I'll update this review in the future, since there's only one chapter at this moment. For now, the plot started with a mysterious circumstances that forced main character to marry another man, clearly showing the general plot and underlying schemes to look forward in the future. Although there's not much about the worldview written yet, as the story goes on — it should definitely give us more details. Description flows neatly and it's easy to read — vividly depicting the character's personality though his thoughts and actions. Leaves you curios about how he got scammed by the royal family (ah, the palace dramas... I've been pitted again), or see how he'll interact with someone he doesn't like even before the two met. I gonna leave potential 4 stars for character design and world background, waiting to see how it goes. I'll trust that author will update as scheduled :) It definitely looks like it has potential, so I can only wait and read more before I add anything else :)
RECOMMENDED ✔️ Just done with first chapter. The story line is really interesting bc I wanna know what happened to his rich mother, why the cousin was exiled, why the King wanted Augustus to marry him etc. Many more questions are arising. Quite disturbing bc Augustus accepted his fate with the exiled cousin. (just personal opinion lol XD). All in all a great first chapter as a LOT of questions are arising in my mind.

I was waiting for the story to progress, and the author didn't disappoint. I am still waiting for the mysteries to unfold and maybe it's too early for me to review about it. But I guess I'll come back later for the detailed review. Anyways read it if you are looking for a drama with twists lurking around every chapter. The questions keeps on arising. But I would love if the author upload daily. This book would be a good daily dose of drama.
Sorry, but I'll review this book as a bit better than it actually is. Why? Because it's mine. Hehe... Where to start? I guess, this book has quite a common storyline, but trust me the twist is not cliche. And even if it is, the whole reading experience would make things a whole lot different. The book is a slow burn, but that doesn't mean the romance would start after some 50 chapters. Fret not, dearies. The romance started as soon as the plotline did. Except for the updates I don't have much problem. I should really start to update daily. Lol. Enjoy! P.S. Hoping to see more reviews.
