Chapter 54: An Amazing Rewards
We've met with miss Elsiya and miss Velma in Faculty Office Area.
The Instructor then guide us to one of the room and let us enter. Inside the room there is three other Instructor waiting for
us.
"So it's them huh.. I see. They really stronger compare to other first year student." said one of the Instructor
"Hmm.. from the way I see it, only student Lance can compare to them right now" said another Instructor
"It's enough everyone let's begin. I think they need more rest after what they've done." said the last Instructor
"Alright then let's begin."
"Student name Darvan, Grid, Rudeus, Elsiya and Velma step forwards"
All of us step forwards and bow little
"All of you complete two of High Exam Mission. First, your original mission to search and collect a 5 leaf rainbow herb
and second, unconditionally complete another High Exam Mission to get a Bone of Hundred years beast."
"Because of your achievement, the Academy increase the rewards all of you will receive."
"Listen up. First, the Academy will give all of you the 5 leaf rainbow herb that you gather. You can divide among your
team or even sold it to other person or Academy. Second, the Academy will buy the hundred years beast with a plus
credit. You all should know that the body of hundred years beast is amazing material for potion and making an
armanents. For this you can discuss among yourself to let the Academy buy it or you all want to divided by yourself"
The Instructor stop for a moment and give us a space to talk
"Well I think you should decide it Rudeus" (Grid)
"Anyone want to keep the beast ?" I look towards everyone and miss Elsiya
All of them shake their head. Well it can't be help. A Hundred years beast is important to other beast to improve their
strength but for us human its just good for material and potion.
"We will let the Academy but it Instructor" (Rudeus)
"Alright. The Academy will buy the Hundred years beast with a merit point and money. Don't worry I believe all of you
won't lose anything in this trade."
"Let's continue with the rewards shall we. For the third rewards, all you will get a free pass to use a Peak Area for 6
hours, two free ticket to buy a silver grade armanent in our Academy and you can choose two Battle Skill in the Student
Compendium Area."
"Whoa.. they give us so much ? At first the rewards only let us use the Peak Area for 3 hours , only 1 free ticket to buy a
silver grade armanent and a discount to buy a Battle Skill with merit point. It really increase so much" I thought deeply
"Fourth, all of you will receive a high grade potion maximum 10, you can choose the potion you want. There is recovery,
energy, antidote, mind and buff potion."
"And last, all of you will receive 700.000 merit point. 150.000 merit point for your original mission, 250.000 merit point
for a Hundred years beast, and 300.000 merit point the Academy give you for the beast body. You also get 5.000 gold for
the beast"
When everyone heard it we make "Whoa..." sound
"Now, I will told you the benefit for completing the High Exam Mission"
"First, all of you don't need to take a final exam to become a second year. You can say that you all already second year in
name. And second, all of you are free from the mission. All of you should know that some of second year and third year
do not take the mission from Academy anymore cause the mission is to low for them. So they search their own mission
or going adventure by their own."
"Alright that's all I want to say. You can go to Student Mission Area to take all of the rewards."
Everyone is bow and said "Thank you Instructor"
I'm thinking about something so I ask the Instructor "Instructor, I know that we complete two of High Exam Mission but
seems like rewards is increase so much. What's more we even receive a benefit that we don't expect. Is there a reason for
that Instructor ?"
The Instructor look at other instructor and the other Instructor nod.
Then the Instructor said "There is 7 team who take High Exam Mission. But only 4 team succeed the High Mission, 1
team failed and the others is died in the Mission."
Everyone heard it gasp "Not only failed but even death ?"
"That's including student Lance who take the High Exam Mission as a solo. Not just your rewards but the rewards for
everyone is increase because we thought that we need to do something for our student and help them. Well of course their
rewards is not increase as much as your rewards, after all all you complete two High Mission."
"I see. Thank you very much Instructor" I said and bow to them
"Well just make sure all of you used all the thing you receive to increase your strength even further. Hahaha..."
"Yes Instructor" We left the room after that.
All of us go towards a Student Mission Area to receive our rewards.
Seems like we need to wait a little while if we want to take our rewards but when I see mr Glenn counter is empty I just
walk towards it. Well everyone in my team already knows that I usually go to that counter. I look back and see they are
following me.
"Hello mr Glenn. I want to take the rewards from my mission." (Rudeus)
"Ah.. Rudeus huh.. Alright then. Wait a minute I will take your Student ID Card and the crystal from back." (Glenn)
Mr Glen is back with our Student ID Card and said "Alright here you go. Please drop your blood to the crystal."
All of us is doing it and receive our Student ID Card.
"Hey, what's about our point from overseer ? Are we receive a plus or not ?" (Rudeus)
"Well seems like because what we did, the one who examine us is the Instructor Rudeus, so I guess we have a plus."
(Grid)
"Ah right. Thank you mr Glenn." (Rudeus)
"You're welcome Rudeus. Seems like you do something big again huh" (Glenn)
"Hahaha.. Not only me mr Glenn but us" I pointed at others
"I see. Good luck to all of you then. You better use this chance to increase your strength even further" (Glenn)
"Yeah mr Glenn. Thank you" everyone said thanks and left the Area
Everyone is separate and only me and Grid left.
"So Grid, what are you gonna do ?" (Rudeus)
"I think I will rest a few days and after that I will choose an armanent and battle skill. This time I realize that not only my
equipment is lacking but my battle skill too." (Grid)
"I see. Well I think I will do the same too huh. Miss Elsiya help us so much in those time." (Rudeus)
"Yeah, let's get stronger Rudeus" (Grid)
"Yeah. Oh right Grid, I want to ask you this a long time ago but because the mission I said nothing" (Rudeus)
"Hmm.. what is it Rudeus ?" (Grid)
"What are those bomb crystal actually ? That bomb is so powerful." (Rudeus)
"Ah that. Well just say that an expendable item that I need when something goes wrong. Haha.." (Grid)
"Really ? Is it expensive Grid. I will pay it. That thing looks really expensive. After all even beast beyond rank 9 is hurt
by it" (Rudeus)
"Nah.. you don't need to." said Grid with smile
"Alright then" I said to Grid and then I heard Grid say something but because his voice too low I can't hear it
"Hm.. I'm still a failure huh." said Grid with a really low voice
"What's wrong Grid ?" (Rudeus)
"Nothing.. I just want to get back to my room now. I need a rest" Grid said with a smile.
"Ah.. alright then. Let's meet again after we recover." (Rudeus)
We part ways but when I see Grid from back I felt that he seems down for some reason. I hope nothing happen to him.
After a few days seems like a second year Exam will begin. But I'm not really care about it.
This is a long vocation for me. Hahahah..
