Chapter 99: SAM TOLD DIANDRA, ALEX WAS HERE
Seeing some of the guest taking pictures Alex took two shots. When she bends and kiss Sam then face the crowd, because all the time she was slant ways.
Alex dip himself knowing if she sees him, she might not disclose some of her secrets, or she might even become angry.
Sam only said she is a writer, a story teller, which means she is no longer an illiterate. and she is the Story Teller, why didn't I think about her middle name, if-fact it didn't even click on my mind.
Hearing her saying, "This is a wonderful occasion and a good opportunity for I to meet all the people in Sam's life, that has help him achieve his golds.
But I don't have to tell you that Sam is special, you already knew that? He loves taking up strays and washing them up, so they can reach their potentials and achieve their golds.
All those trophies and awards you are seeing are not really mind, they belong to Sam, and much more than those. You see when no one took the time to teach me to read or write.
Sam held my hand and taught me step by step; he took time to help me pronounce words. Today, because of the many sacrifices he made, I can stand and speak fluently without fear or doubt in my heart.
Sam deserves all those trophies, and Sam you may not know this, but you are my prodigy. I also look up to you and Maria as my parent.
You both saw something in me when others thought I was an embarrassment. I could never repay you for what you have done for me.
It also had one very special person beside my parents, I would have also like to thank if she was here. She is the one who taught me about the love of Jesus.

When Maria came and hug her, wiping the tears, saying, "It's all right honey, we know she is very proud of you and so are we.
And every time you call us your parents that debt is wipe clean from the slate.

Hearing her call Champ, "This child is my grandson that our Princess has given to us, and very soon we will be expecting another grand."
Ken was going to speak, but Beverly held his hand shaking her head. Alex notice he was angry as he take a few footsteps away and so did the others.
As she continue speaking hearing her saying, "So, we thank you all for coming this evening. We have prepared dinner for all, so please the table is set so enjoy.
Also, the hall is clear so you are free to dance if you so desire." Seeing everyone started to move around he take a few steps closer to her.
Diandra seeing the tears in Sam eyes, stoops down before Sam wiping it away. "You know my son is always yours, and I love you so very much."
"I know you do, but I still have one more surprise for you. Honey, I know you love me very much and you are willing to give up all your happiness for me.
My grandson and you is what have me still alive today, but he needs his father. And you my dear needs to be with your husband. As you know I am not going to be with you always.
Holding his both hands, "Now, you listen to me, you are not going to die on me, do you hear me, Sam?
So please, I know you worry about me a lot, and I do appreciate that, but I am happy being with you."
Holding Maria hand, "You see my dear friend, these two wise friends of yours love you very much and wants you to be happy."
"Sam, what are you not understanding, I am happy with the both of you, just look you have kept my secret, well until now."
"I know, but if you will take your rightful place at your husband side."
Diandra holds both of their hands as the tears flow, "Why are you pushing me away, I need the both of you now more than ever, and Champ needs you?"
"Honey, we are not pushing you away, we want to see the sparkle in those beautiful eyes to return. Princess we cannot put that there for you, only Alex can."
Sam sees the fear as she looks up to him, so questionably wanting to know, 'How did he know?'
Looking to see where Ken was, and all the other faces but they were dancing and mingling around.. "Seeing her shaking her head, "Yes my child, I have invited Alex, and he is here tonight."
"No, no, no, this cannot be happening, and I am not leaving you, Sam, he will not understand."
Stooping at her side knowing now that the family has move away and it was only Sam and Maria. Alex knew it was the correct time to take her in his arms.
Alex hugs her whispering to her, "But I do understand my love, I understand more than you think."
Champ came and hug his mom seeing the tears, "Mummy!" Kissing, her face then he said, "Uncle, Uncle."
Alex release Diandra then hold Champ in his arms, kissing his cheeks. Diandra said, "Come Champ," seeing him shakes his head. "You know Champ Alex?"
Seeing Alex face brighten up and he was happy, when Champ said, "Mummy, Uncle, school guard."
Alex laugh, "Yes, I have been working in his school the whole term, I had figure it out when school close, so I take it upon myself to be the guard in his school, just so I can be near him."
"You were here in Longfield the entire term?"
"Yes my love, this precious gift of ours is the reason I never left. Everyday he would sleep on my lap and I shared my lunch with him."
Maria looks at Alex, recalling that Champ said, 'The Security Uncle feeds him.'
