All her attention was on Shaya and Jack; they were inside hyena's camp. Osla was the demon's devotee; his movements and thoughts are unpredictable.

Avania drew her hand across her cheek, and then landed her other hand on Asaya's arm. She pointed to her wound even beneath the sleeve she knew where exactly the wound is. Maybe she could see it despite everything. "Tomorrow blood will spill out athwart to your desire and I'm really sorry for saying such cruel words. Even this wood fell to the silence of grief."

She paused for a moment, looked at Shaya who moonlight was hitting on his face, and said, "Shaya won't break the jewel on this stick. Destiny will help you as a giant white eagle. We call him Sadana. He will die then and you must bury him like a soldier."
