Chapter 3: My Favourite Person
One summer night we accidentally meet again.
You asked me "how are you?"
I had a sad smile in my face.
But I said, "I'm fine."
You are intently gauging my reaction "Are you mad? I lost touch and didn't give you any signs."
I tucked my backpack up and look down my shoes "No I'm not mad."
I heard you deep sigh and I thought of walking away but instead I said this to you, "You will always be my favorite person. Even if it's a couple of years later. Even if i'm happy or sad. Even if it's 3am if ever you decided to call me, I'd still pick up my phone. I swear, I will."
That night at the parking lot, cold wind is blowing and I've never been this cold next to you.
