Three years later~
Issei became big and started to walk and talk. He understood that he reincarnated into the world of Highschool DxD, but he decided not to mess with the plot as he was finally able to get the love off his parents and his grandparents. He thought that if he got stronger then he won't be able to be low for much time, which will lead to separation of him and his loved ones and he didn't wanted that to happen.
But he didn't ignore the basics, at the age of six he started to meditate for fifteen min daily under the guidance of his grandparents. Unknown to him that in future along with his concentration his mana pool would also increase, that's another part that he couldn't tap onto that reservoir and use it.
When he was seven he went out camping with his parents and few of their friends. At that time Issei and some children close to his age group went to forest to collect the dry woods to burn fire. While on their way to return to the camp site they stumbled across a wild pack of fox which was in front of them. It was first time for Issei to stumble upon such situation, so the eldest of the group went in front and tried to send away the pack but the pack attacked them suddenly and as the wolf was gonna bite on the hand of the eldest boy a gunshot was heard and at that instant the wolf was dead, the shot was fired by a hunter who was by chance passing by. All this happened in front of him. Issei and some of the group can't hold up the scene and threw up. But unknown to Issei at that moment his eye turned blood red had a black spot in the middle of his retina and a single red tomoe around it which was conned by the thin black colored ring around the center spot. After returning to camp no one noticed the change in his eye due to lack of light as it was around light time.
Gorou gave Issei a cup of water after hearing the incident and sat besides him. Issei looked at the water and finally noticed that his Sharingan has been awakened. He hastily moved his will to retract the sharingan which unknowingly cut off the mana connection to his eye and his eye turned to normal color which was green.
"Are you okay Issei?" asked Gorou.
"I am fine dad. Don't worry" replied Issei with a smile while he felt warmth inside his heart.
"Son, then let's go to sleep okay. You need rest after today's incident, and forgive dad for not being there for you" said Gorou with a little hesitation on his face as he felt very sad.
"Don't worry dad it wasn't your fault. It was us who stubbornly asked you all to let us go alone" said Issei.
"You know it surprises me that at certain moments how mature can you be. Perhaps your grandfather gave you some knowledge about it" said Gorou with a smirk on his face.
As he said that Issei had a little blush on his face and pouted a little. Watching this Gorou started to laugh.
"Anata, what are you teaching to my son"
Hearing this Gorou's laughter came to halt and he started sweating heavily.
"Uh...That…..Um" stumbled Gorou as he couldn't come up with any answer.
