Trying his best to stay awake despite his exhausted state Meliodas was willing to fight to protect the woman he loved.
In the past, he was a heartless killing machine that had little sympathy towards anything beside his clan, the demon clan. A creature whose sole goal was to conquer the all worlds by the will of the demon king.
But it all changed when a woman as wonderful as the azure sky and radiated a cool breeze melted his cold heart. That woman was the Elizabeth, one of the goddess clan.
Their love was forbidden as both demon and goddess clans are at war since the beginning of their realms. This made him abandon everything and willingly change sides in order to be with his lover.
While Elizabeth fell in love for his determination to change just for her and help in stopping the pointless holy war that continued.
Both of them were attacked by all of the commandments along with an army of demons to capture Meliodas . Despite being the strongest demon due to the fact he was the son of the demon king, he couldn't fight at full power when his lover was present.
This was taken as an advantage by the commandments, but as a last-ditch effort Meliodas took Elizabeth and ran as quickly as possible. With some dumb luck escape their grasp but this led into both of them being in such a vulnerable state.
Their sense of relief was cut short when a group of three individuals arrived to their location. It was one man and two women beside him.
One of the women had as dark mist bursting from her body, gradually revealed a woman with veil that hides her flawless skin and a moon symbol on her forehead. She wore a revealing piece of clothing that had golden ornaments that emphasized her beauty.
Another was a bird like dragon began to burn and slowly transformed into a beautiful scarlet-haired woman, she wore crimson red revealing clothing similar to the first woman but was burning at the edges. Over her body were golden ornaments that showed her beauty.
If Meliodas hadn't met Elizabeth, then he would likely fall over heels for as their beauty far surpasses even the supreme deity. Elizabeth felt they were more like goddesses than they were.
"Hey, blondie do you need any help?"
Their gaze shifted towards the man which was between the two peerless beauties. His voice was elegant despite the carefree tone. His aura screamed power and he was radiating unbelievable charisma that could charm anyone.
He had long wild crimson hair that reached his waist, wearing a black overcoat on his shoulder with a strange symbol unknown to them while inside was a skin-tight sleeves turtleneck that accentuated his dense muscles.
"Hey, no need to be wary, I won't bite."
"Ah…I'm sorry about that, but yes we need help. My lover here is extremely exhausted because of me."
Meliodas did not refute his lover due being far too exhausted, while also realizing that if they had I'll intent then they would have took the opportunity to kill them mercilessly.
Caelum was a bit surprised that they instantly dropped their guard after he offered his help. He then remembered his emperor Dao heart that he was tempering can influence their view of him.
He approached the two lovers who intently stared at them. They internally thought that about Caelum's race as he looked like a human.
Of course, despite being Dragon God race, there still some parts of him that are partially human. He always used the sense of human to lower the guard of his enemy to exploit their ego to his advantage.
"Oh yeah, can you guys tell me your names? My name is Caelum and this ladies here are Crimsyn and Syrfin."
"Nice to meet you, my name is Crimsyn."
"Hai I'm Syrfin, master's concubi-"

Caelum was frustrated and karate chopped her head making her pout in complaint while her sister giggled. Meliodas and Elizabeth felt out of place from their interactions.
"Nice to meet you too, my name is Meliodas, and this beauty is my lover, Elizabeth."
"Oh… y-you didn't need to say that."
He grinned seeing his lover blush. Meliodas didn't want to be the only one to not flaunt their lovers, which Caelum respected.
"Hahaha smooth Meliodas . Anyway, let me heal you guys, and tell me what happened because it's only fair we get something in return."
Caelum didn't want to make Meliodas think he had a debt for what he was doing due to the fact he'll let him suffer seeing lover die for so many reincarnations.
For someone who had a multitude of lovers, he couldn't even imagine seeing them in such a state.
While being occupied with his train of thoughts, the two injured lover were bewildered from the sudden revitalization as if nothing happened.
It wasn't magic as Caelum did not used any chant in healing them, nor is he a goddess clan member to have their healing ability.
Using his vital manipulation and sky devil divine fist enabled Caelum to give appropriate energy without adding other energy that taint the purity.
Though Caelum couldn't do it unconsciously and needed a level of control, unlike his other ability. Nevertheless, this only applies if he used the two skills together.
"Done, how do you feel?"
Meliodas checked his body and felt light as a feather unlike his previous state while Elizabeth could feel her energy reserve become full.
"Oh, I feel like I can fight for weeks to no end!!"
"Meliodas, please don't do that."
"Ah, I won't."
"Well now that you are fully healed, can you tell me what happened?"
"Oh right, well its…."
He explained in full details that due his action from killing two commandments had led to him being constantly hunted by the demon clan on behalf of the demon kings.
'I still wonder why the supreme deity, or the demon king doesn't intervene in war or even Meliodas and Zeldris teacher?'
From the anime, the demon king was sealed by the goddess clan during the holy war, but it wasn't shown if he helped fight the goddess clan or just watched everything unfold.
However, the most bizarre thing is where Cusack and Chandler were when they are valuable assets in fighting the goddess race.
"Thanks for the info!"
"Hey no pro-Huh!"
Before he could finish his words, Melodies felt one of the ten commandments was on its way to the cave which made him take his stance.
"Be ready, one of the commandment are coming!"
He wasn't afraid due to having regained his power but feared including bystanders in their battle. Though Meliodas would laugh when he found out just how strong of them were.
Caelum frowned from seeing his action then lazily shifted his gaze to where they were looking and only grinned knowing who it was.
"Well, here she goes again."
"Don't say it's like bad thing, when it's your fault for making her like that."
"I didn't say that I don't like it."
"…What are you guys talking about?"
Meliodas couldn't help but ask seeing their unusual calm state and casually having a conversation when a high-ranking demon was approaching in high speed.
"You'll be surprised."
Syrfin gave a mischievous smiled towards the couple when after few minutes the person arrived hovering in the air with darkness around the person.
Meliodas and Elizabeth were surprised to see the person who was the commandment of faith, Melascula jumping towards their savior giving him a passionate kiss.
""WHAAAAT!!??""
They couldn't believe what they were seeing, Melascula who was the most faithful towards the demon king was kissing another man intently.
"C-Can someone tell me what's going on? Who are you guys!?"
"Hehehe I won't tell but know that we're not enemies."
"Is that really Melascula?"
After a while Caelum lips separated, seeing the woman's eyes heart shaped. He smiled then glanced at the dumbfounded faces of the two.
"Fufuhaha don't tell me you never kissed before??"
From his joke, the two awoke from their train of thoughts while Melascula didn't even realize that Meliodas and Elizabeth were present.
"Meliodas? Elizabeth?"
"Melascula."
Meliodas couldn't help but let out killing intent towards her which made Caelum frown then released his own, although he made sure to lower it or else the surroundings would whither.
"Though I know the reason you acted this way, but refrain from doing it."
He flinched seeing the person that saved them was willing to save a monster such as Melascula which made him sound like a hypocrite. Elizabeth was a bit shocked from the tiny killing intent that Caelum released.
"Forgive Meliodas, he didn't mean to do that because we're just confused why a commandment is….giving you a kiss."
"Ah that's simple, she's my woman!"
From that, the killing intent was gone and that made Meliodas feel relief, but still wary of Melascula and now Caelum.
"Yeah sorry about that, but I'm just shocked that a commandment especially her is willing to be with you, a human."
"Hey, you changed sides, why can't I?"
Meliodas wanted to refute, but no words came out from his mouth, while Elizabeth giggled seeing he lover flustered. He was surprised that the demon king hadn't found out about Melascula.
"Well said, anyway I'm curious but can we have spar?"
