Chapter 3: CHAD
"AHHHH SAVE YOURSELF THE SHADOWS HAVE COME"
"Wwaaaaaa"
"shhh Chad it's okay" I whined
"Mommy I'm scared"
"It's okay, the shadows won't hurt us" I heard a dreadful scream and then we saw smoke go through the bedroom door. She walked over and opened the door, smoke-filled the room. In an instant I was like the smoke came crashing down, my mother picked me up and we ran through the castle. She was looking everywhere but it was all blocked off by fire then we heard a man yell
"AMANDA, AMANDA" My father looking all around and placed his eyes on my mom and looked her up and down and raised his eyebrows with a smile on his face my mother looked down at there outfit and her face was red and her dress was torn and her Breast was falling out and the dress she wore had already been revealing so it was much shorter from the rip my mother sat me down and ran back in the castle to get her mother's ring
"AMANDA WE CAN JUST GET YOU A NEW ONE" my father yelled
"NO ITS PRECIOUS TO ME" she yelled back
"come on," my father said my father and mother ran out of the burning but they forget one thing ME
the castle was crashing down and I saw my mother run in and saw my father far behind her I was a baby at the time around 2 years old I laugh at my father so far behind my mom my mother reached me and put the ring on my small finger and toss me over to my father he caught me in his arms and ran out I finally got a breath of fresh air my father brushed away the dust from my face and looked at the castle to see my mother tripping on the bricks and just then the front of the house started to break apart and she was so close but then …. At least 34 planks came crashing down and she was trapped.
My father handed me to Julia when she was young around 7 and as my father and 3 guards ran to the castle the whole castle came crashing down and there was no way to get inside. They stopped in their tracks and looked at the castle fall apart. Everything was destroyed and when I say everything was destroyed everything was …. Destroyed the last thing I have of my mother was her ring that fits my finger perfectly now
"AHHHHHH" I scream Julia comes barging in and looks around before her eyes lay on me to see me in cold sweat she sighs and moves to turn on the light
"Are you all right I heard you scream and came rushing to check on you," she said I'm still frozen I look at her to the bottom of her waist-length blue hair and dark blue eyes and pale skin she was 5,2ft tall and she had on shorts and a pink shirt that says "none of ya business " you can see through her top
"come here" she opened her arms wide for a hug I wasted no second in her tight grasp she smelled like roses and can I just say how conformable that was I mean it was so soft and... let me stop anyway we were quite and she let go of me but I didn't she gave me a 'get off me' face and I gave her a please face and she broke the silence
"okay get to bed I'm tired" I smiled
"fffiiinnneee" and she moved to turn off the light and then my father came in
"whats going on here" his deep voice boomed throughout the room and I can tell Julia was shaking to her core she froze like a statue
"Julia what brings you to my son's room at this time"
"oh sir i-i-i-i- Ummm" she moves quickly at least 4 feet away from me, and she looked speechless and it seemed like she lowered her voice but you can't blame her my dad did l look good for his age he had short dirty blond hair and a very light shade of green eyes and was at least 6,6 and was around 46 years old, his abs showed through his white shirt with his pajama pants
"Julia" he walked towards her and she seemed to snap out of her thoughts and my father was already in front of her, his eyes were harsh she couldn't even move she looked down and looked at me with fear in her eyes and face that said "help me" and I blurted out
"dad don't make a big deal out of it I had a nightmare and she came to comfort me," I said with ease he looks at Julia for a long time and said a simple
"okay" Julia looked up to meet his gaze
She definitely stopped breathing he turned around and walked out of the room I look over at Julia her wing fell down and she came down with a crash slide down with no wall behind her she was shaking like crazy I get out of bed and pick her up
"I know he's nerve recking, old man needs to take it down a little bit" she smiles
"thank you and your dad is right it's very suspicious that I'm next to you hugging you on your bed" for some reason my ears turn red and Julia giggles.
