a distance.
He saw some barbarian women who were almost naked. They had only covered their sensitive body parts with beast skins.
They were tall with wheat coloured skins. Two protruding horns could be seen on their heads.
Initially they were busy with processing wild meats for their children but now some of them looking at him with interest.
Although he was not sure,weather they were interested in his look or they were seeing him as exotic meat!
"Lawrence come to my side",while he was busy with examining the surrounding he heard a beautiful voice calling him by his name. It was coming from centre in front of him.
Lawrence looked and saw a fierce looking old man staring at him ahead.
By his side, he saw a beautiful teenage girl waving at him.
She was very pretty and had a curvy body. She wore a skin tight leather cloth,which oulined her curvaceous body perfectly.
Two small horn which were blue in colour could be seen protruding from her head. Two horns made her look more appealing.
Suddenly,a vague image of a small pretty girl playing with previous owner of this body came to his mind. This memory,somehow calm his mind and he felt a strange affection for this beautiful and familiar girl.
He stepped forward to go over there. Surprisingly,he somehow trusted this girl by instinct.
As,a Mafia Don he had dealings with countless type of people. And he had developed a basic instinct which can judge people.
As he stepped forward,he felt a sudden dizziness struck him. He knew,it was effect of staying in blank stomach for a longer period.
He tried to resist it but gradually his conciousness fade away.
When Lawrence wake up,he found himself himself sleeping on a luxurious bed. Some strange yet fluffy beast furs covered the entire bed and he was lying atop it.
By now,he was feeling quite refreshed after a good sleep.This room seemed familiar to him but he could not recall anything about it.
Lawrence looked around and found the beautiful girl from his previous encounter sleeping nearby.
She was sleeping nearby and her body curled up like a ball. A soft snoring sound could be heard from her. She was holding a spoon made of jade with her little hand.
Two to three pots filled with strange medicine and crushed meat were kept nearby. Lawrence felt sweet looking at her and murmured," Who is she and it seems like she has taken care of me."
"Because she is your fiancee", A pleasant voice answered his question.
Lawrence looked at the source of voice and saw a elegant woman dressed in plain clothes coming towards him.
For a strange reason,he could tell,she was the mother of him!
