Chapter 1: The start
In the endless expanse of nothing, no light or darkness, there is a ball and it's size is unable to be measured, it could be the size of an atom, or larger than a universe. The ball appears all white, but if you focus you can see it's made of every color, possible and impossible.
The ball started to glow, brighter and brighter, till its light has illuminated the endless expanse, then a voice rangout
[System activated, the Creator will now be removed from current universe]

'Ugh, today I had to turn in my essay, why does The Hobbit have to be so difficult to find a theme on. It doesn't really matter now, it's already turned in.' I thought as I sat on the bus, going home.
After I get off the bus and get home, I change into pajamas and go to get on my computer but then everything goes dark and I awake in a darkness, then I hear a voice
[Creator, I believe your vacation is over now, so I shall remove you from this universe]
'What do you mean by vacation?' I think, wondering what is happening to me.
[You wanted to know what an ordinary life was like, so you created me and had your powers fused with me, I was told to awaken and reincarnate you when your life became truly boring]
'well, you're a year or two late, life has been boring' I think, remembering how boring life has been, and all the times I wished something would make it fun.
[Well I apologize, but I could only activate when you truly believe life is boring, and when you've lost all hope]
'oh, so it was me moving on and forgetting my crush, that's when I lost my last bit of hope'
[You are correct, it was you abandoning your interest in your crush that fulfilled the set requirements]
[Now, onto matters at hand, since your powers have been fused to me, and your memories erased. It's up to you to grow accustomed to your powers again, until then most of your powers will be locked away]
'So what powers do I start with, and what worlds can I go too?'
[You are allowed to choose 3 powers to start with, but remember you are supposed to be getting accustomed to your powers so you can't get omnipotent or omniscient right from the start, but you can choose any world/universe/multiverse to reincarnate into, it will just be the first of many]
'Hmm, how about infinite/unlimited energy, that can work with any energy related skill I learn'
[That's acceptable, just be careful with how much energy you release at once, you also need good control over the energy]
'How about control over space and time'
[Very good, incredibly powerful, but needs extensive training and knowledge or else you may cause more harm than good]
'Before I choose my last power, am I immortal, and immune to mental attacks?'
[Your body can die, yes, but your soul will just return here where you can re enter a universe, so you cannot actually die. Yes you are immune to mental attacks]
'Ok then, for my last power I choose Instant Mastery'
[Granted then. Ok, now which world/universe do you want to go to?]
'How about The Flash, and I want to be Barry's twin brother, also can I not have to live through the first like 6 years?'
[Yeah sure, that'll be fine]
After the voice said that, another darkness claimed my consciousness, when I woke up it was me and Barry's 6th birthday. I spent the night going through the few memories from the body, and I learned my name is Alfonso Allen, I think I'll stick with that.
---Time skip to 4 years later---
Well I'm 11 years old now, and tonight should be the day me and Barry's mom, Nora, is killed by the Reverse Flash.
Later in the day, I was startled awake by a crashing sound down stairs, I went into the hallway and met up with Barry, we then proceeded down the stairs.
Everything else proceeded as in the show, the only difference was I was hiding on the stairs watching it all... hopefully not noticed by Reverse Flash.
When the police showed up and arrested dad, Henry, mom was already dead. I was found hiding on the stairs by an officer, but when they asked what happened I didn't say anything. I heard the voice again, after all these years.
[The system will provide its services now]
'Wait, you are a system, why didn't you say so earlier when you gave me the powers, and why can't I use the powers yet? Seriously what gives!'
[You did not ask before, and besides you would find out later anyways, as for the second question, that is because your powers were locked until I provide my services]
'And why are you just now providing your services?'
[Because you have now experienced a few years of happy life, but from now on if you want to protect the people you love, you'll need to get stronger. Besides we don't need you severely altering the timeline because you wanted to save your mom]

For the next 13 years I practiced my control over space and occasionally time, I am now able to freely manipulate space but I could only manipulate time within 3 meters around me.
With Instant Mastery, school was like child's play, and after I graduated from high school I started investing in companies, after getting money from a few villains that mysteriously appeared tied up for the police. I kept everything secret from my family, since I don't need Joe or Iris worrying about where I'm getting the money.
I could have moved out years ago, but I wanted to stay here untill Barry moved back in, and got his powers. Even though I didn't move out, I do own a house, and I go there often when Joe thinks I go to work. I don't actually work, I invent sometimes and secretly stop crime other times, I'm even know among the elite in several field with my advances, but no one know what I look like or sound like.
I'm currently laying in bed in my house, petting a cat. 'Time to try it out. Hey system, you there?'
[Yes Alfonso, I'm here. Do you need something?]
I grin hoping for a certain answer, 'What are your services?'
{Oh so now you ask, I've been watching you for years, and now you ask, whatever. My services/funtions include Stats, Quest, Shop, Inventory, and Gacha. Everything is as you expect, Stats show current stats like name, physical and mental state, skills, ect.(whatever else shows up). Quest is self explanitory, you will get quest and they have rewards, there is no punishment if you fail. Shop is also self explanitory, you can buy anything, Items(Everyday items, weapons, and armor), Summons, Bloodlines, Skills. Inventory has infinite storing capacity, and you can place almost anything in there, excluding living things. Finally there is Gacha, it does a random draw and you get something, fairly simple]
'Alright then, nice. Is there some kind of beginner's pack?'
[Yes, it's in the inventory]
I check the inventory, just thinkinh about it brought it up, I see the beginner's pack, looks like a cardboard box. When I try to take the box out of the inventory it disappears, and I hear the voice announce.
[Beginner's pack opened, you gained the skills Energy Manipulation, Superhuman Durability, and Self-Sustenance]
'Yes, I can finally make use of my first power, Energy Manipulation and Unlimited Energy, this is gonna be fun, and with Instant Mastery, it should be easy too. With self-sustenance and superhuman durability, I won't have to worry about dying to some stupid reason, like hunger, oxygen, or a stray bullet'
"meow" my good little kitty is meowing at me, maybe cause I've been staring at the ceiling for the last 10 minutes. "Hey Sofa, how are you doing?" I ask my cat, not expecting an answer but just to show the cat that I'm paying attention.

Today is the day the particle accelerator is turned on, I moved to my house a while ago when Barry came back, we haven't hung out that much but it's fine. Today is the day this city changes.
