Chapter 60: Our Plan
The plan was to break the huge herd of Giants into smaller groups. First, they would attract their attention by creating a large explosion with Kaito's help. The explosion would cause the herd of Giants to become alerted. Then, each person would create more noises as they run in different directions. After resting for 5 minutes, Rem ran towards the North, Karina ran towards the East, the twins ran towards the South, and Kaito ran towards the West. Before their plan went into action, Rem gave them each an earpiece that allows them to communicate with each other.
"All you have to do is gather some of the monsters and break them up into smaller groups. Just run for a while then hide immediately." Rem said as she ran.
"Got it!" The other 4 said at the same time.

The group has been running for half an hour now. They finally succeeded.
"We've finished..!" Yukino said, gasping for air since she ran for a very long time without any rest.
"I've finished as well..!" Karina huffed.
"Done," Kaito said.
"Slowly creep up to a Giant you see by themselves and defeat it." Rem commanded.
"By myself???" Karina asked. unsure if she could defeat one by herself.
"Yes. You are all strong enough to fight one by yourself now. While you do that, I'll be defeating every Giant I see in the North." Rem sternly said.
"We'll try our best..." Yukino was slightly scared but she knew that she had to take risks to become stronger.
"Don't die and tell me if there are any emergencies." Rem said, running up to a Giant and killing it in one slash of her dagger.
"Alright," Kaito replied.
"I'm so going to die..." Karina sighed, trying to search for a Giant who's alone.

An hour passed and Rem has finished defeating every Giant in the North easily. The systems map has blue and red dots on it. The blue dots represent people Rem's comrades. On top of the blue dot would be the names of people Rem considered a comrade. Rem could edit who is her comrade and who isn't. If Rem wanted to, she could make it so the map locates every human in the area. Usually, all the humans are white dots. The red dots are the monsters.
"Are all of you doing okay?" Rem asked.
"Yes, I'm just tired... I've defeated 4 Giants!!!" Karina said excitedly.
"We're fine as well. Kio and I have defeated 5." Yukino was also tired.
"I just got a few scratches. I defeated 12." Kaito was calm, as always.
"Meet up at the middle. Do you know that large frozen tree from earlier? Go there. We're going to defeat every single Giant here. After all, we can't get out of here unless we defeat all the monsters and the boss." Rem stated.
"All the way back..?" Karina groaned.
"I guess we'll have to go back..." Yukino said after Karina, sighing.
"Okay." Kaito simply replied.
Every student in Starim Academy receives a school compass. It looked very fancy and it's usually used for first-years who aren't familiar with the school. Most of the students would bring the compass everywhere just in case they would need it. Karina, Kaito, and the twins had the compass placed in their pockets. It took another half an hour just to get to their meeting spot. On Rem's way to the meeting place, Rem defeated every Giant she saw in a few seconds without breaking any sweat.
"Why did it have to be so far away??!" Yukino complained.
"So tiring... I think this is the most exercise I've gotten all year..!" Karina rubbed her sore legs.
"Now that we're finally together... We're going to fight the rest of the Giants. Let's go Giant hunting!" Rem smiled.

3 hours passed has passed and the group has finished defeating every Giant. They had defeated over 200 Giants together. Rem obtained 328 ranked D Mana Stones, 141 Mount Giant's Eye, and 57 Mount Giant's Nail. Rem leveled up 4 times, Karina leveled up 16 times, Yukino leveled up 8 times, Yukio leveled up 10 times and Kaito leveled up 5 times. Rem looked at her own stats then she looked at Karina, Kaito, and the twin's new stats.

Rem was very satisfied with the group's new levels.
"We're going to fight the boss now, aren't we?" Karina asked, already knowing what Rem would say.
"Of course." Rem answered.
"Let's get this over with already..." Yukino wasn't scared of the monsters anymore.
The group has defeated so many of them that they had no fear of them left.
"I'll probably get in trouble after this but this is the most I've leveled up. Can't believe I've already leveled up 5 times. It was so hard just to level up because of how much EXP I need." Kaito was satisfied with his new level.
"Fight. Boss!" Yukio said.
"Did Kio just talk???" Karina was shocked.
"Yeah. You've heard him talk before. He doesn't like talking much. I guess he really wants to defeat the boss and become stronger fast." Yukino replied as she shrugged.
Yukio nodded.
"Let's get going." Rem ran towards the boss room.
The others followed Rem from behind.
