Chapter 4: adventures guild
I slowly opened my eyes from my sleep and the next thing I know my body feels reborn, every part of it is filled with energy and life, I was feeling absolutely amazing, after getting used to that feeling for a bit I tried to stand but fell because I forgot I was on a tree.
[FUCK, GOD DAME YOU STUPID THING]
I yelled to the tree as I stood, after calming down I tried to sense the mana in me to see if it was the thing that made me feel nice, after checking my mana I was shocked to see it grew a bit bigger than before if last time it was the size of a strawberry it was now the size of an orange.
after thinking for a bit I concluded that maybe as my mana flowed thru me it, in turn, gathered the nearby mana, after getting to that conclusion I was excited as that meant I could sleep and my mana would get bigger without me doing anything.
in my excitement, I went somewhere secluded and made my mana gather on the top of my palm after getting enough mana there I also imagine a fireball but not any fireball a condensed one that did not move but stayed still and purely focused in power like a bomb that could go off.
after trying that, all I got was a measly little flame.
[ hmmm maybe I just need practice, but I can practice later, I first need to go to the adventures guild and sign up to first get something like an ID and a stable job to get some money, I should ask errand how much it cost to sign up and if he has some money to spare for me to sign up]
after all the talk I went to find errand who was already awake and eating something that looked like moldy bread.
[hey errand can you tell me how much it cost to sign up for the adventures guild and if I can borrow the money from you, I will pay you back]
he looked at me for a second and said
[it cost 10 copper coin and I could give you that much if you promise to give me back 1 silver coin]
[DEAL, sooo Ummm could you lead me to the adventures guild]
[fine but we got to be quick otherwise I will be late for gary]

I think I know who Gary is, he is probably the errand boy for him, well I have no power to help him right now although after getting enough strength I will help him as he helped me, plus a child like him should not live in a place like this, I can't believe that altho this place is owned by a duke it does not have an orphanage, or maybe it does but errand has special circumstances that got him kicked out but I can't ask that to him I will just have to see if there is an orphanage by asking around.
after getting me to the adventures guild, errand ran back so I was left alone, after looking at the guild for a second, and marveling at it, I entered, after getting in it was pretty much what you would expect from It, some people drinking after a hard days work some just looking for missions to take and the line at the reception, after getting a look at everything, I went to line up at the reception.

it was finally my turn, I was starting to get impatient.

[oh registering, ok just fill this form and pay the registration fee]
the receptionist said as he handed me a piece of paper with words I could not understand, even tho I can understand them and speak, the writing was not familiar, I got embarrassed as I said.
[umm sorry but I can't read so could you fill it out for me please]
he nodded before asking me questions to fill as this was a common occurrence.

after a couple of more questions, my registration was completed and the receptionist begins to fill me in about the basics
[first, let's start with grade and the quests you can choose from them, there is G, E, F, D, C, B, A, AND S GRADE, from G you will be doing things such as cleaning the town or helping with the workload, for E you will be going to the outskirts of the forest to gain experience while picking up plants that may be useful for someone or going to just kill some animals that have been causing trouble for the civilians, for F it is where you will really start adventuring as you will be able to choose missions such as venturing into the woods to get some monster materials or becoming the bodyguard of a carven as for the rest of the grades you will find out about later, any questions]
[ye is there a way to jump to grade E or F faster]
I said as I did not want to start to clean garbage on the sidewalk.
[there is one way, the arena if you can get approved by the arena master you can get jumped to F]
[great where is that]
[before you go I must warn you the arena master does not hold back on new adventures so you will feel great pain should you not have enough power]

the receptionist just smiled and told me the location, after getting the location I started to make my way there.
