Chapter 49: Gift voucher from Gabby

As the bell rang, Michael saw Gabby enter the classroom with a flushed face. Before the girl sat next to him, she kicked Amelia's chair.

It made several students who fell asleep on the table look up. Michael closed his book and waited for Gabby to sit next to him. Michael thought if Gabby was mad because he couldn't pick her up today.

"Hey!" Stefan rubbed his eyes, "You just startled me."

"The school is not a place to rest! You don't feel sorry for the parents and teachers here?!" Gabby replied curtly.

She walked over and sat down next to Michael. The girl took off her bag, straightened her back and looked forward. Gabby glanced at him briefly then looked away again.

"You ..." Michael stopped his questioning when he saw their homeroom teacher enter the classroom.