This girl she really knows how to make me blush but, I wonder how her lips taste I look at her dark blue eyes and down her button nose and then her lips I lean forward
"chad" I snap backward she was looking up at me I tower over her like my dad but I'm 6,2ft she looked at my blue eyes
"I really need to go we can talk in the morning" she walked away I felt her warmth leave me and the door shut close oh well I yawn and turn off the lights
I wake up to see mark just staring at me and I close my eyes thinking its a dream but then water came crashing down on me
"AFgEtsAhsbxhmxbsWHAT, WHAT WAS THAT FOR," I say trying to get the water out of my nose and when I finally do I look over at mike to see his devilish grin on his mouth he walked over and pulled the curtains apart and when he looked at me I saw his dark navy blue hair and his brown eyes and dark skin looked magical in the sunlight
"rise and shine boy lets get you ready your dad has a surprise for you meet him at the dining table at 10:25 I will see you then"
"Mmmmm I don't wanna get out of bed" mike looks at me
"your already wet and it's 9:13 you slept 3 minutes later see how kind I am today" I give him an 'are you serious look' and he just walks away might as well get up

I hear voices echoing down the hallway as I see maid passing by most of them are fairies I turn the corner to a quiet place and I feel a small bump on my chest
"Owww do you mind saying sorry," a small voice said I looked down to see Julia and when she saw me I smiled and gave her my hand. she smiles and takes my hand and while I'm lifting her up she says
"Sorry I just burst out I wasn't having a good day so far" "it's alright" we hold hands of each other and just stare at each other's eyes
"CHAD" my father's voice booms throughout the hall everyone stops to watch with there eyes on Julia and me holding hands and when she notices she's quick to pull her hands away and she looks around and looks down with her bangs covering her face I take my hand to brush her hair away but my dad says
"Chad didn't mike tell you to meet me in the dining room" I sigh but my eyes never leave her bangs
"yeah," I walk away from her toward my dad and past him to the dining room I look back to see Julia lift her head and mouth the words 'i'm sorry, I love you' i smile and turn the corner To a hall and I feel someone grab my arm hard and I look to see my dad I wince at his strong drip.
"do yourself a favor and stay away from Julia because when you meet this girl you won't be needing Julia again," he said in a monstrous tone my heart sank but she just told me she loved me I swipe my hands out of his grasp and stay quite my heartaches and everything is blurry it seems as tears have come to my eyes I put my back on the wall and slide down my father just watches me
gasps escape my lips and tears come streaming down my face my lip shivers. My dad sighs and for once in his life, he talks to me in a normal tone
"Look chad, to be honest, I saw this coming. The way you looked at her the way you begged to see her it's like you…you…" I look up at him with teary eyes
" you….love her," I think about what he said I wipe away my tears and stand up
"let's go"
"alright but I have to warn you something"
"what," I say just as we walk in the room I look over at a girl with bright purple eyes and white collarbone-length hair her lips were not as big and kissable as Julias though I thought I walk over to a seat on the unnecessary long table the girl and a man who looks like he's in this early 50s look identical to the girl, boy version with shorter hair, darker eyes and he looks like he's 6,4.
that's probably her father but you never know, the girl sat towards the left end of the table on the right side and the man sat on the left side my father sat on the direct end and I decided not to take any chances and sit next to the guy but my dad tells me to have a seat next to the girl I glare at him but he simply just has a smirk on his face and I sit next to her, and when I do that's when I can smell her lavender perfume I cough and mike in the corner chuckles but my father isn't so happy about that
"care to tell me what's so funny" and with that mike shuts up completely and the smirk is off his face I smile at that
then a fairy's come in to give us our breakfast I got pancakes the girl got only tea and strawberries my father got french toast and the man got a breakfast sandwich my father then said
" oh how silly of me chad this is my friend rocknas king of the witches and wizards but I call him rocky and the lovely lady next to you is his daughter, Princess Selena and I think Selena would make a great wife" I then said a simply
"Okay that's good for her" rocky narrows his eyes at me "chad I don't think you understood what your father just told you" I look up at him from my plate then I look at my dad and then slowly to Selena
"what didn't I get," I said then my father said
