Chapter 6: Chap 6: getting to the Goldview village & having to go back to school!!
The next day
Bella's pov
So while we were getting our things together Octavian and I noticed our books glowing. "Hey guys, Octavian's book and mine are glowing." I said while making a gesture to get everyone's attention to us, when they finally gathered around Octavian and I look at each other and opened our books together, and saw that we had new chapters. "Aww man they beat us to getting a new chapter dang it and I lost the bet." Jacob said while pouting "who did you bet against and really Jacob really?" I asked a little irked with him but not with the one that betted against him because they believed in Octavian and I, then I saw a hand go up slowly and it was Morgan that won the bet "Suck it, Jacob, you just lost against the person that has the worst luck on bets." I said while laughing "Oh shut up Belle now I have to actually try to practice my telekinesis thanks to that bet." Jacob said still pouting. "Okay carrying on guys we need to practice our gifts while getting to Goldview village." Morgan said and then added, "Because we don't know what we will run into next, and knowing our luck with things right now we could end up running into other things that want to kill us." With a serious expression "that is truthful let us give it all we got guys." I said and they all yelled, "let's do this."
In another area

"So it appears they escaped Steven." ??? said calmly a little too calmly "yes master it appears so, but why are you so calm?" Eleven asked worriedly "because fool I am going to find them any way possible and kill them before they have a chance to learn how to control their powers before those blasted school finds out about them." ??? said with arrogance and anger in their voice. "Yes master Zelguis you will destroy those teens and those pesky students from the schools, then when they're gone you will rule this continent with no problems." Eleven said.
A month later
Chandler's pov
Well, this past month was interesting if I could say that. But at least we're finally near Goldview village now with little bumps in the road with some of us causing problems and some good things happening, like the rest of us (Jacob, Morgan, Caleb, Troy, and Chandler: author note) unlocked a new chapter of our books & we also read about the schools on Renla, found out that they have a school for people with gifts, I think it was called Dramora. "Guys are we going to try and not be noticed from that school Dramora as long as we can before they find us & force us to join." I said hoping they would agree with me "MOST DEFINITELY I'M NOT GOING BACK TO HELL!!" Troy yelled with almost everyone agreeing "Chandler you do know that you probably just jinxed us right." Bella said with a scary expression and annoyance in her voice. 'Well, now that I think about it I probably did just do that.' I thought while scratching the back of my head and chuckling awkwardly.
Flashback to the month before
Author pov
"Octavian I do not think this is a smart idea with everyone not knowing about this." Chandler said concerned "it'll be fine all we have to do is light the logs to make a fire, I just want to make it with my magic spell instead of the non-gift way." Octavian said nonchalantly Chandler stepped far far away from him and when Octavian did the spell he said it wrong so it backfired and when he turned around his face was full of ash and when he opened his mouth smoke came out "you were right Chandler." Octavian said before he passed out. 'Well, I told him it wasn't a good idea' Chandler thought walking over to Octavian to drag him over to his sleeping area after doing that Chandler walked back to the logs to start the fire.
"Okay the book said that I can start changing into animals, half shifting, and people but if they have gifts I can't use them but that I can't change into any of the creatures unless they leave an injury on my body except for bruises they don't count." Morgan said while pouting "well at least you can change into animals." Bella said trying to stop Morgan from pouting and to get Morgan to transform into an animal. "You're right so let's see what animal do I want to change into ahha how about a snake." Morgan said with happiness and mischievousness in her eyes "I know that look what are you planning" Bella said not wanting to be pranked but instead wanting to join in on the prank. Morgan got close to Bella and whispered "Well you know how Jacob found out that he can't read animals, creatures, or familiars minds in his new chapter, I want to find out if I go into animal form can he still read my mind & if not I'm going to prank him." Morgan said to Bella "I like that idea since he has it coming to him for being annoying the past few days." Bella said agreeing with Morgan also it was time to spice things up it's gotten so boring the past few days with nothing but walking, eating, sleeping, and training happening. They did the prank and got away with it, except that Morgan got thrown away by Jacob but they did discover that Morgan in animal form couldn't get her mind read by Jacob and incorporated that into her mind to learn how to block out Jacob by making a shield with animals protecting her mind. Morgan taught the others how to block out Jacob and it worked, for the most part, it gave Jacob some practice on how to try to read people's minds that have shields.
