Chapter 16: [Medical Exam! - Part 2]
------------Konoha Hospital, 7:40 A.M------------
"...are all fine, no hidden injury, they can start training..." Yuki-san was taking to Kurenai-sensei as Hinata and Shino were standing beside them. I on the other hand was going through one of the various books available in the drawers that Yuki-san gave me access to.
'...hmmm Chakra scalpels will be a good addition to my taijutsu, maybe the skills will synergize the way it did with shurikenjutsu and magnet release…I need to up the weight again...'
Some days after I got magnet release I got an Idea to effectively train my body and carry a hidden weapon for emergencies. I started wearing full black trousers with a white t-shirt with bandages covering my arms. The main point of the attire was a thin fine layer of condensed iron particles covering me and giving my body an increased burden to bear and providing solid defense. Although the shockwaves from the attack still pass through my body and do some damage it is still pretty reduced than the actual damage. The good thing about the armor is that because I can control the particles, I can manipulate them so that I can increase my speed by giving myself an extra nudge from the particles covering my back.
'But...its getting easier and easier to move now because there is a limit on how much I can condense particles and once it starts changing my center of gravity all the hard work training taijutsu will be a waste… my skills are almost leveled up completely and I need more SP to advance them again...'
"Tobi-san" Yuki-san said as he approached me with a badge and a coat, "Take these and you need to report to me every weekday at 5 P.M for your training and routine work, any questions?"
'Inspect...'

"...you need to pin that badge on your uniform and wear the coat when you do your rounds when you treat patients...It also gives you access to the medical scrolls and books at the Jounin-level from the library so you won't need to sneakily learn skills..."
He smiled at me as I scratched my back in embarrassment, "Thank you! Yuki-san!" I bowed my head a little to show gratitude.
"See you at 5" after saying that he turned and nodded towards Kurenai-sensei before taking his leave. Kurenai-sensei then turned towards us as I went to seal my badge and coat into a scroll before pocketing it.
"Tobi-kun, your files will be updated today with your grade 3 medic-nin clearance...alright team let's head back to the training ground so that we can plan your schedule..." Kurenai-sensei ushered us out of the hospital and we walked towards the training ground through the Konoha marketplace.
'Happiness is buzzing around like always, I don't know about other hidden villages but the atmosphere in the village center is one of the main reasons that I and countless others train hard to preserve this innocence, I know that Konoha has it's flaws, the Naruto situation, I don't know what the heck it is, the Uchiha massacre and the chaos that ensued after the sudden hollow that was created due to the absence of the Uchiha Police. The crime rate increased, fear, and panic in the streets...Those were dark days, Mom told me that although most of the civilians didn't like the Uchiha clan, the absence of the ever patrolling Uchiha Clan member vest in the market place dampened the mood a lot...'
We arrived at the training ground without much fanfare, Kurenai-sensei began speaking, "Alright, now that I know what you guys know, let's plan your training schedule..."
As she talked with Hinata and Shino about how their training would work with their clan and what she could teach them...I went through my skills tab…(AN-Skills chapter updated)
'Hmmm...I have enough fire style ninjutsu, maybe I can persuade Kurenai-sensei to get me that chakra paper thing mentioned in advanced scrolls...Kenjutsu is fine but I need to learn Kage-Bunshin no Jutsu to advance The Dance of the Crescent Moon to Gold-tier...Yeah, I don't think Kurenai-sensei would let me learn that so I need to buy it from the shop...I can learn genjutsu from her or maybe more chakra control exercises...'
"So Tobi, as the other members of your team are from clans so I can't interfere with much of their training… I can teach them basic shinobi stuff, some chakra control exercises, and genjutsu. So I will have much more free time to teach you what you want...So is there anything you want to learn?"
"Well I won't say no to chakra control exercises but I already know tree-walking and water walking...I can't seem to find any more chakra control exercises in the library so I had to hold my training in the area...Sparring would help me gain experience, and I can practice my kenjutsu if you are okay with that...Ummm Kurenai-Sensei?"
"Yes, Tobi-kun?"
"Is there any way to get access to chakra paper?"
She seemed surprised by that question, a few blinks and a question was thrown my way, "How do you know what chakra paper is?"
"Umm… well I always felt like my fire Jutsu's aren't as powerful as they could be and I didn't feel at home with the element...So I searched the library for some reference and found that chakra paper can tell what your natural element is...I asked the Higurashi weapons shop but apparently, you need chunin or higher clearance to buy it..."
'Or 2 SP but I am not wasting SP on that...'
"Alright Tobi-kun, I'll get you your chakra paper, what about genjutsu..."
Mid-way through my celebration I realized that Kurenai-Sensei seemed anxious that I didn't mention her chosen field… I nodded at her and replied, "Of course, I have chakra control necessary for most genjutsu but I never got access to the higher-level theories on genjutsu, so I only practiced demonic Illusion...I'll be happy to learn anything you can teach on the subject..."
"You got access to advanced medical knowledge but couldn't get to advanced genjutsu section..." She raised her right eyebrow at the disrespect towards her chosen field twice in a day, I wave my hands and shake my head violently and said, "No no no, the medical knowledge was an emergency, I couldn't let him bear through it alone so I had to help somehow, but I almost got caught sneaking around so I didn't try it again..." I clench my hand thinking about the time when Hayate-sensei coughed continuously because he tried to avoid hospitals as much as possible...I look at the soft look in Sensei's eyes…
'Score...Phew, that was close, don't want sensei angry on the first day...'

I am stockpiling chapters at the moment so I'll probably upload tomorrow with the next chapter...[Training and Joys of D-ranks!]
