Chapter 317: 317. A 'Time-Shifter' of the East.

A 'GINKEN' a weapon which consists itself out of 'Spirituality' and extend another human's power.
These weapons are created upon a Human's birth at which point they're then known as a warrior with a title of 'Spiritual Duelist'.
Over centuries over millions of 'GINKENS' have been born and over a consistent lifespam, these weapon have became known as a tradition that many people end up knowing, their existence requires a strong body, a strong mind and a well durable body and only if a human manages to reach these specific 'importances' the 'GINKEN' will reveal itself and connect upon another's wielder Aura, which is built out of 'Spiritual Force' or in simple ways 'Pressure'.
About 75% of the world's population remain alive with such weapon and 3% of them are known to have Demon Blood, the main source that embraces up a 'Half-Demon'.
In current timeline, a woman - a Godess and the enhancer of the first 'GINKEN' appearances named 'Zero' lurks around the World with 98% of the people unaware about her, and with it, people believe that the World's finally been cleared of Demons, however many of the early-arriving Demons are still standing among the World.

Kylin stood still in surprise once seeing a diabolic energy in front of her, squirking outward and at it, Wan's head was held in the boy's palm, once red eyes glowed in the dark.
"C-Codey?"

Codey stood up with his right arm holding Wan's head.
"Didn't know I'd be seeing you any time soon from the time you cowards ran off." Codey's face was rather expressionless when he sighed. "But, I suppose prison will do just fine for you, won't it?" Codey questioned. "Y-You again, w-what the hell happened with you?" Wan wondered as he was weakened and could barely talk or breath.
"Hey, hey. Calm down, nothing happened to me... Either way, how were your few days of spending here? Were they fun, or were they ignorant?" As he questioned, Wan felt annoyance. "Damn... you-" But right in that moment, somebody stepped behind him.
"Codey, that's enough. Let him go, we'll be taking him to the prison." Smiled Lei when coming from behind Kylin. "Who're-"
"Don't worry, I'll explain everything once we come back to your Guild, for now, let's fix the power outage and imprison that guy. Oh and by the way, one of your crewmates managed to kill another one, which was not a proper selection but I guess it's better than keeping them alive, there's only one left and we have no idea where he could be." Lei explained, calmly.
"Yeah- Yeah, sure, I'll let him go."
[Planet Earth - Innerlight City - Guild (Outdoors) - Monday, 10:44 p.m.]
Midori leaped forward when spinning and sweeping with her left blade, but right when Feng was about to get cut and stressed, somebody snapped with their fingers and in sudden moment, Midori's body froze in midair.
"W-who did that?!!" Wondered Feng and immediately looked to the side.
"Now, now. That's not the best of greeting a lady, is it?" A woman stepped from the bushes with her fingers pressed together when gently hitting Midori's back, instantly her spine cracked once Feng heard it. "W-what did you just do?!"
"Don't be so stressed now, come on. I only needed to break her spine, now your entire crew had been killed or captured, you still have a chance to escape as most of the Duelists are heading this way right now. So if you would be consistent and friendly enough, you'd come with me. Alright?" But Feng himself was not very comfortable with it.
"You're one of those 'Spiritual Duelists' from Japanese District? Or what are you?" Questioned Feng while feeling fear. "My name is Kitamura Hitomi, also titled as the 'Time-Shifter', I'd like top warn you before Winter as a gigantic chaos will arrive, it was all told in my 'Future Sight', and of course if you decline to come along, I'll make sure that you're killed alongside your crewmates, but don't worry. That won't be necessary if you're ready to come with me." She smiled while Feng was a bit frozen. "W-why should I come along? You have nothing to give me, nothing at all. So it's worthless." Feng spoke while tensing his fists.
"Oh, trust me. I can give you a lot more than you think. And I'll enjoy seeing you do it. So now, before I change my mind, would you kindly come along?" Upon giggling she still held her finger tips together. "Before I agree or disagree, tell me what are you after?" Wondered Feng, focused on his guard. "I'm only here to capture a kind girl, precisely goes with the name Kirashito Zero." Upon saying it, Feng well into shock when his eyes widely opened and froze. "The 'Godess'. A-are you crazy? T-there's no way you would be able to capture her? She has a 'Title' of a 'Godess' for a reason. There is nobody able to defeat her!" Claimed Feng, slightly backing away.
"Ooop- Don't worry, I'm more than capable enough to do so, but I would need your help of course. Believe me, once we capture her, I'll make sure that to reward you approvingly. Now, last question, 'YES' or 'NO'." But at the end, Feng finally gave in. "Reward... What's that reward? Will I be able to choose it myself?" He questioned. "But of course, I'll reward you with whatever you'll want, of course, to receive my gift, you'll need to help out a lot before you question it... Now then, should we get going?" Wondered Hitomi.
"What about that girl?" He pointed at Midori who was still 'Time-Frozen'. "Don't worry, we'll let her go as soon as we leave, now let's go on our way."
With it, Hitomi moved her left hand behind her back and opened a grey portal which terrified Feng as he was sensing pure evil and darkness.
But at the end, the two of them left and Hitomi stopped her 'Time-Freeze' ability once Midori's body dropped on the floor and her eyes widely opened and her body dropped on the floor. "W-what happened-" But by the end her body has already fell into unconsciousness.

The next day seemed to have been back to normal but at last, Wan was imprisoned, Zhao had been killed and Feng himself was accepted under another woman's command, Kitamura Hitomi.