"So what are you doing?" Troy said to Caleb confused "well I can summon guns can I not." Caleb said rhetorically to Troy "yes why do you ask?" Troy said confused which caused Caleb to slap his head at Troy's stupidity but continued on with what he was saying "okay nevertheless the chapter said that I can now summon certain guns for now like pistols which I am so going to use since it's the easiest for now, unlike the bigger guns that I will be able to make when I get the next new chapter of my book." Caleb said explaining to Troy with a shark-like smile and a look in his eyes would scare the faint of heart. "ah ok but what do I have to be here for?" said Troy still confused "okay so your book said in your new chapter that you have a very high pain tolerance right? Well, I need you to stand over there near that tree while I shoot at you with non-lethal ammo's." Caleb said while still smiling. "Oh okay. Wait what!!" Troy yelled at the end "Too late you agreed Troy no coming out of the agreement." Caleb said with finality "Fine." Troy said reluctantly.
They also ran into some warthogs that were good train for them since there was a good amount of them it also taught the group how to work together as a unit, which helped keep some of the arguments that could have exploded if they didn't train together all the time. They skinned the warthogs they killed for food and to see if the hides from the warthogs are worth selling to get money for items and such. They also held tournaments against each other to train on strategy on how to take down actual people with gifts during fights instead of just killing them like they do with animals or the creatures they have yet to kill unless people were actually trying to kill the group or a member of it then it's all fair game to them.
End of flashback
Morgan's pov
"Finally we're here." I said relieved to see a village and people besides my friends finally, not to be mean or anything but you can only take so much before you want to punch them in the face "true to that." Caleb said in agreement. "Okay, first thing first we need to find where the marketplace is to see if we can sell the warthogs hide and get money if they are." I said to keep the group from separating and to my luck, they listened before they tried to leave in different directions "okay let us ask around." Troy said, "Wow Troy you're actually being smart and helpful in one go." Bella said sarcastically to him. So we went and asked a lady where the market in and she pointed us in the direction to go and we thanked her and went on our way.
Author pov
While that group of teens went on their merry way, they didn't notice another group come into the village right after them with masks on. "Okay, guys we need to find where the mayor of the village's office is at to get the briefing of our mission of where the abnormally large warthog and the regular size warthogs are at and get rid of them before they end up killing all the villagers." Said ??? "Okay, Sniper let's go." The rest of them said and continued on their way. They asked a man where was the mayor's office is on the way they found out they had to go through the market to get there along the way one of them bumped into Morgan almost knocking her onto the floor but grabbed her quickly "sorry about that." ??? said apologizing "it's no problem really." Morgan said feeling like this has happened to her before at school and when the person that almost knocked Morgan down went to say something else "Tiger come on!!" one of her members yelled for them. "Sorry I have to go." Tiger said and left before Morgan could say bye to them. When Tiger got back to her group "who was that and look they are shorter than you." ??? said teasingly "No one Invisa Girl don't worry about it." Tiger said trying not to blush but quickly looked behind her quickly to look for the person they bumped into.
Morgan's pov
"Who was that Morgan?" Chandler said seeing everything go down "I don't know but I feel like I've heard that voice before?" I said confused "Was it from your dreams." Chandler said teasingly "NO!! Why would you say that?" I said while blushing. "Let's not say anything to the others okay please." I said using puppy dog eyes pleading with Chandler "Fine I will not say anything as long as I get to tease you about it later." Chandler said with finality, I reluctantly nodded to him. We then went to where the rest of the group in and saw Troy and Jacob attempting to find an area to trade the hide while Bella, Caleb, and Octavian shook their head at them which caused Chandler and me to look at each other and laugh at them. We finally found a part of the market that buys hides from you and we got enough money to get supplies for us.
At another place
Sniper's pov
"Okay guys, be on your best behavior." I said while looking at them all "When have we not ever been on our best behavior." Tiger said with a raised eyebrow but one look by me made them remember and blush looking down "Tiger last time you and Time lord were left alone together, you two decided to prank one of the teachers at our school just because they were rude to Black swan." I said with finality in their voice. I knocked on the door and heard a muffled enter, so we went in and said "Hello we're Senshi and we came for the mission." we got the briefing and found out where the abnormally large warthog and regular-sized ones where are at & found out we are near the market area which we just passed. we all got ready and started to walk down there.
Caleb's pov
"Okay, we got things we need now let's look around to see if we want to buy anything else with the leftover money we have." Morgan said to us "How about we split the money and we all go separately to look for items that fit our interests." I said and they agreed and then we walked away in different groups which were 1st group was Jacob and me, 2nd group Morgan & Bella, 3rd group Troy, Octavian, and Chandler but before Jacob and I could search the market, we heard screaming so we quickly drop what we were doing and ran to where the scream was at and saw a lot of warthogs attack. 'Is that a large warthog with regular-sized warthogs!!' I thought while lowering my shield so he could hear what I was thinking with his telepathy over the screaming because he couldn't see over the panicking civilians and he looked at me and nodded then went to go find the others while I went to distract the animals from hurting any of the civilians. To distract them I started to shoot with a desert eagle to distract the animals while also killing the smaller ones.
