Chapter 19: a small crime and auction
adam who looked like a mafia boss now didnt bother minding others who avoided him because of his ferocious looks and made his way towards the entrance to the 7 story building which looked like fairy house simply because it was coloured dark pink and it was a brothel where a man could release his stress in the most efficient way .
but adam stopped just a few meters from the entrance and was laughing inwardly at his stupidity. of course because he didnt bother thinking about money and at brothels it could be said that money was spent like water flowing away easily . adam didnt need money for anything till now and had totally forgotten about its importance despite the fact that he came from earth where money was what that decided the life structure of every person . well he was busy with cultivating so nobody could blame him either .
he reluctantly changed his course and ignored the brothel . he saw many delicious looking ladies winking at him from the windows as he looked ferocious and rich from his body attire and a little fat belly . Adam ignored them but was feeling a little impatient in his heart after taking at a look at the cow boob lady that wore loose red robe and had blonde hair . she was just his type a quiet big boobs lady who looked like his girlfriend except the lady's face was a little more pretty than her . adam immediately decided to steal money as it was the most efficient way so he spread his divine sense and walked slowly while searching for a rich looking bastard who looked evil .
his luck was good as in seconds he found a young man who matched the description perfectly . the young man had small eyes , big fat belly and looked live an evil merchant. he was holding a small black ring inside his right palm and sending off a well dressed middle aged man who was tightly holding a jade box inside his left hand . adam easily knew that the jade box was the one that was used to preserve the quality of herbs so he deduced that there must be a trade that happened and the ring that fatty was holding was definitely the storage ring with money inside it .
now ethics or shit didnt matter to adam so he kicked the ground and arrived near the fatty in a minute . he was running at his fastest speed so of course nobody could see him but all of them felt sharp air passing them . adam didnt bother slowing his speed and quickly stole the ring which fatty was looking at with a grin. fatty was confused as he saw a blur and the next moment he felt pain from his chin and he fainted. of course adam hit his chen with a little force so fatty fainted and flew into the air . adam was still running and had long dissapeared in seconds when fatty fell down from the sky with loud thud and breaking the stone on the road . of course adam watched everything with his divine sense and was laughing at the fatty when his eyes bulged after he was thrusted in the sky. now adam could understand the thrill that the thief who snatched purses on earth felt a little himself . as expected even though he had a laugh , the experience left a bad taste in his mouth as he was not a fan of crime on earth either . so he decided to seal this method and not use it except emergencies which may neither arrive in the future. adam swiftly arrived inside the same alleyway and immediately sent his divine sense into the storage ring . it was owneeless because fatty hadn't contracted it with his blood yet . the space was only that of a few meters but the light orange stones inside it surprised adam . those were all low grade origin stones and there were a total of 134 of them with some coins .
the cultivation world inside this low realm used low grade origin stones as the currency but they could also used to replenish origin energy of origin core realm cultivators . that herb must have been a good one to cost so much . adam felt a regret to not steal the herb but he forgot about it as the middle aged man had a pleasant aura on him which meant that he was kind person who must be in dire need of the said herb to participate in the shady deal with the fatty. as such good quality herbs weren't available for purchase in this small city and the jade box was of a good quality which meant that the herb at least belonged to an influential man at first who could afford to store the herb in such good quality box .
adam immediately stored the contents inside his inventory and just in case stored the ring separately too because he may need it in future . he then quickly head towards the brothel to graduate from virgin at least for this body as he had sex with his girlfriend at least 3 days a week while on earth . and who knows how much could his now strong body handle as it was nourished everytime he cultivated with his soul . the cultivators may need to cultivate other soul or body tempering cultivation methods but adam didnt need to practice them as his method already included everything . the downside was that his cultivation speed was cut 3 times but it was no problem for him as his speed was too fast when compared to others even now and he couldn't forgo the benefits of body and soul tempering at the same time . Adam's cultivation speed would slow down a lot when he advances to higher realms as the energy needed for every level increased too much when compared to the first realms but it was not a problem that needed immediate attention .
fortunately the blonde lady which was Adam's type was free as she turned out to be the best lady in waiting inside the brothel . this meant that she was most expensive but who cares as adam was rich now and the money was stolen for her in the first place . adam enjoyed the intercourse for 6 hours straight as the lady was too good with her techniques but didnt feel satisfied. it was simple because the lady was a non cultivator and even though the bodies of humans are naturally more than a few times stronger in this world , she could only satisfy him for so much time as he was a stamina monster now after his body was tempered everytime with rise in his cultivation
he could continue with other ladies but sadly none was his type except her and adam was not going to bend his taste in women either. the sun was going to rise in an hour or two so he decided to leave an cultivate till afternoon inside his personal dimension bathing in star light . but adam changed as now it would take at least a week for him to rise a level and the owner who was awake right now for some reason told him about an auction which was a yearly event in the auction house .
this didnt mean that auctions were rare but the fact that the auction's scale was different. only the most prized items that auction house collected in the year were auctioned in a single day . adam didnt expect to encounter any high grade items inside this small city but maybe fate which had decided for the auction to be held during his stay here would allow him to encounter something interesting too.
adam then asked the owner for a pass for the auction as he knew that this money greedy man would only wait for him to come out of the specially to sell him that for money . there was no other reason for him to awake at this early time as he was the only guest staying inside the top guest room and the owner was waiting outside it . as expected adam was sold the VIP pass by him for 2 low grade origin stones which was half the price he paid for the lady and the room combined . it was very high price for a pass for an auction in such a small city but adam didnt even bother negotiating the price . he then strolled out of the brothel guest house with a smile while thinking about some encounter with an item which could prove beneficial to him .
