Chapter 3: _3_ Bad Temper
''Don't.. p.p.p.. please... No..don't come close.... eum..I can't ..uum.. Brea... Plea..'' He was in the far corner holding a knife in his trembling hands, then a lady's hands reached to his neck to suffocate him.
''You can't replace ...him.. you won't '' said the lady in a fainted voice while sobbing hard.
''.. stop that look ..DON'T LOOK AT ME.. I SAID STOOP!!..'' in the corner of that dark room she start slapping that kid.
''Please don't ..i'll go..i'll stop.. i ..won't sho...w.. up.. pleea...se ''said the little suffocated voice within his painful sobs.
''He can't …leave ..He can't...''she loosen her grab , then she reached for the knife.
'' You're late...engh… i can't... take it... anymore...'' she said within her tears, then a faint smile appeared on her ruined face.
''hah.. hah...ehaheha.. i didn't.. ehah.. ehahh.. Nah!!''kneeling on the floor and breathing heavily holding hard his face with one hand and holding his hair with the other one.
''.ah.hah... NOOOOO.. AAAAAAAAAH.. Heaaaa..mb.. ber..mnn ..!!!''suddenly drowning in a lake of Blood.
''NO!!''Hiro wakes up breathing heavily.
''Why this nightmare again… but who is she? i can't see her face'' he start talking to himself like a crazy. It was 4:00 am.

''Good morning brother"
''Morning'' he replied in a tired voice
''you just finished your night shift.. let me serve your breakfast''
I slept well last night, so i woke up early to make breakfast. Luckily my brother just came in time.
I live with my Brother 'Yusei', he's still a resident doctor in the central hospital.
After taking breakfast i went to my room to get my bag.

'Oh! isn't that Hiro there?' i see Hiro's back walking a little far from me. I was embarrassed to call him, so i walked silently behind him.
''WATCH OUT!!'' i screamed and quickly grabbed his shirt, a car almost crushed him, luckily i was there.
''Are you sleepwalking?''i frowned at him. His eyes widened and asked what i was doing.''I'm saving you; the light was green; you were about to spend your day in hospital ''then i pouted
''eumh..''He said in a heavy voice.
''Are you sick?''i showed him my concern.
''No.. it's not your business'' he said with an irritated voice, then he turned his back.
Then i walked behind until reaching the gate.
'I wonder why he was angry' with that thought wondering in my brain, i took my seat after i took a finale glance at him.

Bell rang...
''It seems we are having another transferred student who was studying overseas, this is Miss Lina Kira, please introduce yourself '' Ms. Erika -san announced then a very beautiful and elegant girl with a short hair entered.
''Hello everyone, i am Lina Kira as in the Kira Group, i was born in Switzerland but my family is Japanese'' Her accent is a little different, and she speaks every word carefully.
'' I hope we all can get along, nice to meet you'' said the cheerful girl and bowed elegantly.
''Emm..You take a seat beside Shiba-san'' Erika-san actually pointed at the empty seat beside me. I was a little nervous.
''Hey, call me Nana, i hope we can be good friends'' She talked to me while taking her seat, wearing a beautiful smile on her lips.
''I.. i'm Yurika.. i'm glad to be your friend'' I said nervously but happily, as she was the 1st girl who wanted to be my friend.
''Then let's Eat lunch together after class, Ri-chan'' She winked at me, i smiled and nodded.

Bell rIngs...
''hehe, finally it rings, c'mon let's go i'm starving'' Nana-chan pulled me to the cafeteria.

''I will have corn bread, salad, chicken ribs and emm.. a banana, and a banana milk'' she was thinking aloud of what she wants to eat, then turned to face me.
'' what do you want to eat? I'll order for you ... you go first to find empty seats for us'' i nodded and asked her to take the same order for me except the banana part, i like strawberry more.

i hurried to an empty table beside the windows and i gazed outside
The scene is beautiful here, there are wonderful blooming flowers.
''here you go… your meal… and mine '' she said while putting our meals on the table.
''Woah!! You took a nice spot, the flowers are so amazing'' she grinned happily, and i nodded.