"Hey, Ayuka! Where are you going?" Codey ran behind her when she turned around and stopped. "Oh, I'm only visiting Shin for the information about the power outage. It seemed to have been fixed quite quickly." She spoke once both Codey and Ayuka continued to walk through the hallway. "Y'know, for a short girl, you've got a lot of curiosity." At that Ayuka's right eye twitched. "So what I'm a short? Is there something wrong with it?!" She questioned, while feeling embarrassed. "I mean, no... Yeah... - Sorry, that was not the best sentence I came up with for a long time. Oh, anyway, why I came here is to ask of you, has Tim managed to come back?" Codey wondered, acting smirkly. "He did... But right now he's doing some 'abnormal' stuff with Zero." Because of Codey's weird daily thoughts he immediately fell into dirty mind. "But he's a teen!" Codey shouted.
"I didn't mean it in that way!" Ayuka yelled onto Codey's ears giving him a provoke. "Knew that'd get ya." Codey smirked. "Huh? What do you mean?" Ayuka wondered, looking at him. "I've mentioned Tim about him doing stuff with Zero, right? Well, you just proved to me that you like him." Codey laughed.
"Would you drop that one out of your mind already!"
"Y-yeah. Sorry, heesh. You get all burnt up if I just mentioned about you liking him."
"I just asked you to stop!"
"Yeah, of course. Sorry, got it. No more, you 'liking him'."
"Codey!!!"

Elliot entered the hospital room and immediately faced at Jun. "Hey. Jun, how's Midori. She's been out for quite a few hours now." Wondered Elliot, once leaning his shoulder on the door frame. "Don't worry. Her 'spine injury' was not lethal just yet, we're lucky that she didn't get a worse one, or she could of have died with a severe injury of her neck." Explained Jun while treating Midori calmly. "That's good to hear. Oh, hey. What about that girl, the one with a weird ring... Man, what's her name?" Elliot grabbed the hold of his chin, trying to remember the girl's name. "You mean 'Lei'?"
"Yeah! That's the name!"
"I'd lie if I said that her arrival would be unhelpful, but she's been put on the line at the kitchen and the 'Spiritual Force' training. But she's rather free because the students at this school aren't ready for her 'Spiritual Force' training, so if you wish to say hi, you can go visit her at the commission area. Many students have began falling in 'actual' love with her, due to how efficient she is with helping, treating, cooking and even conversations." Smiled Jun.
"But it hasn't even passed a full day and she's already getting fanboys and fangirls?!" Elliot wondered, very jealous. "Pretty much. But don't worry, she'll be happy to ta-" But before Jun managed to finish, Elliot dashed through the curtain. "If they can have fun with her, I'll have fun with her as well!" Elliot shouted, when the curtain calmly waved. "Uh...." Jun blinked several times, feeling rather confused, but immediately she heard.
"Captain Kobayashi! W-what do you-"
"Don't even try on going to Lass. Lei! There is no way your perverted mind is able to talk to her! Back to your room!"
"But Captain Kobayashi!!!"
Jun was a bit uncomfortable hearing both Elliot and Yukito arguing when she smiled and continued to treat Midori.
[Planet Earth - Innerlight City - Kaze Hill - Tuesday, 9:10 a.m.]
Tim's body was tired and he was barely standing when his eyes were fade. "Water..... Food..." But Zero was quiet while she was barely denying. "It passed so many hours and he still has not let out his 'Inner Fiend' due to hunger or thirst. His 'Core' of the body is truly holding on tight, but I cannot begin the process if he stays in his Human Body, it would be a waste of time and it would be coated on chance..."
"My training was to make food, not to starve or dehydrate....." Tim spoke when standing still, looking up with his fade eyes. "You do understand that if you keep thinking about Food, the process of the 'Kettoshin' will never be capable of beginning?" Zero wondered, sighing. Tim's eyes were slowly falling asleep. "You don't understand... It won't work... Can we please just go back to the daily routines?" Tim asked when his legs were shaking. "No. There is no other choice, unless you wish to deny the process..." She claimed, calm enough to provoke Tim.
"Are you serious... I didn't thought it would take this long, starving and suffering without anything to amuse myself. And food is one of those 'amusements' that I like the most!" Tim spoke, when his eyes were slowly losing their light blue colour, darkening. ("There, it is slowly beginning...") "Just keep pushing and try to focus on your 'Inner Fiend'..." Claimed Zero, while looking at him. "This is torchering me, not training..." Tim's hair were waving even though the cube was stopping the wind to coming by. "Besides, it's so hot in her that I feel like jumping into an ice river." Tim claimed, whille grabbing his forehead.
"Just stay calm and try to focus. That is as much as you will receive for now." But Tim's eyes soon began to change colour. "W-whoa, w-what's happening?" Wondered Zero, however in that moment Tim's blue aura raged out and immediately his hair fully turned black, once catching Zero in surprise.
"Hey control yourself!" She claimed, while looking at him, but at last, Tim's dark colours of the eyes switched their expected colour into pure silver once Zero's eyes shook.
"That was not supposed to happen." She claimed, but while Tim's aura changed into black, the barrier began to shatter and immediately, Zero tried to hold it still. "You are releasing too much Pressure..." But she jinxed herself. ("Wait... That is not 'Pressure'... It is 'Force'... But, is it possible for him to achieve 'Kettoshin' without turning into 'Inner Fiend' first? It was never possible, but it was also never impossible.... That is abnormal..." But at last, the barrier shattered out once it exploded into glass and dispersed once Zero's left palm was scorched, and at it, she looked at Tim who stood stil, his Aura turning back to blue, when her eyes became confused.
Tim stood in front of her, with his clothes releasing black energy while his eyes were shining 'silver' however, the flames were fully gone while his hair had received black colour to which 'White' had it casually.
But in that instant, Tim's body collapsed and lost every new style, once Zero caught him. "He was able to accomplish this technique without even trying to turn into an 'Inner Fiend'... That is absurd..." But at last, she gave him a smile.
"I suppose you really wanted that food and water..."
