As the next day began to approach,Sapphire knocks on the door,"Hey Blue! Time to wake up!" Sapphire calls through the door.
"Mghhh....Too early..." 10XT grumbles as he turns his back to the door.

After a few minutes of sacred silence,Sapphire opens the door. "Blue,come on. That battery wont last forever,and i dont do corpses." Sapphire said,gently nudging him.
"But its so early.....The sun isnt even up yet..." 10XT argues groggily.
"Dont care. You live under my roof,you play by my schedule. Ill make some coffee but you need to wake up soon." Sapphire said as she left the room.
10XT emits a groggily aggravated groan and starts getting up,disconnecting the DreamJack.
Slowly the large machine lumbers into the living room,settling on a thankfully empty couch and turning the TV onto some early morning news.
"Good morning Ferris City! Its yet another cloudy early morning as the businesses begin their daily routine of unlocking." A female reporter said.
"Indeed! We also have a new public warning from the FCPD,issued just yesterday evening. Apparently,there is a completely Posthuman Augmentee on the loose. Yes,you heard me right,a 100% augmented human being was spotted by the FCPD,and after a brief altercation which hospitalized several officers,the Posthuman has not been seen since. If you have information about this man,or know their location,it is recommended by the FCPD to contact your local law enforcement squads immediately. This man is assumed to be extremely dangerous,and is to be avoided at all costs-"
"Psh...fuckin' media..." 10XT growls as he changes the channel.
"What was that about?" Sapphire asked from the kitchenette.
"They're talking about me." 10XT responds
"Congratulations. You're now officially a Ferris City resident." Sapphire asked.
"How so?" 10XT questions
"Everyone,even the good people have a mile's long list of offenses. I think you're #1 on their list if they put mentions of you on the news." Sapphire said.
"The number of major crimes is so frighteningly high here,we dont really get to see news of it since its common. So when the FCPD takes to the airwaves about it,they've got a vendetta." She continues,setting a dirtied pan in the sink and settling down next to 10XT,plate of eggs in hand.
"So,before you remotely decide to set foot outside again,it'll be high time to get a skin covering. We dont need people calling the cops on you since you're completely mechanical." Sapphire said.
"Alright...from there..?" 10XT asked,settling on a channel.
"From there we can start you on the process of getting a couple of contracts. I know a few guys who are probably throbbing with jobs right now." Sapphire replies.
Soon after Sapphire had gotten finished with her breakfast,she prepares some synthetic skin.
She brings out a few rolls of synthetic skin ranging from sterile white to an almost matte black. They were set in a numbered chromatic order of warmth,and order.
"Pick a skin." Sapphire said.
For reasons unknown,an estranged energy settles.
10XT selects 5|2°,a common Caucasian skin tone.
"Awfully well prepared for a Cybermedic." 10XT comments as Sapphire prepared the skin.
"You can thank the fashionistas for that. Well over 50% of my clinic is purely cosmetic adjustment." Sapphire said,as she cuts the roll away from the skin hold. The back was a silver color,with green gridding on the back.
"Alright...For this youll need to sleep. Take off your clothes and Jack into the medical table."
10XT takes off his clothes and settles on the medical table to jack in.
Once he was jacked in,a loading bar with a sleep assistance logo appears. Under it was a motto.
"Numb Sleep,happy mind"

Now out cold,Sapphire moves the skin hold over over 10XT,directing the silver side down. Sapphire then punches a "Belly button" into the skin,to feed through a thin teather that quickly attached its free end to 10XT's metal body.
After feeding through a few more to manipulate the rest of his limbs,the tethers were put into place.
Slowly,10XT was lifted,and the skin lowered at the same rate. As they slowly collide,the skin began slowly shaping around his face and body. On a stepladder nearby,Sapphire was guiding it's shape,smoothing it down over 10XT's angles.
As the skin continues to lower,10XT was lifted higher,stretching the skin over him.
As Sapphire reached his back,she made precise cuts to produce a seam. As she cuts away the excess,the skin moves into place,settling at it's opposite seam's edge to be prepared for the final seal.
Before long,10XT looked relatively human...ish. His eyes were still a dead giveaway,and without hair or clothing,the proportion still seemed lightly alien.

Sapphire sighs softly as her 3D printer prepared synthetic hair.
It didnt take long,both for the production and insertion.
In the skin surrounding his wrists were shallow pull tabs that were just one shade darker.

As he came to he slowly stands up,looking himself in the mirror. Though the hair was a bit long for his comfort,he settled with this appearance.
"Lookin' good Blue!" Sapphire said with a warm thumbs up.
10XT chuckles softly,as he pulls his clothes on.
"Now,about the Contracts,they aren't your run of the mill oddjob. A lot of people rely on crime in Ferris City to be paid,and to pay for their own needs." Sapphire said.
"When you leave,look for a man named Jigjig in Ferris City Center Park. Cant miss him. he's an augmentee that is silver and gold from the neck down." Sapphire instructed.
"Old friend of your's I assume?" 10XT asked.
"More like family. Ol' man's been here since before Ferris City. Jigs scooped me off the street right when i was going to kick the bucket,and taught me how to survive this hellscape of a hometown." Sapphire said.
"He sounds like the sorta guy I'd trust." 10XT said.
"He's certainly kinda like a grandfather to some of us Citizens,so yeah." Sapphire agrees.
"Oh- One last thing." Sapphire said as 10XT turns to leave.
She pulls out an orange striped case from the kitchenette. "You remind me of a friend I used to have..A rather close one too..."
She extends the case to 10XT,who gently takes it into his hands. He opens it to reveal a MkIII Glock,except it had been modified with a Neural Smart sight,Extended clip,and a recoil brake.
"Its a little old,yes. But this was his last project before he disappeared.." Sapphire said.
As 10XT takes it into his hands,his systems began to anylize the pistol.

(MKIII Glock X40)
Standard issue self defense pistol exclusive to Ferris City. Only weapon of it's class to feature an Automatic/Semiauto select fire. With an impressively powerful fire rate of 20 rounds per second and a low jam rate,it is also the only pistol to almost bore through most metals without the need of FMJs.
Semiauto may be slower,but it also hits far harder at the cost of any two of it's rounds shattering upon impact,and extreme recoil.

User must be at bare minimum 65% augmented in the arms,torso,and neck.
(Neural Smart Sight)
Military issued sight used to predict bullet path and potential lethality to intended targets. This site highlights a target's limbs,digits,and Neuratools by indicating lethality of the impact with a simple multicolored light on the base of the sight's mount. Green being nonleathal,ranging to red as lethal. If Smartware happens to be included in the package,a user can actually see the trajectory and impact.

While normally an attachment,this particular muzzle is integral only to the MKIII Glock X40. Intended to reduce the pistol's powerful recoil,at a cost of bullet speed and damage.
As 10XT anylises the pistol,and stows it away on his pant holster.
"NOW you're ready to go out. Stay safe out there,Blue." Sapphire said.
