Cain floated on the sea with his eyes closed, calmly enjoying the breeze as the waves crashed against his body, well this is how it would look to any one who passed and saw him but he was having an internal conversation with Xavia about his progress

When Cain saw the numbers he couldn't help but smirk slightly when he thought of the timeline and how long it took a ridiculous race like saiyans to gain power like this. When he saw the 100 000 BP he couldn't help but think back to the explanation that Xavia gave him all those years ago and didn't know if he should be happy or glad about his wish

Cain groaned as he struggled to sit up and started to look around and saw slight destruction and was confused before his memories of what happened started pouring in and he couldn't help but grimace before he stood and checked his body for injuries and was surprised to find himself completed healed but that only lasted a few seconds before he felt energy flowing through his body and couldn't help but get excited
' what's my battle power ' asked Cain in anticipation when he remembered he opened a limiter only for his face to harden slightly before it relaxed and his normal calm expression returned

" my dear Xavia can you please explain? " asked Cain with no change in his expression which surprised the AI which expected him to freak out and start throwing a tantrum but she ignored it and started to explain
[ what you're seeing right now is just your physical strength ] replied Xavia calmly, to which Cain didn't reply to and waited for her to continue
[ but after your first limiter was broken your full strength became 500 BP ] said Xavia as she waited for his reaction only to receive silence for a period of time before he started replying
" so my limiters gave me Ki if I'm not mistaken? " asked Cain
[ yes you are correct, each of your limiters would give you another set of qi since it is the only way for you to gain ki. Your first limiter gives you ki that's 5 times your physical strength and it will continue that way even as your physical strength grows ]
' you say I can't gain ki outside of my limiters, is that the difference between me and others? ' asked Cain after processing what she said
[ your power constantly empowers your entire being down to your cells hence your body which includes your strength, stamina, speed, intelligence and passive regeneration and it can also evolve you at an genetic level but it can't create something from nothing. So any ki you gain from training is taken and used to build power to break through your next limiters ] explained Xavia
' I feel like there's more ' said Cain after thinking
[ that would be correct, since you cannot gain ki and training your body would be hard, so to compensate this your body has grades

Evolution would add previous multipliers with the current and then multiply your Base BP ( physical strength) by the sum

Your body, it's limiters and Ki have a symbiotic relationship, without enough Ki your body cannot progress, without opening your limiters you cannot produce ki pass a certain extent and without a stronger body you cannot hold your ki safely. Another benefit would be you're always completely in control of your Ki meaning you never have to adapt to it. Your entire being runs on a system] explain Xavia filling in the dots for any questions he may have asked and he couldn't help but feel better but that was before he remembered it was hard to gain BP when it's close to another limit making him wonder what his future had in store for him

Thinking back he remembered how hard it was for him to reach 1000 BP even with his ridiculous training before he discovered the wonders of his inner world
One day he was frustrated with his slow progress and decided to focus on his inner world to find it's secrets and started growing several foods and kidnap several animals and sped up their life cycles. He then found that after he ate a meal from the things inside his inner world his rate of growth accelerated even though is was only 3 or 4 extra BP a day it was still an increase
Another aspect that amazed him was that the animals that were raised in his world, each new generation would have a higher BP and intelligence, which he exploited to create new sparring partners for himself which could have immense benefits for himself in the future. So he spent 5 years training in the sea which he found had higher benefits than he previously thought spending 5 years at 500 atmosphere would have (5000m), one being his physique
He's now standing at 160 cm and has a build similar to goku in his godform with his hair flowing freely pass his shoulders reaching his back and scars that stood at his constant reminder that a tiger with 5000 BP is as dangerous as it sounds, but it took 100 of them for him to reach 10 000 so he didn't mind the scars infact he thought they added to his charm
He couldn't help but laugh when he imagine the surprise his future inhabitants would face when they have to hunt for food and realize they have a higher chance of being eaten instead.
Shaking away the random thoughts he looked to the sky and thought about his next goal that he's been constantly on his mind since he arrived in this world
" I'm gonna take Gine and make the saiyan race my army " said Cain
[ you do know that if the story is the same, then raditz is most likely already born ] said Xavia
" hehehe so what? accident's happen and I'll just be her knight in shining armor as well as her shoulder to cry on if something happens to her husband " chuckled Cain darkly