Jacob's pov
'GUYS!!! WE HAVE A BIG PROBLEM AT THE FOOD MARKET AREA!!!' I yelled in their minds when I felt familiar minds brush against my telekinesis and knocked on their mind shields and they let them down so could tell them and show them what the problems are which caused them to jump into action and run over to me. We all run to where Caleb is to help him fight the warthogs.
Author's pov
While they were doing that they did not see the other group run down and see them (Morgan, Troy, Octavian, Bella, Caleb, Jacob, and Chandler are fighting the Warthogs: author note) fighting the animals to keep them from the civilians.
Tiger's pov
"Wow they are doing good and they have gifts it seems, but I've never seen them at school have you?" Time Lord said surprised about the gift part but confused about if they are from their school "from what I can tell they are not from our school because if they are they would know to wear a mask when on missions." Sniper said while observing them. 'That girl is the same one that I bumped into earlier and she feels like I should know her from somewhere.' I thought "hey Tiger isn't that the girl you were blushing about?" Invisa Girl said teasingly which caused me to blush "NO!!! She did not make me blush thank you very much, now let's focus and help them out." I said to them all and immediately left to help the other group of people out with fighting. The others soon joined and we all got rid of the smaller warthogs quickly all that was left was the large one and it went into blood lust mode 'Oh you have got to be kidding me.' I thought in disbelief, then heard "Octavian, Bella, and Jacob distract it while me, Chandler, Troy, and Caleb try to damage it as much as we can. While you guys that we don't know do what you need to, let's go guys." She said commanding her group. I was in awe of how she took charge of them and they didn't argue at all. "Okay while they do that Speedy and Mulli, you guys get the rest of the civilians out of the area while the rest of us are going to help them." Sniper said with finality ringing in the air which got us moving and doing our jobs. However, I got distracted by being in awe of how the girl I bumped into was handling the situation and was almost hit by the abnormally tall warthog if not for the girl pushed me out of the way and falling on top of me "we must really stop meeting like this." The girl that I had almost knocked down when we first met said teasingly then got up and gave me a hand to get me up then we both ran back in to help and we finally killed it together but not without some cuts and bruises on us. My group and I looked at each other and nodded that we needed to talk to this group to solve who they were and why they were here. "Okay we need to talk about you being foolish to just jump in even if you have gifts it was stupid unless you are a student but if you were one you would have known to wear a mask for missions, so the question is who are you and why you are here?" Sniper questioned them "Well if you must know princess we help anyone we can because last I checked it is a free country." The girl with glasses said to Sniper snapping at her. Sniper just looked at her in disbelief and the rest of us could see that the other group was trying not to laugh at that comment.
Morgan's pov
"Okay we need to talk about you being foolish to just jump in even if you have gifts it was stupid unless you are a student but if you were one you would have known to wear a mask for missions, so the question is who are you and why you are here?" I'm guessing their group leader questioned us "Well if you must know princess we help anyone we can because last I checked it is a free country." Bella said to Sniper for snapping at them. Sniper just looked at her in disbelief and my group was trying not to laugh at that comment while the other group was watching us. "Okay before anything else happens can we at least introduce each other." I said to everyone before an argument broke out seeing everyone's eyes on each other before nodding hesitantly made me roll my eyes at them all. "Ok, my name is Morgan." I said with a smile to help lift the atmosphere "Bella." Bella said shortly "I am Troy." Troy Said while glancing at the other group curiously "names Caleb." Caleb said while pointing at himself "My names Chandler" Chandler said waving at them "Octavian." Octavian Said watching the other group with caution, "Names Jacob." Jacob said while giving the other group a once over. "Okay now that our groups are done. Will you tell us your names?" I said with a smile, "Well we will not be introducing ourselves until we all get back to the school." The leader looking girl said while looking at all the people here 'well at least we know some type of name. WAIT!!! Did she just say till we all go to school?' I thought because I could tell you now that my group will fight tooth and nail not to go to school (but like who wouldn't: author note). My group of friends looked at each other getting ready to run but all of a sudden we were frozen then the other group's leader said "We can't be having you run away until we are at the school to make sure your group aren't on the wanted list and if you aren't on the list we will then enroll you at our school." 'Well we are f***ked' I thought while they knock out my friends and then it went black.

Well, it seems that the groups of friends got knocked out and are being taken to the school by force. I hope you guys had fun this chapter, until next time.