When we returned to the classroom, i noticed Hiro laughing with 'Ren-senpai' and 'Matsuda-kun' from basketball team beside the classroom's window.
when our eyes met, he averted his gaze and ignored me. I wonder why, but i was relieved that he wasn't not in a bad mood anymore.
'Emm... Have i done something wrong that upsets him?'. I decided to ask him when i have the chance.

Today's classes finally end, i can ask him now on our way back home, and also give him an answer.
''Ri-chan, please can you come with me to this cafe?? they are high ranked for their delicious cakes'' she pleaded making a puppy face.
''emm.. can't we go there another day?.. maybe this weekend… i have something to do, i'm sorry''i declined hoping she won't get mad.
''OK! you promised me...this weekend will be the happiest in my life… ok, then bye bye ''she was surprisingly happy, grinning widely, then she waved at me and went into the car waiting for her at the gate. Her family is a very known one in the business world.

I headed back home first and waited for Hiro at the door to show up .if i have known he had a game with our classmate 'Matsuda-Kun' and others from the basketball team, i would go with Nana-chan to that cafe.

''Sakaki-kun, Hey… '' I called him as he was passing by from the opposite sidewalk, He looked at me for a while, i thought he will ignore me again.
''I told you to call me Hiro, it's annoying when you call me by my last name like other stupid fangirls do'' He was irritated
''…sorry..i didn't mean it… it's just i'm not yet used to it'' i said nervously hoping he will let it go this time.
''euhm..Thank you for this morning'' he surprisingly thanked me, what's gotten into him, he's acting differently from the morning.
''euh.. you're welcome''i said awkwardly, i was thinking how to ask him

we stand there in an awkward silent… then we spoke at the same time.
''Rika… what...''
''Hiro-kun…'' i gestured to him to talk first.
''Why did you call me?''
''I wanted to ask you why you were so angry at me? have i done something wrong?''i said looking down.
''euh..sorry for that… it's not your fault don't look down, i was just lacking sleep'' he said while averting his gaze
''emm by the way congratulation for making your 2nd friend'' He clapped for me
''..then i'm heading back home see you later.'' He starts walking
''emm wait..'' He turned to face me
''I can't be your...your...'' i wanted to say girlfriend but it didn't come out from my mouth.
''Oh !! i almost forgot about it... so you don't want to help this cold handsome boy'' he teased and pouted.
''it's not like that... it's just i don't want to pretend to be your girlfriend while there is a long row of girls who likes you honestly and want to be in that position''
'' it's not as if I do care about that, and it's not that you will be my real girl, take it as paying back for what i did to help you back then'' he said coldly, i felt a little sad but he's right.
''Sorry i just really want to be friends ..and you know Nana-chan will be everywhere ..you don't want her to notice your illness..i can help you ..when girls come near from you, and also i will try to come up with a plan to treat you'' He seems convinced from the sudden silence.
''i think you're stubborn ..but you have a point… so i will just trust your choice, but i'm not sure if you will ever come up with something that could help my treatment, as my psychologist failed to do so for these last years to treat me'' He smirked ,he's surely underestimating me.
'' we will see, i won't give up on you ...but i have to get to know you better'' oh! no! his evil smile appeared, i'm so dumb... i feel so embarrassed i'm being all red again.
''Okay, it seems that someone is eager to date me, But you just declined to be my girlfriend... you still don't want to give up on me… hahaha... okay, i'm a gentleman, i won't refuse you, we are going out this sunday'' then he smirked
Seriously did he just say what i didn't want him to interpret, he still teasing me while discussing this important matter.
Then i just let it go and we start laughing happily, i'm glad that his mood got better.
''Ok … i'm hell tired i have to go, good night, and you better think about what to wear this sunday, you should be beautiful in your first date with me hahaha''he winked and walked away.
How can he tease me like that, suddenly i remembered something, i didn't ask him when did his mental illness start? Does that have something to do with something that happened in the past?
I have to remember that at our date as he called it. I headed to my bedroom while smiling at the thought in my mind.