" Selena is your soon to be wife and there are…" he paused I looked at rocky I swear his eyes got dark on Selena and he finished my dad's sentence looking at Selena
"AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTION…" then he looked and me and with dark eyes, I can bet my moms ring that the room got dark
"AND NO DISTRACTIONS CHAD" I stay quiet
I bit my bottom lip and get up screeching the chair on the floor
"chad sit back down," said my father but I walk around the table and out the door, I felt eyes pinned to my back and heard people whisper
"I heard that his father got him into a marriage but Julia seduced him and now he in love with her' 'they said she was holding his hand and wanted to kiss him' 'is that girl not ashamed'
I just keep walking I wanted to find Julia I went to my room to see her watering a plant in a rush and she put the pot down and she ran for the door but bumped into me and fell she looked up I was gonna give her my hand but she got up on her own and tried to zoom past me but I caught her waist and locked the door she spun around looking at me with tears in her eyes
"stop chad you-i interrupted her words love me" she snapped her head up she was quite
"I'm a distraction to you I need to stay away from you, I will just hurt you" I chuckle at that she could never hurt a fly
I had one hand wrapped around her waist and on hand on her back pulling her closer every time she tried to pull away I wanted her so badly I look her in the eyes and hers meets mine she stopped pulling away but leans forward I can feel her heart pounding my eyes look at her dark blue eyes they mesmerize me every day her sweet smell
WARNING THIS IS CRINGY KISSING PART
I touch her lips and pull her in closer she stands on her tippy toes but there's no need for that when she starts flying her wings flutter and I want more it's just....not enough, she moans I tried to pry her mouth open wide with my tongue she didn't even budge I bring her waist closer me and she feels how hard I am and she gasps I take my chance and slid in my tongue I felt overwhelmed and then I thought about it this is my first kiss
I open my eyes and look at her, she starts fighting with her tongue 'oh hell no' we fight for donicince I barely won we pull away with dragged breaths huffing she smiles, but it disappears when someone is trying to open the door and then we hear
"CHAD YOU WILL OPEN THIS DOOR RIGHT NOW"
I look back at Julia with worried eyes I kiss her cheek and she looks at me I walk over to open the door and when I do my father bust in and looks right at Julia and back at me everyone stopped what they were dong to watch the show
"what were you two doing in there" we were quiet. my father looked at me I look over his shoulder and see rocky and Selena with mad faces
I look back at dad and smile my father just looked confused now I simply said
"I kissed her so damn hard" everyone's eyes widened Julia smiled but it was wiped off with my father harsh glare
"rocky I think there is only one thing to do," my father said
" Julia you been a good servant but you're TO MUCH OF A DISTRACTION TO CHAD, YOU'RE FIRED" and with that, the smile on my face was wiped off
"but-but-but please your highness I'll stay away plz" Julia pledged Selena seemed to enjoy the show now
"NO STAY AWAY FROM MY FIANCE," said Selena as she walked past me up to Julia,
"I have had enough it was fine when you were kids 'i grab Julia hand and she looks at me she smiles the brightest one I've ever seen' but now chad you're 17 and Julia your 22" he stopped when he saw we were holding hands he sighs he turns around to talk to rocky and then Selena and rocky walk away Selena gave Julia a harsh look and followed behind her father. my father looked at me and walked away with that they left the room mike walked over to us Julia looked down
"WOW…. now that was a good show" me and Julia laugh
"look Julia, this is your life and life is all about choices if you want chad, take him I won't hold you back I support you everyday okay I just want you to know that and I'm your older brother if chad hurts you…." I look at mike
"I'll either cut off this ball or kill him simple okay" Julia giggles and my mind goes dirty chad stop these nasty thoughts
'hey look it looks like they got away with it she's disgusting to let's gang up on her' 'yeah she only a fairy and her power is just butterflies she can barely defend herself' 'hahaha yeah I'll hold her down' i look back at Julia she's looking down with her bangs covering her face again she embarrassed, just as im about to say something, all of a sudden an alarm goes off
"CODE GREEN I REPENT CODE GREEN THIS IS NOT A DRILL" and with that, there is chaos in the hallways and people shouting mike grabs Julia's hand and Julia grabs mine we run towards the throne room to see my father up from his throne
"CHAD," my father says
"What kind of drill is this...code green?"
"that drill shows that….THE GEM HAS BEEN STOLEN" I freeze
