"We have been having recent meta-human attacks around the globe, at this moment our main focus is on Jump City it's crime activities has increased at the highest point." Batman states looking at the league members.
"Wasn't Wayne Enterprises planning on building a new zeta-team." Hal said.
"We were after I make that big announcement tomorrow." Batman replied.
"I have been planning on something new." Batman pulled out a document with a black cover.
"What's this?" The team all asked at the same time.
At the front of the document their were words. "TEEN TITANS?" Flash said confused. "What the?"
The leaguers looked at Batman. "What is this?" Aquaman demanded.
"Look I have brought this team together-" Batman was cut off.
"-With out an adults supervision." John Stewart lowering his tone.
"They can handle themselves, now take a look at the team members." Batman pulled up pictures of some young teens.

"Come on John this teens are gonna take on our mantles one day and with this I can't even agree more." Flash raised his hand and nods at Bruce.

"Me too." Green Lantern Hal raised his hands as well as the rest of the leaguers.
"Come on John." Flash punched him on his arm.
"Ouch..." John Stewart takes a look at the leaguers and smiles. "Fine." John Stewart nods.
"Woah... Let's go celebrate! Drinks on the house." Barry looked at the rest.
Batman gave a dirty look at him. "The meeting is not yet over, Flash."
"Oh., Yeah that's right." Flash speds to his chair and sit back.
"Okay, I have been having a bad thought about Hugo Strange, Belle Reve's newest warden." Batman states as he pulls up a pic of the warden.
"Hugo, who?"
"Something was off about Waller's death she didn't die because of her cancer but she got shot with a pistol-" Batman was cut off.
"Remember we checked her body for any bullet hole, even Silas Stone at Star Labs Detroit had taken a scan on her and it was said to be her Cancer that killed her." Shazam speaks up.
"I know but that mark on her neck was the same hand touch of Ra's Al Ghul's Sensei." Batman said as he pulled up a pic of Waller's neck and someone's else's.
"This can't be possible." Zatara was confused. "What you are trying to say is that, that mark on her neck is the bullet but they did some mojo on that spot to make it seem like nothing was their..."
"That's actually what I was gonna say, but you got the idea, I have a second proof that same marking is at Deathstroke's neck." Batman replied zooming on to the mark. "Meaning..."
"Meaning that Hugo and the League of Shadows are working together, if they have Belle Reve under their control that means other villains as well." J'onn J'onzz finished his sentence.
"We have to stop them and their grand plan." Katar/Hawkman hits his hand hard on the desk.
"I agree but we need to stop them by taking out the main man from the inside," Bruce suggested.
"Do you really mean by going to Infinity Island, even if we take down Ra's they're more men or even his daughter that are willing to take his place." Barry said.
"Right, in the mean time I will keep an eye on them." Batman suggested. "I have seen recent news on children had gone missing, and now a new line of Meta-human had recently appeared, it's odd. I have studied the world and now the most Meta-human rate is in..."
"Markovburg." Captain Atom says. "I have been meaning to ask but how about Tara?"
Bruce sighs. "I don't know but we can't take her back to her parents."
"But why Bruce?" Captain Atom demanded.
"She has a unique ability, if her parents find out. Then don't you think those people who gave her those powers will come after her or even worse." Bruce sighs deeply.
The hall became quiet. "By the way we have more bigger plate on our heads, so we will see tomorrow got to go to Jason's birthday party." Batman walked towards the zeta-tube.
"Can I come." Barry asked.
"You were not invited." Bruce scoffed.

"Ello. Raven." A figure spoke with a British accent.
Raven turned around to face the figure. "Who's there." She demanded as her hands glowed purple.
"Calm down princess, am just here to talk about something." The figure said taking out a pack of cigarettes, he light it up with his lighter.
"First, who are?" Raven asks.
"Constantine.... John...Constantine." Constantine replied.
"What do you want from me?"
"I need to talk to you about your father." He replied with a smile.
"What about my father?"
"Am sure you know your father has woken up?." Constantine keeps on smoking his cigarette.
"How do you know my father are you some kind of demon...?" Raven mocks him.
"No am...not one of your father's demon, and first before I answer the other question we must get to a save distance." Constantine walks into the dark and created a gold shining portal.
He walks in as Raven looked around and began to walk into it. The portal closes immediately.

Constantine walks up to the table next to the fireplace, he takes the bottle of beer and pours in some in two glass cups. "I hope you drink beer." Constantine scoffs as he walks over to Raven, handing her the glass of beer. "Here."
He walks back to his sit. "Bloody hell." He takes off his coat and hangs it at the hat hanger.
"Nice place you got here." She complements his house tho it was old. "...Tell me what are you and how do you know my father? Were you guys friends or what?"
"First, of all am a wizard, you kindergartener really know me as a magician well am not."
"You seriously look like one." She mocks him.
Constantine ignores her comment. "Ah,... No for sure me and your father we are not friends and we have never seen eye to eye." Constantine finishes his statement. "Your father was written in every demonic history book, I have redd for sure."
"How do you propose we stop him?" Raven demanded as she was all eyes.
Constantine smriks and takes his glass of beer.

Bruce walked into his home and knocked on the door, as the door began to open a well dressed man stood there. "Welcome Master Bruce, Jason will be waiting up for you." He points to the stairs.
The Manor was loud because of all the music playing here and there, the Manor had never been this dirty ever since his ninth birthday which was pretty years back. Bruce walks up the staircase with a box behind his back, he walked the huge wall as he moved closer to Jason's room. He knocked on the door. "Come in." Jason voice was heard like he was at the end of the room.
Bruce opens the door and poke his head true to see weather Jason was okay. "How was your meeting with the leaguers?"
"It was fine." He replied and walked towards Jason's bed and sat there. "Hey. Jason happy birthday."
Jason turns to see Bruce holding up a box. "What's this?"
"Just open, I thought you might need a second gift." Bruce with a smile.
As, Jason opens the box he was surprised to see it after two years of waiting finally he would become the second Robin, and the newest in a long time. "Thank you Bruce." He hugs him tight.
Bruce pulls out of the hug. "Training starts tomorrow at noon."
"Training for what? We finished training last week?!" Jason was confused.
"You wait and see." Bruce smiles as he began walking towards his door.
A knock was overheard on the door. "Master Jason the cake is ready."
"Alfred, the door was open." Bruce opens the door and walks out and closes the door behind him.
"Is Master Jason alright?" Alfred demanded.
"He is fine." Bruce replied. "He will be down with you soon."
"Okay, Master Bruce." Alfred left walking towards the stairs.
Bruce sighs as he walked towards the glass window, the bat signal was up shinning into the Gotham's sky. He smirked and looked up to the moon.
