Chapter 3: Awakening
??? Pov Flash back
"Attack!!" i shouted. All my men ran towards the enemy as did i.
I started to fight.
We are not fighting with any gun nor sword. We are using our incredible speed, strength and our teeth.
I looked around me, some of my men were dead but so were my enemy. I found their leader, i walked to him, he did the same. I jumped into the air getting ready to attach him. I was fortunate enough to lay on him a good hard punch to the jaw.
He got up from the ground and swung his foot at me, i managed to duck.
We were fighting for a long time, since we were the best of the best it was expected.
I was slowly losing my strength. But i will do my best for

My opponent managed to tackle me to the ground. "Surrender" he whispered into my ear.
"Never!" i replied while trying to get out of his grip. "I thought you would say that." i saw him smirk in the corner of my eye. Some of his men came to hold me down while he walked in front of me and held my chin harshly.
"Maybe this might change your answer." he said, but before i could say something i smelt it.
The most beautiful smell ever, in another situation it would be a good thing to smell it but now, i no for a fact that i lost.
"So..this lovely lady here is yours" i looked up and saw my love being held by two men. "L-let her go p-please, it's me you want" i pleaded with tears in my eyes.
"No! you will not surrender, you can't just give up and make him destroy the world. Please don't Tae." my love said with tears in her eyes. I shook my head. "Just kill m-" "ME!" she cut me off.
They could only kill one of us, because there was only one steak.
"I can't let you die,..... i love you Tae" before i could say anything she got out of the men's grasp and took the steak and stabbed herself in her chest.
"NOOOO!" i screamed, with all the power i had left i ran to her catching her before she hit the ground.
"P-please b-baby, why would you do that." i asked while caressing her hair. "I did it because i love you, and i know that you need to live so you can end this." she weakly brought her hand to my cheek.
"I-i love you Taehyung,....may we meet in our next life, i-i will be waiting for you." those were her last words before her hand fell. As it did the stars shined brightly indicating that their queen is no more.
"NOOOO!, why?" i cried while i hugged her lifeless body.
A/n pov
The skies turned red, the birds dropped down dead. His heart aches, but his vengeance awaits What the men did, to them it was a relief
What little did they know that what they have just done has brought out the beast
"Shit." the man said as he observed his surroundings. The original vampire/ vampire king, has lost the love of his life, he is in pain not physically but emotionally.
"Shit, just do it fast before he hurts us." the man ordered his men.
The men took the dagger and quickly went to the king and stabbed it in his heart.
By doing so they would would put him a deep sleep and when it is taken out he will awaken but he will be hungry, in which he will have to feed on
BLOOD
He will lose his memory temporarily.
Taehyung pov
I had no energy to fight back i just wanted to spend the last seconds i had with my love.
I felt my eyes closing, i held them open for as long as i could, but i couldn't for so long.
"W-e will meet again my love, i love you...

Present Taehyung pov
I was surrounded by darkness. Her death was repeating in my mind, like if it was punishing me.
I was on the floor in the dark room crying with my hands over my face because i did not want to see her die again.
"Tae." a voice called. I paid no attention to it .
"Taehyung." i looked up and saw her, my love looking at me. I stood up and went to her but she just disappeared.
"Taehyung you need to wake up"
"Wake up"
"Wake up"
I opened my eyes, with blurry vision i looked around. 'Light' i said in my head.
I felt a weird feeling in my stomach. 'Hungry'. i smelt blood but not any kind, it was a sweet type.
I saw a girl standing there, i quickly took her hand and bit into her wrist. As i did so i saw her memories.
I saw the girl, playing with her friend back in school, her fights with her family, her grand-mother's funeral. Her new friend, her working at her job.
I couldn't hear the girls screams because i was focused on feeding. For some reason i had to pull away because i felt a weird feeling in my soul telling me to stop, so i did.
My vision was still blurry. But after a few seconds it was getting clearer.
I heard footsteps coming closer , i didn't want to be caught so i jumped out of the window that was close.
"Y/n wake up" that's what i heard as i ran to find my clan. "Y/n" i said t myself. Maybe i was hearing things, so i just kept running.
