Confuse state pervaded Shu Feng as the thumping sound didn't stop and seems like it keeps on getting louder instead. He didn't know what is happening to him at the moment.
"Is there something wrong to my body?"
He said those words with great effort. It seems like even talking would take a toll on him!
"You are currently reacting to the corrupted energy that merged together with the tornado around you. The Host possessed vast amount of Chaos Energy that nearly makes you the epitome of creation.
This kind of trait that you possessed would surely attract the attention of anything that contains Corrupted Energy. In short, Chaos Energy is the source of creation and Corrupted Energy is the source of annihilation. Both Energies are the total opposite of each other." UG explained briefly which made Shu Feng realized one thing.
He is doomed!
Surely, even Long Zao is not aware that the Energy contained inside the Devil's crystal is a corrupted one. Since the only thing that they are aware of, is that the sole purpose of the crystal is to become a nourishment for any types of Devils.
And it would make them strong beyond words and the fact that this corrupted energy is attacking Shu Feng made him nervous to the bones.
Normally, the existence of the Devils is due to the appearance of the Corrupted Energy. They were born from this Energy itself and not from Chaos Energy.
Shu Feng was trembling all over while bathing in his own sweat. After just a few seconds, with a sound of 'thud', he fell to the ground with his vision slowly getting blurry.
"I can–..
He cannot even muster the strength to process his thoughts and mentally ask UG how to deal with the situation. But his system is deeply connected to him that even if his soul vanished, UG would still be there so of course, the system is clearly aware of what he is trying to ask.
"Just sleep and rest well Shu Feng. You have done a good job for persevering until now and overcoming all of your predicaments that seemed to be impossible in all sense.A soothing and reassuring voice that can be either male or female's tone ring inside Shu Feng's head after he lost his consciosness.
After just a mere second, the voice changed again to it's former neutral tone.

A lot of notifications ring inside his head but his state didn't let him savour all the pleasant gifts that UG gave him. But at least, he still received a lot of marvelous gifts.
Maybe UG would become more generous, he could just instantly make Shu Feng invinsible. But he exists for Shu Feng's development and he is here to guide him to the path he wish to take.
All the boost that is given to Shu Feng surely gave his combat strength another rise. It is understandable since the Absolute Compatibility is an Overpowered buff to him that instantly max out his attributes like his elemental compatibility and even making him suitable for almost any weapons, skills and abilities!
All of this happened in just a short moment.

The new [Absolute Compatibility] feature was added to his status. Together with it are all those things that has been boosted by the former.
While Shu Feng was unconscious, the dormant vortex inside his heart spins violently as if it was attracting the Corrupted Energy inside.
In response, the black smoke rotating around him slowly move towards his location and directly entering his chest and into his heart.
Shu Feng's body is trembling as his body was being use as a hole for that black and long thing to enter. That's right, the black smoke formed a very long continuos line that connects to his body.
But as seconds passed by, more and more long black lines started to gang on his unconscious body like some kind of tentacles.
In the outside of the tornado, Long Zao keeps on frowning as he detects Shu Feng's life force gettibg weaker and weaker every moment. He wants to do something but the current situation didn't favor him.
Not only him but all of the other characters are keeping an eye on the situation. Even the First Devil watched closely in case that something goes wrong. And as he just thought about it, he really did notice a strange occurance.
He definitely could feel Shu Feng's life force getting weaker together with the sudden rush of the Black Energy going towards the tornado as if it is being sucked away!
They refer to the Corrupted Energy as Black Energy since they are not aware of it's true name and nature. Just the fact that it is used as a nourishment for the Devil is the only thing they are conscious of.
"Is he planning on absorbing this black energy." The First Devil ask out in the air while making a face that tells how crazy his question is. But soon an evil smile appeared on his face as the last laugh still belongs to him in the end.
"You are talented but arrogant!" He said out loud before bursting into a mad laugh. He didn't dare to conceal his emotion and just let everything out.
"That amount of Black Energy should be enough to kill him." He mumbled to himself before casting some strange incantations in order to seal the black energy inside the crystall ball.
But soon, he realize a problem which made his heart palpitate at a very loud noise, the same way as how students feel everytime they hear the footsteps of their rugged teacher coming towards their classroom.
