"What?! What are you saying? That heart belonged to me! My father was the one that killed that Alligator. How dare that Metallic Freak take everything away from us?! Father! is what he is saying true?!" Celia looked at her father with clenched teeth.
That metallic man has stolen everything from them. First the Mushrooms and then the Beast core that belonged to her.
Village Chief was completely defeated. He has spent Five Low-grade Spirit Stones on the higher tire beast and then two extra Stones on the Fire Talisman. And if Celia couldn't get that Fire Arrow Bird in tomorrow's test then it will be a huge loss to him.
He only had ten low-grade Spirit stones to his name. Which he has accumulated throughout his life.
And now he is only left with three of them. If his daughter can't get admission in the Golden Falcon Academy Of Martial Arts then all his life saving will be for nought.
"Ahhhhh!!!!" He let out a loud howl and coughed out even more blood. If only he can find the guy that stole all of his life savings! 'I will kill that guy!' His eyes turned completely red.
All the villagers looked at his condition and smiled internally. They knew after the moss was stolen it was almost impossible to find another herb that good. And now as Water Affinity Beast Core has also been stolen. Village Chief will give his all to find another herb.
They may even get another patch of mushrooms by tomorrow.
"Dad, what happened? Let's go and find that thief he should be nearby!" Celia urged.
The Goatee Man squatted down near the village chief and took out a black coloured cloth from his bag. "Miss Celia, please move aside. Your father is bleeding from the wound of Alpha Hunk Bear. I have to treat him before it gets too severe." He said.
Celia looked at him with an angry expression. "You foolish old man! What are you here for?! You should be chasing after that Metallic Man right now. Nothing is more important than those Mushrooms and Beast Core!" She yelled as her eyes turned completely red.
Her hairs were completely dishevelled and tears started to fall down her eyes.
The Goatee man looked at her and let out a sigh. "Miss Celia, We have to first treat your father's wounds because he is the only one that is powerful enough to catch that metallic thief."
His daughter also pitched in. "Yes, Sister Celia Village Chief is our only hope in finding that Man. If we didn't treat him now. It will be too late if that guy runs away any farther."
Celia looked at both of them and gritted her teeth. They were saying the truth. Only her father can catch the thief. She looked at his injured chest and then moved away. "Do it quickly. We can't let some freak take my things away from me." She said with scorn.
'This useless father of mine. Why does he have to be injured at the time like this? Why couldn't he wait till we catch that guy?!' She thought and then spat on the ground.
Goatee man looked at her and sighed. 'This Girl is too spoiled and entitled. She doesn't even know that she is like an ant in this big world, full of powerful people. That Metallic Man could be one of them. Chasing him now would be a foolish decision.' He thought and started dressing Village chief's wound.
....
Ambrose was currently moving very fast through the Elephant Trees like a shadow. No one could spot him in such a dark night. His face completely red and his heart beating at a very high pace.
There was an excited expression on his face. He has just struck gold. Not only did he got the Fire Mushroom and Ice Mushrooms. He even got his hands on the level one Martial Beast core.
"That was really risky. If that Village Chief had spotted me he would have immediately chased me and then it would have been hard for me to lose him from my tail."
"They should be getting very mad at me now. Not only did I stole their Herbs even the Beast core and the Heart of the Alligator is also with me." He stopped on a big tree far away from the pond and caught up his breath.
He stood at the same place for a few minutes thinking about something. "That Village Chief has quite a bit of money! He has harassed all the villagers for the past few years. It's nothing wrong with me to get some money back."
"There is no way that they will come back before five hours. I still have some time. Maybe I can enter Village Chief's house and borrow some more money from him." A smile formed on Ambrose's face.
In his memories, he saw how brutal Village Chief was. One time when a family was not able to pay him taxes. He brutally murdered all of the family members and burned their bodies in front of the whole village to set an example.
Even the kids were not spared. All of them were killed.
Ambrose clenched his jaw after thinking about it. A determined look appeared on his face. "Let's get some money back from that greedy bastard." He said and then moved again.
On the way, he saw that Nelson and the Group were still searching for a herb. However, he didn't stop. "If I have to give Nelson these Moses I have to do it in a way that even he couldn't tell that he has a moss with him."
As village Chief has already seen the moss. If he finds it out on Nelson then he will be in danger.
Ambrose moved ahead. "Don't worry buddy I will find a way to help you." He thought while moving towards the village.
After reaching the boundary he didn't remove his mecha instead moved inside the village with it. He was going to steal the money form Village Chief house. As both the village chief and the rest of the men in the village is searching for the herbs.
The only person that could be in Village chief's house is his wife. Ambrose Remembered that she was only at Body Master level three.
She was not his actual wife. Celia's mother already died. Village Chief himself killed her when he found her with another man. He then forcefully married that man's daughter.
"It should be no problem for me with this stealth to steal some money without getting caught. And even if I get caught I can easily run away. Not like someone in the village can match my speed. This is a completely safe plan." He thought.
Ambrose moved and then first arrived at his house. He could tell that his mom was still awake by the burning lamp in the house. He placed all the loot in a cloth bag and hid it in his secret spot just outside his house.
After that, he quietly moved towards the Village Chief's house. Like a shadow, he moved from one house to another house without making any noise and finally reached in front of the Chief's house.
Although it was not big. It was certainly larger than any house in the village. It was a two-story wooden house with at least two rooms on both floors.
Nobody in the village has a two-story home expect the Village Chief. There was also a huge wheat field behind his house. At least five times bigger than what Ambrose had.
"She is still awake." Ambrose looked at the wooden windows and could see the lamp lights on the second floor of the Chief's house.
"Looks like she is waiting for the village chief to come home." While on his way to here he has seen the same condition in many houses. They were all lit up.
Ambrose quietly jumped over the fence and quickly spotted a shed in the farmland. "Looks like the village chief store all his wheat in there." He could also see two Red Horned Bulls on the other side of the farm.
A plan suddenly came in his mind. He quickly moved towards the shed where they stored all the wheat. There was a lock on it. However, with just a single punch Ambrose removed it from there.
"I should burn this shed down and when she comes to check it. It will be a perfect chance for me to get all the money." A smile formed on his face. He was proud of his plan.
After entering the shed. He saw huge bundles of packed wheat in it. He also spotted a lamp half-filled with oil there. There was also a flintstone and a knife.
Ambrose picked up the flit brought it near the wheat bundles and rubbed it against his own metallic hands.
"Cling!"
Voice of Flint hitting his metallic hand resounded in the shed with huge amounts of sparks flowing out of it. However, it failed to burn the wheat.
Ambrose looked around and his gaze landed on the lamp. 'There should be some kerosene in it.' He took the lamp and emptied it over a bundle and with just a single spark a crimson light started burning in the shed.
