" Yo. I'm back bitches. " Axel said, grinning as he walked through Kurogiri's portal along with the eight bullets and Stain behind him.
The LOV members looked at Axel as he walked into the room. They looked at the members behind Axel with caution.
" What happened to the armless man? " Shigaraki asked.
" No corpse left. " Axel said with a smile.
" Aww... You should have left the corpse. " Toga whined.
" Yeah no. Anyway, it's time for a real meeting. " Axel said as he looked at Shigaraki with a smile.
" Yeah. I could tell. " Shigaraki said as he stared at the people behind Axel.
" So when are we attacking? " Dabi asked, visibly excited.
" Relax. " Axel said to Dabi as he sat down on the couch. " I'll tell you. "
" By the way, do I know you from somewhere? " Toga asked as she looked at the eight bullets.
" You should. We worked with the corpse. " Setsuno said.
" Oh. You worked for Overhaul before. " Toga realized. " It's been a while. How's life? "
" Pretty good. " Setsuno said while the other voiced their agreement.
" Oi, we can have a small talk later? " Shigaraki said.
" Fine. " Toga said as she sat down.
" So what have you got? " Shigaraki asked as he narrowed his eyes at Axel.
Axel smirked as he used his quirk. On the table, multiple miny structures appeared with labels right above them.
Davi looked at the buildings and reached one of them which made him grit his teeth as he held back his rage from the memories that surfaced from the name.
Hero Public Safety Commission.
The same people who Hawks worked for.
Another was the use of labs. No needed to ask what those were for.
" So these are the buildings which we will be targeting? " Shigaraki asked.
" Yes. " Axel said seriously. " The information we need will be the Hero Public Safety commissions head building. It's the one place which connects to all the other facilities. Get into that, we have access to all their info.
We just copy all the important info we need, release it to the public and let the fire get larger tell there's nothing left but ash. " Axel said before focusing his attention on the labs.
" As for the labs, we will destroy them. All the people who worked there will be killed immediately, though I don't need to tell you something that you will do anyway. " Axel said.
" Facts. " Toga said.
" And the lab experiments? " Shigaraki asked.
" Rescue them. They won't be participating in our fight after we kill these people. They will be just sitting in UA getting treated. " Axel said. " Though that will take time. "
" As for the buildings, the security system can be turned off with minimal effort. After that, Kurogiri can make portals for the different places in the buildings to launch the attack. " Axel said as he explained to Kurogiri the best places to open portals in the place.
" So when will we attack? " Shigaraki asked.
" Tomorrow, right after we kill some higher-ups. " Axel said with a smirk.
" Oh, can I come? " Toga asked with a smile.
" Do want you want. " Shigaraki said.
" Sure. " Axel said.

" Things are getting out of hand. " A man with slicked-back hair, glasses, and wore a suit said. His name was Katsumatsu.
" We know. I mean that's what the news ever reports now. We've lost control over them. If we tried to force them, they would reveal it to the public. " Mark said with a sigh.
" That would just cause more problems. " Patria said with a sigh of her own. Things got out of proportion of the LOV managed to win against the heroes and break into Tartarus, releasing all the villains.
" Is there any way to stop them? " Mark asked.
" What about all the heroes in training? " Katsumatsu asked as he turned to director Hellen who was in charge of the Hero commission.
" Most of them haven't completed training. Not to mention the power of Shigaraki and All for One. If what Endeavor said was true then, we will be facing someone with multiple quirks as well as his original. " Hellem said with a grave face, remembering the power of Shigaraki as he destroyed an entire city with his quirk. None of the subjects training at the hero commission have enough experience to fight against Shigaraki and survive.
" What about One for All? Isn't there a kid in UA? Can't he do anything? " One background character whose name is unknown since I'm too lazy to give him one asked.
" Possible. " Hellen stated.
" Then why not use him? "
" He's under the protection of Nezu and the other heroes. Hawks has stopped listening to orders and works on his own. He's at least working to bring down the LOV."
" What we need to do is restore order at one point or another. Things are getting out of hand. " Mark said.
" You're desperate for a solution aren't you? "
Everyone there turned their heads to the person who spoke. Their calm faces soon widened as they looked at Axel who was sitting on of the chairs while Toga was sitting on his lap.
The people there tensed up as they looked at both of them. They knew who these two were. Axel was the sports festival winner while Toga is an extremely dangerous villain. But the fact Axel is here was more surprising. A UA student just magically appeared in her without them noticing. Did he have help or did he do this by himself?
" This is quite interesting. Are you saying you have a solution? " Hellen asked with a smirk on her face. Axel looked at her with a smile, knowing fully well that was just a facade.
' How did he get in here?! The doors were locked from the outside and we had multiple guards around the area. His quirk would have been suppressed once he entered the hallway to this place. He's also with an extremely dangerous villain as well. ' Hellen thought.
" Yes, I do have a solution. Want to hear it? " Axel asked with a smile on his face and full of confidence.
" How did you get in here? " Mark asked.
" Hacked into the system and turned off the alarms. " Toga said with a smirk.
" Then I just used my quirk. " Axel said.
