Chapter 4: CHAPTER 3: AT THE CAFETERIA

It wasn't hard for Kylee to spot Jordan at the cafeteria. He was the most popular guy in school, and as everyone knows popular kids always sit at the good spot in the cafeteria. He stood up as soon as he saw her.

"Hey, I thought you missed your way here," he said jokingly.

"Not really. I just ran into a little problem on my way, but don't worry, I handled it." She ran a hand through her hair, a sigh tumbling out of her lips.

"Okay, if you say so." Jordan pursed his lips.

"Let me formally introduce you to my friends."

"This is Mark and Ruby." He pointed to them as he said their name.

"Guys," He smiled at them, his eyes landing on Kylee once more.

"Meet Kylee. I'm sure you already know."

"Hey, welcome to crown high," Mark and Ruby said in unison.

"It's nice to meet you gu-."

The warmth of a liquid waltzing down Kylee's back couldn't let her complete her statement. She quickly got up from her seat to see who the hapless soul was only to see Jazz grinning with a hot sauce bottle in her hand.

"Jazz, what the hell is wrong with you?!" Jordan chided whilst trying to get the sauce off Kylee's back with tissues.

"Nothing," She said like it was the most obvious answer.

"Just tell your new friend here to stay away from me and we'll all be fine." Her grin met her ears and beamed with sickening falsity.

Jazz turned her back to leave when Kylee grabbed her by the hair, dragging her out the cafeteria, down the hallway, and straight to the school's swimming, Poland pushed her right into it, catching the screaming girl off guard.

"The next you mess with me, I'll do more than pushing you into the pool." Kylee threatened before walking out.

Jordan followed her to calm her down. He quickly brought her to his locker and gave her his extra white shirt.

After hours of learning and few fights, Kylee was glad that that day had finally come to an end. All she wanted was a peaceful stay at Crown High but Jazz just had to get on her nerves a few minutes of her arrival.

No one needed to tell Kylee that if she wanted a peaceful stay she had to be prepared to break Jazz. She kept talking to herself as she walked into the house.

"Kylee?" Nina's voice came as a shock to Kylee as she wasn't paying attention.

"Nanny, you scared me."

"Where is your head, Kylee?" Her eyes landed on Kylee's clothes.

"And where is your top?"

"It's a long story. I had a long and stressful day. I need to rest for a while we'll talk when I wake up, okay?" Kylee slipped her a smile and a kiss on her cheek before going up to her room to rest.