" What about the guards? " Mark asked.
" Knocked out. " Axel said.
" Then why are you with her? " Hellen asked as she looked at Toga.
" Oh, I work with him now. " Toga said with a smile. " Whether you believe me is up to you, but you need better security. It was painfully easy. "
" What's your plan? " Katsumatsu asked with a stoic voice as Others looked at the duo.
They knew that these 2 could have an answer. If what Toga said was true and she does work with Axel know, they have information about the league and can use it.
She was a gold mine for info. This put Axel in a more favorable light as he managed to get her to join their side. While it's concerning how they managed to get in, Axel was a hero in training.
" Well, that's good. Please listen up. The plan is quite simple. All you have to do... " Axel said as they all waited in silence for him to finish.
" Is die. " Axel said a smirk on his face.
The people around him looked at him with unamused faces.
" Hey, kid. This is no time for jokes. " Hellen said. " Show some professionalism. "
" Okay. " Axel said with a smile.
With a flick of his wrist, Axel chucked something onto the table. The eyes of the people around the table widened in fear and shock, disgusting creeping in as they stared at the head of Katsumatsu.
They looked back to his body and saw the blood pouring out of the open wound.
" Aaaaahhhhhhhhh... " They screamed in panic, some falling out of their chairs as they backed away from the table.
They were then silenced by knives, lodging themselves into their skulls.
" You were being too loud. I can't get comfortable with all the noise. " Toga whined as she laid back onto Axel.
' Really? ' Axel thought as he looked at her while Toga just smiled.
" You traitor! Have you forgotten what you've learned at UA! " Hellen yelled as she looked at Axel.
" You were training to become a hero. Someone who would protect society. " She said as she stared at him in anger.
" What would your friends think? You've aligned yourself with villains. They would be disappointed in you, just like your family, your parents. " Hellen said.
" Hmm possibly, but what about you? " Axel asked.
" What? Why would I have to worry about that? My family is already dead and I haven't done anything wrong. " Hellen said.
" No, you did. You just turned a blind eye. " Toga said.
" We can talk again once you talk to your family, so let's continue their discussion in hell. " Axel said coldly as he looked at Hellen.
Hellen's eyes glossed over as her voice lost all emotion, making her similar to a robot.
" The passcode is 2654109823. A fingerprint scan and an eye scan are required for full access. My most trusted assistant, Miranda, can access the files. " Hellen said.
Her head was then cut into multiple pieces as her body slammed back on the chair.
" That was pretty entertaining. " Toga said with a smile as she got up from the chair.
" You're not wrong about that. " Axel said as he stretched his body.
" This was a nice first date. " Toga said.
" Was it? " Axel asked with a confused face.
" I've never been on a date so I can't tell. "
" Isn't a date where the two people gave fun together? " Toga asked as she thought about it.
" I guess that's it. " Axel said in uncertainty.
" Hey, did her words bother you? " Toga asked.
" You mean whether or not they might be disappointed with what I'm doing? " Axel asked.
" Yep. "
" Thought crossed my mind a lot, but in the end, I guess ill just have to live with it. I already made my decision, I have to see it till the end. " Axel said with a smile.
" You're nervous for that day aren't you? " Toga said.
" Wasn't that obvious? " Axel asked as he put away his phone.
" No, not really. " Toga said.
" Why ask though? "
" Because I can relate to that. "
" Quirk discrimination. "
" Yep. It was with everyone. Including my parents. I got sick of pretending, so a just let go. " Toga said quietly.
" Do you regret it? " Axel asked.
" Not in the slightest. " Toga said with a smile. " But it still hurts to see their faces here in found out. "
" Yeah. I'm only imagining it for now. The real deal will happen soon. " Axel said.
" Good luck then. " Toga said.
" Thanks. For now, though, we have a mission to complete. " Axel said as a portal opened in front of them.
" This will be fun. " Toga said.
They both smirked as they walked through the portal to the fight at the hero commission facility, walking away from the corpses that turned into dust along with all the blood on the floor.

Cold black eyes stared at the dead bodies on the floor. Blood poured out from the corpses, staining the previous clean floors.
" Tch. Disgusting. " The man said with a nasty glare toward the ground. He had wavy black hair, three moles on his left cheek, and a mask on his face. He wore a suit with black gloves.
The man sighed before standing up straight, addressing the other person in the room.
" It's interesting, isn't it. You escaped from here all those years ago. The first person to do so successively. You laid low, avoiding anyone that would find you out and cause problems for you.
But in the end, you decided to throw away that freedom and become a villain. And where did that bring you? Back to hell. " The man said as he turned around to face Dabi.
" What a nice speech? How long did you practice to make that? " Dabi asked.
" Didn't have to. I made it up just now. " The man said.
" That was always your specialty. " Dabi said as a few flames appeared.
" You shouldn't have become a villain. "
" If I didn't, then how would I have the chance to destroy you... "
The man activated his quirk. His left eye turned to a pitch back while his iris became blood red. Four blood tentacles appeared behind his back as he stared down Dabi.
" Director Ghoul. "
